They are incredible. Beamer experiences minimal stress and gets a ton of affection when he's there. They'll try to work with your budget where they can and always have your pet's best interest at heart. From the receptionists, to the assistants, nurses and doctors; the service is grade A.

I adopted my older cat about a year ago, and this is our go to place. Dr. Greco is kind, patient, and listens to all your concerns, and he doesn’t Medicate or overly examine unless needed, because he cares about having to cost you money. He always calls me back if I have questions, even during a busy time-he even made time for my cat on a Saturday when it was back to back emergencies. The front desk are extremely helpful when processing insurance claims-I can’t recommend this place enough!

I've never had such a caring vet before. I took my fairly new kitty into the vet because of an upper respiratory infection and they took such great care of him! They talked to him kindly and kept complimenting how cute and good he is and seemed genuinely concerned about his welfare. The doctor was very thorough and had a knowledgeable diagnosis. They cut the price since I took him in as a stray and a receptionist cheerily offered to sit with him to keep him comfortable while I used the bathroom before leaving. After that they called to check on him multiple times and sent me a card in the mail wishing a speedy recovery and thanking us for coming in. I've never had such kind treatment for my animals. I highly recommend West Chelsea Vet!

Absolutely the best vet experience in New York. The most friendly and courteous staff, from the front desk to assistants and vet's. I bring my lab in routinely for USDA Vet health inspections as he travels everywhere with me. Chrissy is an expert in helping every time with the necessary paperwork. Both myself Logan my lab love visiting West Chelsea. It's one of the most professional vet services I've ever been to over 20 years of dog ownership in various cities. Can't recommend them enough!

The frot desk and the charge people of taking the dog abroad are not patient and not giving all the information needed they dont call back. Once u call and ask for someone specific they say she if ave but when i said my name suddenly this woman is not ave any more. They avoiding costumers and give them bad feeling. I’m new to NY and they absolutely not welcoming and i neeed urgent help with my dog and they not showing respect or understanding the complicate situation. Very sad and dissapointed.

Highly recommend this office. Dr Farber is compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. He will walk you through the examination along with diagnosis/prognosis. He has always returned calls and empathetic to his patients owners. The office staff is top notch.

My dog Cooper has been going to West Chelsea Veterinary for about 3-4 years now. The facilities are clean and all of the nurses, doctors and receptionists working in the office have always been exceptionally professional. I don't particularly jive very well with one of their Vets, however the great thing about this place is that they have multiple Vets and the rest have been awesome and very helpful. Cooper follows me internationally from time to time and they made absolute sure all of my paperwork was in order. They are very knowledgeable about pretty much everything that has to do with dog ownership. Do note that this place is very expensive, but for the right reasons. If you want to give your dog the best medical care in Manhattan, this is probably the place to go to. A special shout out to the nurse Candace, who seemed like the biggest dog-lover in the world. Cooper was very nervous for his dental but Candace gave him the best care and beyond throughout his stressful day. Many thanks!

Highly recommended. One of the friendliest and most helpful establishments. I switched here based on a recommendation. Dr. Magasweran is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She is very patient answering questions to alleviate concerns and makes sure I know what is happening. All the other vets and support staff are incredibly friendly and patient as well. All my visits have been VERY smooth and pleasant.

Great as always. I've been using the practicing owner (Dr Farber) a the vet for my dogs, to many years to count. The entire staff is great. Excellent customer service is just the cherry to top the cake, but they as an entirety care about both your pet and you. I've never left without any questions unanswered and that my girl wasn't going to get the treatment she needs and deserves. Also helps that my wierdo enjoys going here and cries to get into the exam room. I will continue to recommend them, because there's always something positive I can talk about them.

Love this place! My wife and I bring both of our felines here and everyone is a pleasure to work. Dr. Bourjaily is fantastic and always takes her time with us making sure explain everything so we never feel rushed. Pricing is extremely reasonable and the front office staff always makes sure to ask for insurance information to submit all relevant charges.

Our French Bulldog has recovered from several parasites and infections under her care. She has never rushed us out and takes the time to answer any questions we've had with patience and candor. She also always finds the time to return our phone calls whenever we have freakouts. The people at the desk are competent and did most of the work when it came to filing claims with our insurance. We love the guy at the desk!

I went to West Chelsea for three years with my two cats. What a lucky chance that I got Dr Homan on my first visit. She is an incredibly smart, compassionate, caring vet who guided me through three years of roller coaster health issues with my two cats. I recently moved out of the area and one of the hardest things about moving was leaving Dr Homan behind! The front desk staff was also great - it felt comforting to have them recognize me and my pets when we came in, especially this June when my beloved cat died. And I have to say, the condolences and donation in memory of my cat were wonderful, generous gestures that made me feel that my vet and clinic truly cared for my cat and felt my loss. I've owned pets my entire life and I have never encountered the level of care that West Chelsea offers.

Great Chelsea-area veterinary clinic! I’ve been here a few times over the past few years. Friendly front desk. Modern, clean office. I’ve always received prompt and courteous care from Dr. Klain. And when I called the other day for some advice about my gf’s cat, Dr. Gayer was super helpful. I recommend this place to anyone with a sick animal that needs to feel better!
