I’ve tried so many vets around this area and I cannot say enough good things about our experience there today! Brought my pup in for a limp and the doctor was to the point, thorough, and even caught some ear redness in his ear and gave some ointment. Affordable and very knowledgeable doc!

They were getting my sisters cat neutered and 2 days after we ended up have to put him down they gave him to much liquid while he was asleep getting sergerie.

Our cat Smokie had stopped eating and we took him here for his first visit. The vet recommended taking him to another location for an ultrasound and the set up the appointment for us within the hour. He unfortunately was very ill and we lost him a couple of days later. Even though they only saw him for a few minutes, they sent us a condolence card. We’ll use this clinic for sure when/if we have another pet. Kind & caring people here.

We just moved to Rio Rancho and finding a Great Vet was at the top of my List. After much research and talking with neighbors, we took our cats to Rio Rancho Animal Clinic. Both Denise and Dr. Cressy are the best! They are genuinely caring, very knowledgeable and take as much time as needed to treat pets. As we are on a fixed income, I was also grateful for the reasonable prices. We are so grateful that we found Rio Rancho Animal Clinic. I am confident that you will be as well!

My family and I recently moved to the Rio Rancho. We have a menagerie of pets with two dogs and three cats. Recently my dog who I have had about thirteen years got a bad case of paraphimosis, Dr. Cressy gave my pup an examination and recommended I take him to the animal ER right away. I followed her instructions and he recovered great. When I called her the next day to set up a follow-up appointment right away my dog was remembered and asked about how he was doing and if everything was ok. The true care that Dr. Cressy and her staff have for animals is easily seen. She has also treated our younger dog and a kitten for minor illnesses.

I just moved here to Rio Rancho I am waiting for a litter of Rowdy pups to be born so in the meantime I was interviewing veterinarian in my area I come across this vet she seems very friendly very knowledgeable and I'm going to choose her as my vet when the pups are born feel very comfortable with her she also owns a couple of Rottweilers herself makes me feel real comfortable

Receptionist is clearly overworked and is taking it out on clientele and other clinics. Wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone! Go somewhere else with your money and pet.

We've been treating pets here for 5 years for well-pet, urinary issues, and other common multi-animal household issues. Dr. Cressy and Denise are a great team - knowledgeable, all about the health of the pet -and- the household, and cost-effective. Dr. Cressy is also an excellent surgeon. Worth the drive, assuming you don't live next door.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! I came here with my two dogs and had my 3 month old with me. To say the least they were extremely patient and understanding! They were extremely gentle and are very affordable!. I finally found a vet I intend to keep!
