Awesome customer service. Was able to accommodate our four pets when all other vets turned us away due to scheduling conflicts. Clean facility and reasonable prices!! The AC seemed out while we were there which made it a little uncomfortable... But overall fantastic

Best Vet I've ever taken my dog to! My dog is very anxious and scared in a vet's office and the Dr. took the first 15 minutes of the appointment simply trying to make her feel comfortable via treats and loves. She listened to everything I said, explain things in very simple terms, and was so kind! Their prices are very reasonable and I was in and out in a timely fashion. I will definitely continue to go here!

Everyone here is so wonderfully nice. Its scary to move here and not know where to go especially when your dog often has special issues that need to be taken care of. It's really great to find somewhere enjoyable to go where you know your fur baby will be taken care of.

I believe the positive reviews for this vet are outdated... we took our dog in to be spayed and were not given any after care tips or a cone to prevent her from licking. They were quick to sell us on the $20 nail clipping and tried to get us to pay over $100 to remove dewclaws. If you’re looking for a vet that’s concerned with your animals I would not recommend..

If I could give zero stars I would. I am a customer there with both of our dogs, everything went always fine. Now I have an emergency with my jack russell, she is in extreme pain, throwing up and shaking (laxation lentos = her eye lens fell into her eyeball, the eye pressure rises and puts her in pain) and apathetic, but the lady in the front told me there are no options I could come in the next three days. Earliest in three days evening. Very, very disappointed. They know all the history of my dog with her cataract, her glaucoma and her liver. I am calling other vets to see if someone takes my dog in. Very unprofessional to NOT have an emergency set up.

NEVER GO HERE. ZERO stars. The other reviews must have either been outdated or flat out lies, because this place was an absolute nightmare. Very uncooperative. The pushiest, most overpriced place I've ever encountered. I will never return.

I was traveling through Clovis with my yorkie. Initially on the trip out, I had used benadryl which did not have a good outcome. For our trip back, I decided to find a local vet to get him something stronger. This office staff was very friendly and accommodating. The vet was awesome with my dog, especially given that he was anxious. I highly recommend them and will definitely be a repeat customer.

My wife came home to our cat layed out in the kitchen that would cry out in agony when she tried to move him. She called around town but nobody could help. These guys were able to help and saved out cat's life. He was a rescue that we had adopted had developed crystals in his bladder that had to be removed by emergency surgery. Aside from his emergency, we continue to follow up with our pets here because they are always kind and very patient with our anxious pets.

Had to board my dog for a little over 2 weeks when we first moved here. Gave the staff instructions to give my dog his heartworm and flea meds during his stay. Picked him up and they gave me his meds back not knowing what they were for. Are you kidding me!?!? The vet called me with excuses and apologies but that doesn't fix incompetence. I will take my dog elsewhere.

It's over prices, and took them a long time to see my dog and receptionist was not to into her job today. And Dr thought my dog was a Rottweiler and he's a German Shepherd mixed with dobermen was upsetting to me cause he examine him and was wrong. Not impressed .

We brought our dog in after seeing him act a little odd. The vet did a bunch of tests and xrays and concluded that he had heart failure because everything else looked good. So we put him on heart meds but he continued to decline so we took him for a second opinion and they diagnosed him with cancer. I don't know if we could have done anything else, but they definitely misdiagnosed my dog - which ended up costing him his life a few months later. Do your own research and seek second opinions because in this case, I would have liked to have known that he had cancer early on instead of treating him for something else while the cancer continued to decline him.

This clinic is absolutely wonderful and accommodated mine and my dog's needs above and beyond what they were required. My dog was so sick and in so much pain and all the clinics in the area were full (including Prairie Lake) but they squeezed my baby in to a 20 minute gap that they had. I am so thankful they did this because she ended up having Pancreatitis and after getting their care, she is feeling and acting so much better. I will be back (with an appointment this time because they are busy) in the future for all my pet's needs. They were very kind and patient with me when I was obviously a worried mess. I very much appreciate all their help!
