But We want to say a very big Thank You !!! to Dr. Lynn and the staff at Lewis and Clark for their sensitivity and Kindess in helping us say a dear goodbye to our 15 year old dear friend and cat,, Leonard, who is suffering from kidney failure..

Hands down, absolute best care my pups have ever received. It has been our vet 'home' for 5 years now, and believe me, before that we had tried many other vets in the area. We've had all our family and friends switch over and they've been nothing but pleased as well. They truly care about their furry patients and enjoy what they do and it shows. A family member of mine has been going here for YEARS and have spent thousands of dollars here. Going threw a little bumpy road "a divorce" called to want his dog to be seen for a annual check-up and was told he couldn't because he wasn't on "the list". But yet he has called made appointments and even taken e dog to appointments before.. you need prove from "his wife" first? They are married!! They each took a dog to make it fair. So she can get her dog checked but he can't get his? This is down right wrong!! To top it off it took 2 days for the owner to call and tell him "I can get you in first thing tomorrow morning" but yet to hang up on the customer. Beyond frustrated!!

I have never been to this vet, a friend recommended them so i called.my kitty has a blocked uthera,they couldnt get him in but what happened next is worth 5 stars to me.i was on my way home from where i had to leave my little kitty,totally in shock over what has happened with him. I had a message on my phone.checked it and it was kaili( i believe how you spell it) she said she felt bad they couldnt get him in and offered me a few numbers.mind you this was like 2 hours after my origional call.the care and true concern in her voice was amazing.so i called her back and thanked her, she said please keep us updated on taz. I am so amazed at the length this person went to to get my little man some help,even though it was not with them.so thank you so much for your concern and ❤.i will be bring my fur babies there soon..

Can't find anyone who cares as much as Dr Lori about the health of my pets. Have gone to her for at least eight years and won't take our fur babies anywhere else. Great care and excellent service.

I loved my first visit with this hospital! The front desk is super welcoming and friendly and not only do they greet you but they great your fur baby! Dr. Lynn was my baby's vet and she was just very kind and welcoming! My baby wasnt even afraid, best vet I've ever encountered!

Vets are knowledgeable and friendly, however getting an appointment is nearly impossible. If you have an emergency forget about them making arrangements to see your pet. Saturdays are vaccinations only. I have since found a vet that is more accommodating with scheduling

I visited Bismarck and my parents at the beginning of August and this vet came highly recommended by my parents as it is the one that they use. However, when calling to request an emergency visit, it didn't matter that the parents were regular clients. I was told that they were not taking new clients for several months out. This wasn't a "new client" visit. It was an emergency visit that didn't require some "new client" intake outside of what was needed and a review of medical records that my vet would happily provide. What's more, the receptionist was not at all friendly. Disappointed. Any other vet that I've dealt with in my travels has been super helpful and caring. Not these guys.

2 months out. Never heard of a hospital that can't handle an emergency situation! Then hung up on. Sounds like they should change from hospital to check up clinic because hospitals handle emergency services! Utter trash!

The staff at Lewis & Clark Animal Hospital go out of their way to take care of every customer as if they are the only customer, because in the exam room you are the only customer. Due to this level of customer service the clinic is booked out for new appointments. Lewis & Clark Animal Hospital takes pride in knowing who their clients are. There is not a dedicated emergency clinic for the Bismarck/Mandan area. Typically, your current veterinarian is who needs to be contacted for your pet’s emergency.

I don't know what it takes to get into a vet in this town, but this one is impossible. I have called twice with emergency situations for my dog only to be told that new patient visits are three weeks out. Do they not do emergencies?? If I told my doctor that I had a urinary tract infection, I would not expect to wait three weeks for an appointment. No compassion at all!

If your pet has an emergency, this is NOT the place to call. They care more about money than the animals. They refused to see our service animal while we were here on vacation. They do not do walk ins and do not do urgent care. You must wait in line for an appointment, The receptionsit was rather rude and made us feel like her Facebook was more important than our dogs medical emergency

I took my kitty there to get declawed and they took great care of her and treated me very well, Dr. Lori is very down to earth and answered all of my questions not just about the procedure but also about my cat in general. I will not be going anywhere else for veterinary care besides Lewis and Clark Animal Hospital!
