Dr. Berg and the team at TVW deserve a diamond rating. I have had pets my whole life and NEVER met a more committed practitioner. My best friend Mr. Bones (11yo Shihtzu) was seen by another vet and told he would need a dental cleaning and tooth removal. Our orginal vet is in Seattle and could not schedule him in before my return to where I currently live in NY. I was concerned with new vets, the pricing of the procedure and most of all my besties well fare so I called several vets in the Manhattan area all of which netted 1 return phone call from a doc and that was Dr. Berg. She spent 30 minutes on the phone giving me the rundown for his tooth extraction, anesthesia for older pups and just in general getting to know me and my companion. All this without a credit card or even being a patient. At this point I knew TVW was the place for us. We scheduled a intake and were set to find a date for procedure. As it happens the night before our Monday intake my friends infected tooth went full on Tom Hanks Castaway with the screams of pain and banging of head on hard ground. A very terrible thing to witness. Needless to say we hit his intake and Dr. Berg scheduled us for procedure the very next day. During the procedure Dr. Berg discovered a few other issues and called me while he was still under to explain to me what my choices were, I opted to go ahead with the extra removals even though I was worried. Dr. Berg went above and beyond, she worked several hours after closing time to ensure the procedure was done right. Because Bone man was under so long he would have to stay overnight to have his vitals monitored. I have to admit I was pretty worried and sad I would not be picking him up, that is until she told me she would personally stay overnight with him (and her pup Seeker). Did you read what I just wrote? She stayed overnight to make sure my best friend was OK and for that I will never see another vet EVER besides TVW. This is by far the best experience I have ever had in dealing with this type of stressful thing. What she has done for our family has no price tag. Thank you Dr. Berg and co. I know your practice will thrive given the actual care you put into your patients. Truly don't make em like you anymore <3 Sincerely a very happy patient <3 JR + Seymore + Nancy & Mr. Bones

The BEST. Dr. Berg and her entire staff are A+. Total professionals that clearly love what they do. Dr. Berg obviously has all the right academic knowledge and professional expertise, but she also has the most incredible way of making you feel like your animal is the most important. She takes her time caring for your pet like it were her own. TVW doesn't feel like a business, it feels like a top notch wellness and medical center. The entire staff at TVW is knowledgeable, caring and thorough. Administratively, their response time on emails with questions, etc. is always very quick. I feel like we hit the jackpot with this and we're so grateful for all of the support we get from TVW.

Dr. Berg is the best vet I’ve had, period (over 3+ decades of pets). I wish she had a twin who was a human primary care physician! Everything that drives you nuts about other offices is not there in TVW. They are prompt, on time, spend lots of time with you to explain everything you might want to know about issues, options, pros, cons, costs, side effects, chances of success, what they might learn from a given test or prescription, etc. We never felt pressured for “unnecessary tests” and they clearly laid out all options but left the decisions to us. We felt informed and got the best care possible. The facility is spotless and in fact on our first visit Dr. Berg gave me a full tour of the whole location and sat with me to explain how they take blood pressure on small pets (cool machine, we tried it on my finger) After a long time of care, Dr. Berg came to our home on a Sat morning and put our best friend to sleep. Everything was painless and I would not have had it any other way. Aside from being a skilled vet, Dr. Berg was also just an empathetic, caring person for her human clients as well. I highly recommend Dr. Berg, her staff, and will return to them again. I’d trust the care of my best friend to them without a worry.

The atmosphere at the office is friendly and you feel at ease. Dr. Jennifer Berg and her team are ready for any situation if it’s just take a time on a patient or if it’s any emergency. In addition, Lionel who was a huge help to me when I had to finds a daycare for my two dogs and had to get all paperwork ready and send it to the daycare. Lionel was extremely official, fast, and submitted all paperwork with about less then 15 min. I was happily surprised how fast they operate at the clinic. Thank you so much all of you guys!

Dr Berg was our vet in 2003 when she last worked downtown. We are thankful she’s back in our community and our senior cat Huggy is under Dr Berg’s care. In 2017 we lost our cat Henley. Dr. Berg was everything we could wish for, giving us wise counsel and the compassion we needed to ease our loss. I’ve always dreaded having to euthanize an animal in a vet’s office. I am so thankful Henley died at Tribeca Veterinary Wellness, in a sun drenched room in a caring environment with Dr. Berg and her assistant by my side. Tribeca Veterinary Wellness is a great sanctuary for animals. The staff is fabulous too.

Dr Berg and her staff were great with me and my cat. She gave my cat a thorough examination, answered my questions, while her staff called my previous veterinarian to compile all the information. Beyond her obvious professionalism she told us a funny story about a reptile and directed me to an interesting photo exhibition.
