The staff and Doctors at All Pets are empathetic, whole-hearted animal lovers that dedicate themselves to our fury, best friends. My pompoo got extremely sick. We didn't think she would make it. Another vet had told us she was just getting old and arthritic. I took her to Dr. Fernette at All Pets and when he realized she needed an ultrasound, he referred us to a personal contact at the University of Iowa. Dr. Fernette stayed in touch during the night as well as through the weekend while we were in Aimes Iowa at the Research Pet Hospital. He worked with the Doctors there to help trouble shoot what was happening and after a long journey with a rare disease, Layla is doing well and Dr. Fernette continues to monitor her closely. Had is not been for his dedication to her recovery, she would not be alive.

Brian Frenette & crew were great. I was traveling thru town and my white lab girl had a swollen back foot. Brian took x rays & blood work and we both agreed she was most likely bitten by a snake. The medications are working great. Swelling is down and she is walking on it again.

I love the way Dr. Brian went over everything with me before anything was done, not just medically but financially also. Then treated the symptoms as he saw them. They were super patient with my sweet baby and with me. Thank You All Pets Veterinary Clinic, all the nurses and Dr. Brian!!! Dixie is on her way to felling better because yall cared!!!

My baby was injured by the vaccine shed received the day before and the lady couldn't care less. Tried to act like it was from something else. Sent them a photo and they never even replied. They just want your money.

I would not refer my worst enemy to Dr. Frenette.... In all my life I have never seen a more incompetent uncompassionate ignorant veterinary "doctor". In my opinion he does not even deserve to be called doctor. thank God I found a great veterinary clinic and another city that truly took an interest in my animals well-being and put their personal feelings for me aside I gave my beloved service dog the excellent care she deserved. I repeatedly told this man that my dog had a very bad foul odor coming from her mouth he was very flipping did not suggest x-rays or a full dental examination. I could tell he didn't care for my personality on my repeated visits to his clinic however he should not have let those personal feelings impede him from giving the greatest care possible to my dog. today my little dog that weighs 9 pounds had to have nine teeth extracted and be treated for a mouth infection . she had been suffering unbeknownst to me because dogs are such delicate creatures and you really cannot tell when they have dental pain. I blame this so-called doctor for allowing her to live in pain and not being more thorough in his exams and his prescribed treatment. Please please I beseech you find another clinic to take your beloved animal to. the only good thing about this clinic is the office manager Sonia who is the saint for working with this idiot in my opinion.

My dog was sick, I came in around 430 but was told I would have to pay an almost $500 emergency vet visit fee in order to be seen. The staff was very rude when I stated that sounds like a high emergency vet fee she stated I had come in "after hours" although they are listed to be open until 530 and she "doesn't make the rules". Well we went somewhere else, who saw my dog for a $96 emergency vet fee and they were wonderful. We had been using All Pets for both our dog and cat since moving here a year ago but won't be back.
