We wouldnt take our fur babies to anyone else! Dr Boyd is awesome and truly cares for the animals. The staff from the time you walk in the door are friendly, courteous and helpful. I cant say enough good things about them other then if you love your pets and want them to be treated well this is the place to go. Also extremely affordable.

Dr.s Dinsmore and Boyd and other staff members provided excellent, compassionate care for my 10 yr old dog. Unfortunately he had cancer which resulted in the need for euthanasia. The level of professionalism and love shown to my dog and myself was exceptional.

I have been taking our dogs, cats, and guinea pigs here for at least a couple years now. I have yet to ever had a bad visit with them yet. They stay plenty busy, so expect a little wait then. Trust me though, they wait is worth it. Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable vets! I feel they are trully committed to care for your animals and not what's in your wallet.

Any person that has left a review stating the prices are good are fake reviews or total liars. The place is really nice, staff is nice, but the prices are more then double compared to any other animal hospital. They do not have discounts for multiple pets. They charge $100 for puppy shots. If you have two puppies and 3 sets of shots your looking at $600 for just puppy shots. Great way to take care of the community that gives you business. Save yourself a ton of money go anywhere else. Everywhere else charges $60 for puppy shots.

Great place to bring your fur baby for great care.They did a great job with my multi v rated bis Hera Von der stark aka Sable.Here teeth looked great after they cleaned An polished them.The rest of the pack is going to follow suit they just don't know it yet.

I took my kitten Claude here for his kitten shots and checkup. I had some concerns because he was constantly losing his balance and falling off of furniture without trying to catch himself. The vet told me it was probably just his personality...his personality?? I took him to another vet and it turns out my kitten has a liver shunt and has to be on medication for the rest of his life. The fact that no test was even run on him or even proposed by the vet is very disappointing and could have saved my kitten from months of sickness. Nice enough staff but my experience was that they definitely don't go above and beyond for your pet.

My kitten, named Tigger, has made the most amazing recovery from being neutered. He was neutered on Friday. On Saturday morning, he was alert and eating well. By Sunday, he showed no signs whatsoever of ever having the surgery, racing around the house, playing normally, and eating heartily. I have owned cats for 42 years, and have never witnessed such a fast and miraculous recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Boyd and the expert staff at the Asheboro Animal Hospital!!!!!

So far I have brought three different animals here and the vets are always wonderful. Everyone there is so kind and professional. Whether it's for something minor like a skin infection or something heart breaking like euthanizing a sick animal this is the place to go. They explain everything to you thoroughly and give you options. They all seem to genuinely adore animals and I like how the vets talk to my pets. The animal might not understand your words but the soothing tone of voice does seem to really put them at ease. Staff are all gentle with handling the animals too.
