Kathi is an amazing person! We lost our dear Choco while we were dealing with health issues. Kathy was so understanding. She came to our house and treated our Choco with so much love and respect. She took care of everything and she took all our wishes into consideration. After 5 days she gave us back our dear Choco and even gave us a image of his paw. It was a beautiful detail. What Kathi did will keep his memory and his love forever alive. I will definitely recommend her and I will use her services again in the future.

I literally am a loss for words. Kathi is so amazing and kind. I honestly can not put into words how I feel. I lost my best friend of 16 years on Mother’s Day expecting to call and get a voice mail, Kathi answered. She even allowed us to drop off my dog Bear, on Sunday... on mother’s day... wow! She was so kind and patient as I was saying my final goodbye and I was a mess. She explained the options to me and told me I could email her if I found an urn I liked. Turns out the ones she offers are the best price and are beautiful! She made a wonderful paw print of my Bears paw and I will cherish it forever. I got my Bear back in less than a week. This has honestly been one of the worst weeks of my life but Kathi has been such a wonderful light in this dark time. I recommend her with the highest regard.

Kathy exceeded our expectations. She cremated my daughter's hamster very nicely! My daughter has taken his death very hard! She made a little clay disc with his paw prints and name. The run was very beautiful. It had a little picture with his name on the bottom. I couldn't have asked her to do it more reasonably priced!!! For anyone considering how to help their child cope with a pet passing --THIS IS THE PLACE! She talked with my daughter on both meetings and was so emotionally supportive and kind to her. The compassion Kathy showed was beyond excellence!

Wonderful service!!! I would highly recommend to anyone who has lost their four legged loved one. Kathi was so kind and made sure our Bear was laying comfortably after we dropped him off with her. I felt she took care of him as if he was her own.
