I love the team at Montgomery animal hospital!! They are a great group of people who truly love animals and take the time to sit down and talk with you. everyone from the doctors to the receptionists are caring people, I highly recommend anyone looking for a vet to come to Montgomery animal hospital. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats, my parents have 4 dogs, 1 cat, my sister 2 dogs and 1 cat. we all use Montgomery animal hospital and love it! these people really care about you and your pet, on top of that they are extremely organized. Dr. K has helped me with my dog (stella) through her bone cancer treatments and has found the best possible treatment for her through medvet. Great Job DR. K!!!!

Kathy at the front desk was very nice. Even though we did not make an appointment (being a new patient, we did not know that we had to), she arranged to get us in about an hour. Dr. Fairhurst was very observant of Jenny's (my poodle) presentations, supplied a reasonable cause for her pain, explained his suspected diagnosis with pictures to illustrate thus enabling increase understanding, and described prognosis and treatment plan. I recommend this hospital with a 5 star rating.

I have been taking my pets to Montgomery Animal Hospital for 8 years and never had a problem. The previous doctor, an older gentleman, was kind and caring and worked with me regarding my bill, which always got paid on time. I called today because my dog hurt her paw and asked if I could come in and possibly do a payment plan with an automatic withdraw( I'm a single mother, breast cancer survivor). The new doctor said no. I like to support my local businesses and I am very loyal customer. They just lost my business and all my friends as well. What good is loyalty if it's not reciprocal.

We have had wonderful care here! We love Dr. Padro. She is incredibly attentive and proactive. Our dog has had eye problems recently and she has followed closely and recommended and opthomologist for further work up. We always receive a call post vet-visit to check on our dog. Quality of care for our pet(s) is of the utmost importance to us. We began using Montgomery Animal Hospital in the 1980s for our two cats. When Gepetto and Nutmeg passed away, we went for years without a pet (wait, what? How'd that happen anyway?). We adopted a rescue dog (Havanese) three years ago and, quite frankly, we did not even consider taking him anywhere but MAH. The vets are excellent, knowledgeable and always spend time with you to ensure your understanding is commensurate with your pet's condition. We just moved to the area and I was sad to leave my previous vet. I was sure I wouldn't find another vet as good. This is our first time here and so far they are great! They really worked with me to get both my dogs in at the same time and on a Saturday. We are seeing Dr. Krumanaker and she is wonderful! She explained everything very well and didn't try to get me to do any unnecessary tests or shots. She provided an estimate before anything was done. The whole staff has been wonderful.

Without MAH, I wouldn't be able to keep my little rescue kitties. The manager Carolyn is so attentive and caring that my kitties are comfortable with her. Dr. Padro is amazing. She has zeroed in on several of the issues with mine that were right on the mark and now mine are well and happy. Tech Tina Raskey has the golden touch. My one little one, Ebony, live well beyond her time because of Tina.

Caring and compassionate! I have been taking our three dogs to MAH for years- Peanut, Frida and Cookie and both Dr. Schrader and Dr. Padro and the support staff are so lovely and compassionate. They explain everything in detail, and give wonderful, personalized attention. I do feel like they look at our pups as being part of the family and trust them with their health and always will! Person answering phone failed to fax dog vaccine certificates to a boarding facility despite telling me they would do so. When I arrived at boarding facility the fax had not been sent and the dogs could not be boarded since the vet office was closed and impossible to contact or leave a message. This caused me a major inconvenience with travel plans. The doctors are great and the medical care good. Can't say the same about receptionist.

This has been our vet for years. Although the costs have gone up (significantly), and the veterinarian has changed several times now, we stay for the high quality care and easy appointments (last minute sometimes). Also, decor could use some updates, but its always clean. All staff members are professional and able to handle dogs that may not get along with other pets (which is another plus).

Three generations of our family have brought our dogs and 1 cat to MAH over the past 40 years. It has always been great, but constantly improving. Dr. John Shrader and his daughter Rebecca are the two DVMs and daughter Carolyn is manager. They are supported by a great staff. We always take their excellent advice in caring for our dogs, and I respect that they are slightly conservative in offering treatment. Thanks to them all for taking care of our "family members".
