Never had to deal with such awful customer service so frequently. the hours of operation are super inconvenient, the vet never explains why he's giving each shot or how much it'll cost till you're checking out. They judge with everything you do for your pet. at one point they demonized me when I put 2, 13 week old kitties in the same carrier (they're small enough for the weight capacity). and then again when we tried to bring in our dog after he consumed toxic Ibuprofen. I will NEVER spend another dime here. FYI when they say they'll call you to remind you about your appointment, that's not accurate either. They will never follow up with you. Oh and it might be because all your info is sitting in plain sight in a catalog box, that they can never find you the first time.

Not fully satisfied and will not be returning to this vet. I payed for 3 check ups and it was never done. I had to go to a brand new vet 3 days later after the last visit to get a full check up .

My wife took our cat for a normal checkup, having never been to this vet before. The office smelled like urine, she waited more than 30 minutes beyond the scheduled appointment time, and worst of all, our cat came home and became sick within a few days. Given the nature of the office, it is difficult to believe this is coincidental. We will not be returning to this vet.

Absolutely a wonderful experience. I brought my cat, Scamp in for a check up as we just moved unto the area and Dr Andrews found she has hyperthyroidism, he was able to get her on medication and now she is doing great.
