This was my first experience at the Reilly Road Animal hospital and I was referred there by a friend. She suggested that I ask for Kelly. Kelly was absolutely amazing. She took her time to explain her services and what and how she would take care of my Yorkie-Poo, Sophie. When Kelly called to inform me that Sophie was ready, when I got there and she bought Sophie out, I was thrilled! Sophie was so pretty with her yellow bows. Have been coming here for years! Doc and his staff always are so friendly. When I had to say goodbye to my baby boy, Menace, due to cancer, they made it less painful- surprising me with a paw print on a letter from him. When our girlie, Sammy, had issues with her bladder, Doc and his staff made sure she got the best care and helped us coordinating schedules so she could get the best care in the time she needed! On top of that, we have our other babies there as well and we always get best advice and friendly staff who love our babies so much!!

I’ve been taking my dog Bella here for 2 years now. I really liked it at first. Staff was friendly and I got in and out. I recently boarded my dog while we were out of town for the holidays, and requested to pick her up when we returned, which was Christmas Eve. The girl on the phone said no problem I could pick her up on Christmas Eve. I go to board my dog to find out, no you can’t pick your dog up that day, because office will be closed. I wasn’t able to pick my dog up until the 26th, which was 2 days later and 50.00 extra for their mistake! When you board your dog here they require you to pay for a bath before pickup. I call to see if Bella was ready, and pick up my dog. I was so happy to see her I didn’t notice she had feces all over her hair stuck everywhere! I wish I had pics to show for viewers to see. This is completely unacceptable for any paying customer to pick their animal up whom payed you to take care of their pet, and to find fecal matter all over there dogs fur after it was given a bath is outrageous! Please do not bring your animals here. Find another vet office that CARES! Also, a vet office where employees are familiar with business operating hours. (Kind of helps).

I came in to the office on a Monday morning with my baby girl Lea who was in pretty bad shape. We did not have an appointment and had never been seen in this office before but we were brought into an exam room within 20 minutes. Lea was examined, had lab work done and was treated and sent home within a timely manner for not having an appt at all. The staff here is A 1. We were treated with nothing but true compassion. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't bring your pet here. They lost my dog's records, didn't follow proper procedures when I went in to get my newly rescued dog micro chipped. They didn't scan her for a chip when we got there. So now my 12 pound rescue has 2 microchips which means she got stabbed with that microchip needle twice... When I brought her back for her 3 year rabies, I found out that they had lost ALL of her records. The Vet assistant was unprofessional to my daughter and I and almost got bit in the face herself because she wasn't restraining my dog properly. As a result of the the Vet jumped when my dog flinched when he was administering the vaccine which caused him to pull the needle out of my dog and most of the vaccine ended up in her fur and not IN her body. I have 3 dogs and not one of them will ever set a paw in that place again.

My dog ran away while I was out of town, and someone found her. They called Reilly Road Animal Hospital, and gave the tag number over the phone. The staff was quick to call me to let me aware of the situation. Dr. Stephenson allowed her board until I came back into town. The price for boarding was good, and Sierra (my baby girl) was well taken care of. She usually has separation anxiety, but when I picked her she was happy and care free. I would recommend this vet to anyone!!

The folks at Reilly Road Animal Hospital are very friendly and easy to talk to. Dr. Stephenson doesn't have the bedside manner they do, but he's a very good vet. My daughter went to get a prescription for her dog and, because she wanted to get it filled elsewhere, she was charged $2.00. No one had the chutzpah to charge me, but I'm an old woman with a big mouth. My daughter is in her twenties and easier to push around. She's looking for a new vet, now.

I have been taking my dogs and cats (in one case a hamster) here for years, my mom as well. The staff here is incredible. They are extremely helpful and sympathetic to owners and their pets. I just had an issue where I had to take my brothers dog in for heart worm treatment and they were so kind and helpful with the whole situation. My husband and I were in tears trying to save our dog and they were just so amazing. People complain that veterinary offices overcharge and just want money but even though my family has had a dog die despite having them treated at this office, we don't feel bitter because we know they did everything they could and they have helped cure and care for all our other animals. The vet is clearly an animal lover and cares about getting pets taken care of. The staff behind the counter has to be the most delightful and understanding group of women I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I don't usually post reviews but everyone at this clinic made such an impression on me that I just had to make sure I could spread the word. Thank you so very much Reilly Road Animal Hospital. You have made a world of difference.

Read the reviews on this place first. Any positive reviews are most likely placed by friends of the employees not actual customers!!Don't give these people your business!! They are nice until you refuse there up sales and when the up sales don't work they charge you without telling you the price or what they tests they are doing on your animal. I was asked multiple times to neuter my dog and received rude comments when said no. They try to pressure sale you !! I'm good at saying no but the hidden fees was the last straw, this place is a scam!!

My dog went here for the first time to get groomed today... To be clear, this means a bath and a haircut with strangers, inside a VET OFFICE (all of my dog's worst nightmares rolled into one event!) Not only does he look adorable after his visit, but he's happy and bouncing and smiley - like he's just had the best day ever! We like our current vet but after seeing how much he loved being there, we may switch! Great people who love animals and truly care about the well being of our pets. We will definitely be back.

I can't believe I have to give 1 star. This is the WORST vet hospital in Fayetteville. I have had numerous upsetting experiences with this vet and his rude staff. Absolutely the most unprofessional people work there. They are over priced and push as many unnecessary procedures as possible to boost the cost of your visit. I paid over $3,000 to this vet after adopting a dog and she almost died as a result of their negligence. Fortunately another local vet was able to save her life. If you truly care about your animal you will stay as far away from this vet hospital as possible. There are better more reasonably priced vets in the area. Do your research

I am so pleased with Reilly Rd animal hospital. I have been to a few other vets in town over the duration of 15-20 years but I can honestly say this is my favorite. Communication is one of the most important concepts in a business and the girls at the front ( and in the back as well ) go the extra mile to walk you through things. Tonya and Vanessa are always sweet and patient with me, they treat Midas ( my baby ) so good and I appreciate that they never seem frustrated or rushed when talking to me, or anyone else. I've been here a few times and the last was the deal breaker. They always charge me more than they say they will, they up sell everything, there are random hidden fees, and my pets end up more sick than when I brought them in. My last bill had a $5 dollar disposal fee that was not discussed with me. The shot cost way more than what I was told. Then they charged me full price for the take home medicine and they did not even give me the full amount. They said they were out and gave me what was left and would call me when there was more. The whole point of the appointment was to come in and get more medicine, they had two weeks to make sure they had enough. Then when I called to see if I could come get the rest they said they'd call when it was ready but I haven't heard back. The other reviews of them up selling and just wanting money are true. I never get an answer of what is wrong, they say well we can do $500 dollars worth of tests and let you. I let them do one and when I came back in I just a vague answer saying yes they are. Well ya I know my pet sick that's why I brought him in. Never coming back.

Let me just say that I live in Atlanta so perhaps the level of Veterinary customer service I am accustomed to is completely skewed compared to what I received here. I brought my toy maltese here for his vaccinations/ grooming/ and dental cleaning all completed in a 48 hour period, so I can speak to most services offered. Vaccinations-I was not offered or allowed to sit in with him as they were administered. Grooming- I was contacted and informed he had a 'broken toenail' when in actually it had been grinded past the quick by the groomer. Dental cleaning-This was by far the pinnacle of terrible customer service. This was my babies first cleaning so he had never been placed under anesthesia before today. I asked if i could be present for the sedation and cleaning and the staff replied "for what..?". Against by better judgement I left him in their care and when i picked him up i asked for a verbal visit summary and the staff replied "i mean...what do you want me to say?...he got his teeth cleaned". No one outlined when he should eat, how long he would be groggy, if i should expect any side effect from the medications etc. NOTHING. When i asked why i couldnt receive a visit summary i was told "i mean read the paper its there". The staff overall was snarky and rude and I HAVE NEVER and will never revisit this place. I could go on because there is SO much more but the most important thing is that we be aware of the interactions with our babies. The prices are superb but I found out the hard way that you get what you pay for and Id rather pay double knowing my babies in good loving hands then to save a few bucks and worry myself on how he may be being treated.

I LOVE this clinic! The staff is so nice and attentive and Dr. Stephenson is very nice as well! I LOVE taking my dogs and cat there. Baylie has been going to them since she was 8 weeks old and at 1.5 years old, she LOVES them and behaves very calmly with them. They also give you the OPTION of doing ANY tests that would help determine the problem better, but you don't have to do anything other than what you want! And when they take Baylie back to weigh her, she walks back in all proud and stuff. Honestly, I've never had a problem with them and they've never given my dogs shots without me being there or asking me first. I will continue to take my animals there!

Kelly, the groomer, is fantastic and our dog, Murphy, absolutely loves her. Like the excitement he expresses is only equivalent to going through a drive-thru or picking up my husband from work.

They took good care of my kitty. My only quarrel is when we adopted said kitten for $75 at the animal shelter, spay and vaccinations were supposed to be included with the adoption fee. The surgery ended up costing us around $200 extra. Be aware when adopting a young animal from the shelter, this appointed hospital (that you HAVE to take your pet to) doesn't really honor the included spay or neuter.

Do not recommend at all, I have a husky that I took for 3 year treatment on mites. I was told twice that she had recovered to then had to bring her again to begin the treatment all over again. I spent over $1,000 on these treatments. Took her to a different vet who provided a different treatment and she is now fully recovered. On my last visit I noticed that there were other dogs under the same treatment.

So glad I took my peke here. The groomer was amazing and really took her time to explain my options to me and to really listen to how I wanted him groomed. She was so sweet and my peke looks amazing. He was so happy when I left him and picked him up and he has NEVER been happy to be left with someone before. I will definitely only go here for now on with all my vet and grooming needs.

I will definitely be taking my fur babies back every year and when I feel they need to be seen for anything I feel doesn't look or feel right with my babies. I was looking for a good place for my dogs that was closer to my house than my main vet clinic for anything that might come up or things that weren't serious and this place fits. Appointments were easy to make, no super long wait. The staff was very helpful and accommodating when I did go there as well. It's hard to find a good vets to trust in new places so I'm greatful.

I will probably never go here again. I caked before I took my dog in for a visit and what they priced me over the phone was way different then when they checked me out. I told them and they said we're sorry it was the prorated price! Wth does that even mean? They were rude and not willing to correct their error so I just paid it. I do not recommend them and ive been to several vets in the area

After experiencing multiple issues with my previous Veterinarian my wife suggested that I switch to Reilly Road Animal Hospital to which I of course agreed (guys take note, your lady is always right). Their professionalism, affordability, and legitimate concern for the wellness of your pets is astounding. If you are unsure about taking your furry friend here just do it, you will not be disappointed. I have multiple rescued pets and I regularly take in strays to vaccinate, spay/neuter and then relocate and with all of these animals I have had no problems of any kind. I will continue to take my pets and rescues here as long as their doors are open, they really are that good.

We started going to this vet when we moved here. Prices seemed to some of the cheapest. The vet always tries to get us to spend more money than needed here. This past time they mixed up our dogs file with someone else's and gave my dog the shots instead of the other dog. Not happy about it and most likely won't be going back. Everyone makes mistakes but when it comes to vaccines they could have killed my dog or anyone else's because of a lazy mistake they made.

We have been going to this vet for a year. They are CONSTANTLY trying to upsell me. I will tell them what needs to be done and when my husband takes the dogs, more is done because they take advantage of him! They called me 1 day before my dogs Rabies shot was due to let me know and told me that if I don't get it within 7 days, it will only be good for a year instead of three. Their rule, not the states. It was 10 days later when I was able to bring my dog in for the Rabies and my other two for grooming and flea and tick medication. The following week they call me and tell me that the same dog that was due for a rabies shot is due for a Lymes booster by, surprise, the next day! So my husband took him in, and they did a bunch of things that were not necessary. Have spent thousands of dollars with this vet and they care more about money than anything. Will not be returning!

I have to say, this is got to be the best veterinarian clinic i have ever been to! When i called to make my two cats first appointment there i needed to get them in fast for treatment, they got me in the same day and the vet took her time to talk me through everything and make sure i had all the answers to my questions, and i had a lot lol! I went back a couple days ago for my dog and received the same amazing service! I feel these people genuinely love and care for every single fur baby that enters their doors! I will not be going anywhere else as long as we are at fort bragg!
