I really get the feeling that they truly care about my boy. They are super accommodating. Toby had an insect bite recently and they took him in very quickly and with no waiting time. I looked at their reviews when we moved to Raleigh, and it is all postive, I am very selective about Oreo's care and everyone from the front desk to the technicians, groomers and staff are all very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. We took Oreo there a week ago for his check-up and Dr Hunter is excellent. Very caring towards Oreo and adressed all my questions and concerns. This place is awesome! They do treat you like family. Complete pet care and it's amazing beers have always been available to check him out, try new treatments, and solve as much as we can and they do it quickly. I've boarded my doggo here and got him groomed, and he's always coming home happier and healthier than he was going in.

I was referred to CPC from a bartender near by for my dogs neutering. I didn't expect it to be such a great place to be honest. The staff is phenomenal, the care of my pet was amazing, They explained everything to me from start to finish, and followed up after the surgery was complete. They did a follow up and customized a cone for my tiny yorkie. I wil be brining him here for day care and grooming. I love CPC.

We joined the pet families at Complete Pet Care Animal Hospital at Falls Pointe in early November. We read many reviews before choosing this animal hospital. (Our previous animal hospital in Raleigh was extremely disappointing during the passing of our 18 year old cat.). We have not been disappointed with Complete Pet Care! Dr. Hunter and the vet techs that we have met are wonderful. They have taken their time to answer our questions (as if we were first time parents!) and have been so gentle and caring towards our new kitten. We've only been taking our dog here for a short time but they have been FANTASTIC! Having been a vet tech for years I am extremely picky about how my pets are treated and I was very impressed with this clinic. Everyone is always pleasant, helpful, and thorough - both techs and DVMs. Our dog can get a little nervous at the vet but she has done great here and they have been very accommodating to her needs. We signed up for the yearly health plan and ended up having to cancel because we're moving out of town, and they were so helpful in getting it canceled and making sure we got our money's worth out of what we had already paid for the plan. Highly recommend!

My furbaby scruffy is not a happy camper with strangers but he does great when he comes and he loves his groomer. They take great care of him and answer all questions and make you feel at ease. I worry about him since he was abused before we adopted him but they show such love and tenderness he is good with them. Would recommend them for anyone. They also have overnight daycare for your baby which is good when you go on vacations

Everyone I have spoken to here has been really friendly to me and gentle with my kitties. After one of my cats died of an unpreventable and untreatable condition, Complete Pet Care sent a bouquet of flowers to my home. I was shocked. Totally unexpected and a really kind gesture. In case that wasn't enough, they then mailed me a card with hand written notes not just from the vet I saw, but from their entire staff. Wow! The assistant took my dog right in and performed all the necessary preventive care that he could administer. Wonderful staff and facilities. We felt totally comfortable bringing our little buddy here for a visit. Doctor Conley was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were fearful that we'd bring our dog and have to medicate him due to some issues but Dr C gave us some tips and tricks to train in ourselves and our dog so that medicine is the last option! It was very relieving for us to leave with a few things to work on. We are very thankful for this vet. Don't hesitate to bring your fur babies here!

Each staff member is highly trained and professional in her/ his role/ occupation - Vet Techs, DVMs, everybody. Excellent practice. In addition to their expertise, knowledge, and proficiency, the entire staff treats clients with genuine kindness and warmth. I have exceptional confidence in Dr Conley, Dr Hunter, Dr Hessler, and Dr Hayes, to name a few of the DVMs who have treated my dogs and cats. The groomers are excellent, too. I've been having my dogs groomed at CPC Falls Pointe for years. Oh, and yes, indeed, my cat did have several visit with Dr Ashley SImpson, the real cat whisperer. BearCat remained incredibly calm and peaceful during her examinations, prods, and pokes. Ten years prior he had had bladder surgery and decided he would hate on most vets forever thereafter ..... he loved Dr Simpson.

At first they were great. Then it started with a wrong dosage with a medication and wrong labeling on the bottle for my dog. I let that go. I referred my daughter to them and she took her dog in for the yrly exam. The dog was a little scared (didn't like her backside touch) and my daughters dog turned her head at Dr. Conley (didn't bite or nip...but I guess he thought she was going too) and the next thing he did was pinned her to the floor yelling at her. My daughter came home in tears. Never went back and the dog is now afraid of vets (never was before). The next was Dr Hunter was getting my dogs mixed up. On more than one occasion. Couldn't remember who was who. One of my dogs has Cushings. Dr. Conley recommended surgery to remove the adrenal gland after an ultrasound. He assured me she would be Cushing free after surgery ($3K). My dog also had a small cyst they were going to remove. After the surgery my dog still had the same symptoms. She tested positive for Cushings again. Another ultrasound was done, and a piece of the adrenal gland was left in, in error. We had to put her through the surgery again (no charge, but still a HUGE error). After that we switched vets. My dog after this STILL had the same symptoms of Cushings. We dealt with the side affects until we took her in again to be tested (at the new vet) and she tested positive. So now she is back on her meds for Cushings and we're out $3K (which should be refunded to us. Clearly it was a fail all the way around and awful to put my dog through TWO of the surgeries). I sent an email letting Dr. Hunter know about how my dog still has Cushings. I am writing this review because my email was ignored and I want the public to know what happened.

My cat Firefly wasn't feeling well. She haven't eaten for several days and couldn't whole down her food. He was dehydrated and possible kidney failure for a 12 year old cat.. I was working out of town when it happen. When the Vet in Eastern Carolina suggested taken her to Raleigh, I decided to call my regular Vet. at Pet Care Animal Hospital, where I been taking my pet dog and cat to for many year. They went out of their way to ease my concerns and I was able to make an appointment in a few hour. Dr. Amy Fear address the issue and diagnose the issue properly. My cat Firefly felt better and started eat that evening. I had a follow up call with Dr. Fear the next morning and now the cat well at home in Raleigh with the family. Thanks to Dr. Fear my family member will be around for a few more years.

Jess and I would like to thank the people at Falls Pointe for providing a lifetime of fantastic care for our dog Photon. I brought her to Dr. Conley as a 5-month-old stray puppy, and over the next 14 years, he along with everyone at the hospital were instrumental in helping us maintain her good health and overall welfare. Dr. Conley is an amazing surgeon, rebuilding her damaged knee, removing suspicious (to me, anyway!) lumps and bumps, and performing delicate eye surgery- all to great success. Another big favorite of Photon's was Paul Booms, who provided her with expert laser therapy. Not only did she shower him with dog kisses after each treatment (ample evidence that he made her feel better), he became her favorite reason in the world to get in the car. Paul also came with Dr. Thames when it came time to say goodbye to our beloved girl, and we can never thank them enough for insuring her comfort and treating her and us with such dignity, compassion, and respect. So, thank you for being her home away from home when needed, our doctors, pet counselors, and most importantly, our friends, and we will be back when another pair of loving eyes with four paws adopts Jess and me. This practice is amazing! Our 13 yo Boston Terrier Lucy was in respiratory distress and we thought maybe this was IT. We called them on a SUNDAY. The nicest Doctor met us there, tested, diagnosed and treated her for a minor heart valve problem, gave her a diuretic, and she was SO much better in an hour with a good prognosis. This is the best vet in North Raleigh. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help. The staff up front is super knowledgeable. Our dog has been kicked out of other day cares because he growls when he plays (wouldn't harm a fly), but the folks at complete pet care work with him in smaller groups instead of just kicking him out. I've been taking my puppy here for about 3 months, and my experience has been absolutely wonderful. I've had various interactions with Dr. Simpson, Dr. Conley, and Dr. Hunter (the majority with Dr. Conley), and all three have been spectacular. They don't just rush in and out, each of them has spent time really trying to help. Dr. Simpson sat on the floor with me and my puppy for 10 minutes the first time I brought him in giving me a "how to handle your new puppy" crash course. Dr. Conley spent 15 minutes helping me learn the best way to train my dog to walk on a leash. Dr. Conley and Dr. Hunter have helped me over the phone during their emergency hours. That aspect is obviously no fun for anyone, but they both spent time with me over the phone, making sure everything was ok and not just trying to rush to hang up, which would be totally understandable when I'm calling on the weekend! The vet techs and front desk have been so friendly, and have been very willing to help with whatever I need when I call in. They've also checked up on my dog a couple days after I've had to bring him in for issues. Everyone there obviously loves the animals they're seeing. The prices have been completely reasonable, and being set up with the PetDesk app is a nice touch. There are always other clients there, but they have always been able to get me an appointment whatever day and rough time I've needed. All in all, I absolutely could not be happier!

I am very selective about who I allow to care for my pup Sophie. My dog has had many allergy/medical issues since I adopted her from the shelter two years ago. My first time at Complete Pet Care was about a week ago and both the tech and the vet were very friendly and knowledgeable. They even offered to switch some things around to accommodate my early work hours. The facility was clean, their merchandise was stocked/organized and they actually answer the phone during business hours - WOW! One of the main problems we experienced at our last hospital was the 'let's just put a bandaid on it!' They continually performed the same tests which resulted in the same answers and the same antibiotics every three weeks. I spent thousands of dollars and never got to the root of the problem. The vet here discussed all of my options and their recommendations for next steps. I will soon be taking both of my kitties here as well. If you want your furry friends to be in good hands, I highly recommend this place!

I have a little family of Dachshunds (mom, dad, and baby boy) and I am very picky when it comes to who is taking care of them. Hanna (mom) has had a few surgeries and I have had bad experiences with previous vets. Hanna recently had to go under a large surgery to remove all of her mammary gland chains. Dr. Greg is AMAZING! He recognized that I was worried about the surgery given that Hanna isn’t as young as she used to be and he expressed how he could perform the surgery in the most detail for me. I have taken all of his recommendations and Hanna is not only doing great now, she also recovered so quick! He even called to check up with her progress weeks after the staples were removed. The technicians are also great to work with and so friendly! If you are thinking about coming here, I would not hesitate at all!

The most awful, rude, incompetent staff I have met. I was new, walked in to a tech who had a rude, inconvenienced tone of voice. Very short with her words. No smile. Not welcoming or warm at all. The vet working with her was further rude and lacked empathy. They dropped the ball on many things and I will NEVER go back or recommend anyone to them. If they are this bad with me, imagine how they would be to my pet or yours. HORRIBLE experience. I am a registered tech. I know a badly run place when I see one. Left with the most awful feeling.

We have gone through surgery, teeth cleaning and many minor problems. There is always a doctor on call.Our dog had emergency surgery on a Sunday. They gave me an appointment within the hour and gave my cat a thorough examination. They even waived the 1st time new patient fee. They have quite a few doctors in this group. The waiting room had such a soothing atmosphere with a huge salt water fish tank that was so intriguing.
