They were all very kind and gentle. Can't say anything good about Pet ER in Los Lunas. According to their office hours and their recording they were supposed to be open but they weren't. Left my number and the message that I thought my cat was dying and they didn't even have the courtesy to return my call.

The only place I take my pets and the only one I recommend to friends and family. I had to put a pet down and the staff here was so helpful and supportive. A few weeks later I received a lovely condolences card from everyone there.

Staff were so wonderful and gentle with our new puppy. They were also very helpful with information because we are new pet owners and gave us lots of pamphlets for us to read at home. We'll definitely be back for future checkups and we'd definitely recommend them for pet services!

Valencia Animal Clinic has been wonderful every since I started bringing my four legged family members to them a year ago. They are very professional and caring. They have gotten me and my little loved ones in immediately during any emergent situation and their fees are resonable. Today, I need to say they as always where exceptionaly woderful. We had to make the difficult decession of saying good bye to my companion of 14 years. Valencia worked us in among their busy schedule and did not rush us, they were as usual courteous and respectful of my little one's needs. Thank you at Valencia Animal Clinic for providing such wonderful care for the pets of Belen.

These people are amazing and took the best care of our Marabell. They even did a check up call the day after we brought her home. Will go back if my cat ever needs anything else. I am adding more to this review because my cat just passed away and when I called to talk to the staff they remembered my cats name without me even giving any info. It was very touching that off of just a phone number they remember my cat. When I took her in they were very professional and caring and made sure we got everything we wanted to remember our pet. This place is truly amazing. I will forever take any pet I have here. Amazing staff. Thank you all for everything you do. ❤❤❤❤❤

This clinic is amazing! I commute from ABQ just to come here. They took great care of my baby boy and I will be coming here for the rest of our pets care. They're very knowledgeable and friendly. What should have costed an arm and a leg and maybe even a tail, the procedure was very affordable. In town, they were looking to charge a starting price of $500 without accounting additional cost for weight. With a puppy weighing 130 pounds, that would have been well over $3000. Thank you Valencia Animal clinic for providing phenomenal service while being reasonably affordable.

Great Vet! My dog TonyToast has severe Vet anxiety and he snaps and bites :-( but Valencia is a “safe place/stress free”, they will let you wait in your car with your animal until you have a room available so there is no waiting room stress. I also just got a kitty and her shot and spay experience was great. Highly recommended Valencia Animal Clinic in Belen!

Our dog had been having a serious GI problem and we made many trips to our usual vet w/ various failed treatment attempts before he finally told us there was nothing more he could do and our only option was to get a very expensive operation and/or possibly put our dog down. We decided to get a 2nd opinion at VAC first and are so glad that we did. Dr. Mac quickly came to the correct diagnosis and was able to treat the problem with a simple prescription. She was extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and considerate of our budget. She and her techs delivered a remarkable level of care when our dog had to go through an unpleasant assessment. Now our pup is her usual, happy self. We will no longer be going anywhere else!
