I know Tiffin doesn’t have many options, but if you care about your pets, don’t take them here. I took my 3.5 year old rabbit to the vet a few days ago because she got one of her nails caught on something and part of the nail had detached. The vet said it looked fine and did a routine procedure of clipping the nail very far back, into the skin, so the nail could grow back normally. Everything seemed simple and easy. I specifically asked the vet if there was any particular aftercare or cleaning I should do since the nail was clipped so far back, to which she told me no and rabbits clean themselves. Very coninsedentally, a few days after this procedure, my rabbit was dead. She was perfectly fine and was not acting any different beforehand. I went to have her cremated this morning and asked the same vet if it were possible that my rabbit got an infection since she died just a few days after her trimming the nail back. The vet told me that she didn’t think it was an infection and that it could’ve been something like cancer because that occurs in older rabbits. The average lifespan of my breed of rabbit is 7-12 years. She wasn’t even 4 years old. My rabbit is dead and I don’t believe in those kind of coinsedences. Would not recommend this place.

I’ve had nothing but horrible service here. Rude staff. Every time I call and go in person somebody gets attitude with me. They don’t know how to do their job and shove any medication in your face to make you leave, even if that’s not what’s wrong with your dog.
