I brought in 2 cats that have been seen several times at this hospital. They refused to give me pricing in advance. Exams were $55 each minus a $15 discount whereas I could have gotten them for $30 elsewhere. Total cost for both exams and 3 vaccinations was $179. Pricing from other vets was under $105 minus a one time free exam making a my total if I went somewhere else ~$75.

My cat was ill and had surgery here unfortunately the surgery did not help anything my cat was suffering and did not survive but this hospital still charged for the useless surgery and other unnecessary charges. They prescribed my cat anti nausea medication for dogs and NEVER found out why my cat was ill and did not run proper tests if your animal is ill do not bring them to this animal hospital. It’s all about the money for them they are immoral.

Smart, beyond competent, and ready to talk all treatments through without making you feel pressured to track only one way, these Vets KNOW their stuff. The staff work as a family and treat you as the same. They've cared for my large crowd of pets over the years and been the best resource of help and compassion that could ever be looked for. NEVER ONCE have I had a even semi poor experience. Their prices are fair, and they're trustable. THAT's huge to me.

Worst vet clinic I have ever been to. There pricing are outrageous and all of the people that work there are completely rude. All the did was check my kittens temperature & weigh her then check her ears and they charged us 60 god damn dollars. Do not go here. Update ; 2 days later and now my baby kitten is dead after they said nothing was wrong other then maybe having low blood sugar do not take your animals here they will get missed diagnosed and you won't even know it vets are supposed to help make your animal better not say nothing's wrong and charge you a ton of money for no reason

Dog Ruger had something happen to his eye to the point we thought he would lose his eye. They got him in asap, diagnosed and sent us home with pills. He wouldn't eat or take his meds, went back the next got a steroid shot and swelling went down, eye opened up and he was able to eat and take meds. He is seeing again. Very good caring service.

We come here for our kitty and they are always super helpful and have no problem explaining things or helping you understand how to do something yourself. Reglardess of what you’d think its cheaper to get fleas and worm medication from these guys then from your local pet store and it actually works very well. My kitty has long hair and they even trimmed up her behind with no extra charges :)

We took both of our cats in at the same time to get treated for after flea complications. They did awesome. The staff kept both our pets very calm and explained everything going on very well. They were sweet and awesome. And their prices are great. It was a little under 500 for both cats to get flea meds for 3 months. Vaccines and get some steroids like stuff and allergy meds to help my cat with her severe flea allergy. Very impressed and will be going to them again.

My family and I have been taking our pets to aloha cat and dog for a few years. I recently had to put my cat down due to old age and other serious health issues recently at aloha cat and dog. My cat was a stray 6+ years ago that we took in and made her a part of the family not knowing her true age. I had taken my cat in to aloha cat and dog on a check up visit a couple years ago, Dr. Amanda Meester was our veterinarian that visit and I had asked her if she could possibly determine a age for my cat. She said, somewhere between 5-8 years old. I knew very well, the cat was full grown when she popped up on our property which was 5+ yeas ago prior to that check up visit and at this point my cat had arthritis and grey hairs on her (she was naturally Auburn/black hair), so I knew she had, had been 10+ years in age. So, that tells me Dr. Meeser was unsure. So here's the cherry on top..I had to put my cat down last week and I request a private cremation and also a paw print. I remember telling Dr. Meeser, I didn't know how they'd be able to get a good paw print because her little paws were in rough shape. Dr. Meeser said something in the words of, "we'll try to make a good one". Yesterday, I went to pick up the remains of my cat, and what do you know? No paw print! They were looking around for it, went to the back to ask around and sure enough, one of the assistants comes tells me, "we are so sorry, but we failed you. Dr. Meeser forgot to relate the message to the funeral home. There's no charge for it, it's a free service we offer." I was and still am angry and very upset about this. I do not care about a charge or no charge for a paw print, it's a sentimental item to always have of her, now my cat is dust no paw print, ever. I'm not sure what is going on with Dr. Meeser, but my two experiences I've had with her were not the greatest due to not giving accurate information and forgetting to relate a message to the funeral home. Not to mention, after all the visits my cat has had at aloha cat and dog, the day I put her down was the first time any of the vets ever opened her mouth to check inside, which is where the main health issue my cat had was. I'm glad to say, I am not ever recommending aloha cat and dog to new patients and also my mother will no longer be taking her dog there.

All of my questions and concerns as a new puppy owner were addressed with a genuine desire to help. I honestly feel like they care about my puppy and want to help me make the right choices to keep her happy and healthy. I even think my puppy enjoyed her visit. Unfortunately, after a so-so office experience that I wasn't really inclined to mention to anyone, I just got a bill. A past due bill. From a place that doesn't bill. 2 months later. Because they did a test I did not authorize. A WEEK after my cat was in according to their dates. Receptionist was utterly unhelpful, and rude in the end. Short, I could understand because I'm frustrated to get a bill, especially since the first one puts me 30 days past due. I'm clearly not thrilled. But rude? Not needed. Especially with reviews like what are up. She's having the office manager call me in a few days. Because apparently no one else can help... so if you end up having issues after you go here, prepare to wait on them again, even more than you have to wait past your appointment time. On top of that? I don't know what was wrong with my cat! She acted like she had a UTI, but for TWO urinalysis tests to be done and then to give me no information at all? I never got a single test result, even though apparently they are being run without my knowledge. Office is small, older. The inside is clean. The people there seemed mostly helpful but slower than you expect. Everyone waited longer than seemed necessary since, you know, appointments. Just, overpriced and not worth going to when there are hundreds of vets nearby. This office offers no benefits besides the possibility of being charged for unauthorized tests, with a nice late notice tacked to the first bill. I don't usually go negative... it's REALLY not my thing. But people don't need this experience when they're just worried about their pets.

The doctors and the entire staff were so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Since I have no kids & live alone with my pets, they are extremely important to me.
