Went in to see if my two kittens needed some deworming meds because they had been experiencing some diarrhea. I was told they couldn’t recommend anything without a stool sample. The stool samples I brought were over 4 hours old which was too late, unfortunately. So instead of sending me on my way to come back later with samples, I was charged $175 for the vet to look at the kittens for 5 minutes. It was too bad that I didn’t know how much the appointment would cost, but I’m a new pet owner and it’s been a learning process. Some positives is that they were able to look at the kittens on short notice. The workers were friendly and they had a nice, new facility.

We had to bring our dog in for an Urgent Care appointment. He needed some bloodwork done and he's a fairly difficult dog to do anything of that nature to. The vet, Dr. Klein was absolutely wonderful, so so nice and understanding. I was less impressed with the vet tech. She pretty much just let my dog fall off the table, when she brought him back into the room I tried to make light of what I was hearing from my dog in the back, she all but threw his leash at us and rolled her eyes as she was walking back out. I understand, my boy is super hard to handle, but there was no reason for her to be so rude to us.

Vet must not have been in a good mood. Wasn't very friendly. Clean place and got done what I needed but will not be returning. Scoffed and ignored me when I asked questions and constantly rolling her eyes. Poor customer service.

Not very easy to find, had to call to make sure I was in the right place BUT the staff are very friendly and helpful. Got me in and out in a timely manner, treated my kitty gently and were able to give her a vaccine without having to make me make a separate appointment. Reasonably affordable for the most part, and very very clean!

Great first vet experience with the Aussie pup. The Dr. and the assistant were phenomenal. Pup got her rabies vaccine, microchipped, heart worm chewables, and I got a lot of questions answered. Affordable, prompt, kind, and knowledgeable. Highly recomend, A+

Overcharged , was their about 30 minutes went in before they closed ,got charged for emergency call , they did exrays and blood work and came out with a $500.00 bill .. offered me to hospitalize her !! Can’t imagine how much that would of been , just like I went in and didn’t know what my dog had came out the same still not knowing.. still waiting to see if she gets better ..oh and this was at pinhurst location..

Staff is poorly trained, prices are out of control, I recommend Johnsons Vet over this place.
