Dr. McCulloch is a one of a kind life saver for my recently adopted feral cat. She has the kind of skills you can't necessarily teach in vet school and I am so grateful to have met her. I resorted to using a home vet after making multiple failed attempts to catch my cat to bring her to a vet office to treat suspected ear mites. I was referred to use a home vet in order to give my cat the least stress possible. Even with the first phonecall, Dr. McCulloch was very attentive and accommodating to my concerns.Once Dr. McCulloch arrived, she was extremely kind and made me feel a lot more at ease about the situation especially after I felt like such a failure at trying to take care of what should have been a simple task. My cat really needed a full workup and vaccines along with ear cleaning and cytology because the records from the shelter weren't very clear (I had a feeling they couldn't catch her either). We decided my cat needed to be sedated in order to assess her properly. This is when I was truly wowed by Dr. McCulloch's skills. She was somehow able to ninja wrestle my cat into my tiny bathroom so she could be more easily sedated. I honestly don't even know how it happened because it happened so quickly. I was just so relieved once she stepped out of the bathroom and it was a success. Once the sedation kicked in, Dr. McCulloch went into the bathroom and I advised her to please do as much as she possibly could because I wasn't sure if I was going to ever be able to get anything done to her. Her and her vet tech were able to vaccinate, draw blood, get a urine, a fecal, clip nails, and clean her ears out all while working with the lights off because my bathroom lights make a sound that could disrupt my cats sedation. After everything was done, Dr. McCulloch reversed the sedation and my cat was back to normal. We made a plan which included a prescription for medication that would make my cat easier to one time treat for the ear mites. I was successfully able to give her the treatment. Every part of this visit was a million times easier than I expected. It wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be but because of my situation, money wasn't really a concern for me, I just wanted my cat to get treated and vetted and that's exaclty what Dr. McCulloch did. She's great and I'm sure she'd be even better with animals who aren't feral if you're looking for a home vet she's the one. She's very knowledgeable and has great life experiences that I learned about while waiting for the sedation to kick in which I believe makes her a great all around vet. Thanks Dr. McCulloch!

Dr. Wendy McCollough is a compassionate, kind and gentle soul. I had to say goodbye to my companion of 18 years. While I recognize that is a long life well lived, saying goodbye is always too soon and too hard. Dr. Wendy completely recognizes the difficulty of saying goodbye to your beloved companion, and her in home service is the kindest and least traumatic option for both owner and pet. When a pet owner is inevitably faced with this decision and your pet lets you know it is their time, Dr. Wendy is the ideal angel to help your little angel transition.

I never write reviews for anyone, but I have to say that Dr. Wendy is the best! She has been taking care of my 2 cats for a little over a year now. They are older, but are feisty and ferrel and have been extremely hard for me to wrangle into a carrier to get to a vet clinic, without being traumatized in the process. One of them developed a strange skin condition last year, and I had no choice but to get her checked out. In desperation, I researched online and discovered that Wendy could actually come to my home! She has been a godsend to me and my cats - Wendy's skill at handling them is quite impressive, and we've worked out systems for sedation, as needed. She turns my bathroom into a hospital room, and like a lion tamer goes in there and works her magic, accomplishing everything from shots, nail clipping, blood samples, etc. Wendy has also been able to systematically identify the nature of the skin problem, as we tried various tactics and medicines, and her process has been thorough and conscientious. It's such a relief to know I have Wendy to care for my cats - and she's also a delight!

When faced with the decision to euthanize my pet, I was relieved when Wendy McCulloch was referred to me until I spoke to her. I was continually put off by Wendy McCulloch's business first, sterile, arrogant approach. I decided I didn't want the last few moments of my pet's life to be with her. INSTEAD, I went with HomeFront Veterinary, Dr. Kristie and I'm happy I did. I highly recommend HomeFront Veterinary, Dr. Kristie and At Home Veterinary Services ,Dr. Leshanki. It's instantly a good feeling when talking to them when it comes to making this important decision. The person you choose to transition your pet over the Rainbow Bridge is as important as the decision to do it.
