I have a cat who gets very aggressive at the vet. The vet didnt even see my cat or speak to me their tech said that they weren't going to risk getting hurt to see my cat. Very dissapointing.

Absolutely terrific! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. When I had to get ready to take my cat abroad, they guided me through the steps in order to get everything done in a timely manner. Special mention goes to Jackie, who knows everything about the pet export process, and Dr Goldberg, who is a certified USDA veterinarian. I can't thank them enough for making a complicated process as smooth and simple as it could possibly be!

We started taking our dog to Upper East Veterinary soon after the clinic opened in their first location. Our dog had had major surgery and pretty significant GI issues, so we were hesitant to leave the big vet hospital and go to a "regular vet". After a few visits with Dr. Goldberg, Dr. Nunemacher, and the other vets in the practice, we were convinced that this was the vet practice for us. We found the vets thorough, professional compassionate/caring, knowledgeable/experienced, and honest. The staff are also a pleasure to deal with and kind - like the time they helped me get cleaned up when our dog pooped all over me in 6-degree-Fahrenheit weather. Dr. Goldberg got us through years of dealing with our dog's numerous issues, and with various changes and flare-ups as he got older and more frail. We continued being happy clients of the practice until this past weekend. At almost 18 years old, his quality of life had declined, and Dr. Goldberg and Dr. Nunemacher helped us make the decision about the right time to end his suffering, and gave us the courage to come to terms with it. Dr. Goldberg offered to come to our home and euthanize our dog. It was such a blessing to be able to have our dog be able to pass peacefully at home. In that terrible and emotional moment, I would not have wanted any other vet there. Thanks for everything, Upper East Veterinary. I highly recommend this practice to anyone!

The staff and Veterinarians here are absolutely excellent. Very personable, and they take a vested interest in the health of your pets. Our furball has had a lot of digestive issues and they have been instrumental in helping us find a diet that works for him while monitoring his growth and health.

Absolutely worst experience with a veterinarian. I took my cat here on an emergency and they charged me a fortune doing practically nothing. Not only that but they listed my male cat as a female, mis-spelled my name, and started sending me incorrect reminders for vaccines he has already received at our home vet within the last two months. I wrote all information down, told them, and gave them his complete medical record at the office and they clearly paid absolutely no attention to anything. The incompetency blows my mind and my cat is still experiencing health problems. What a scam.

The UE vet center has been nothing but great in caring for my dog. From the initial pet check up to the nuances of living with and caring for a dog they have been supportive and extremely caring toward my precious pup. As a physician I appreciate the professionalism their veterinarian's exhibit and the quality of care that my dog receives time and again. I have and will continue to recommend the UE vet center to people who ask where my dog gets her care.

Honestly have no idea how or why this place has good reviews. The front desk employees are awfully rude. The office was absolutely empty and they said that they didn't have time to see my newly adopted kitten to get her shots. When I asked about the price, it was outrageous! There are way better veterinary clinics that are less expensive and will actually care for you and your pet. I will never return here nor recommend to this disorganized wreck called a clinic.

They are AMAZING! Front desk Josh was so helpful from the beginning and they took me in very last minute. Dr. Goldberg and her assistant were very helpful and most of all treated my cat as their own. That won me over and I can safely say I have found the perfect place to bring my cat!! Thank you so much!

Very professional and attentive care provided by the doctors and nurses for my ill cat. Milo is a 7 yr old male DSH Tuxedo who needed dental surgery for tooth resorption. The fees are affordable and reasonable. Will definitely be returning with future needs. My main advice is to take seriously their policy of needing to reschedule if you are more than 15mins late for your appointment. They take this seriously. I haven't had that problem but have benefited from the person before me arriving late and therefore my cat was seen early. Just mind your time management and you'll be just fine.
