Mesa Grande Animal Clinic is the best place to take your pets! Dr Hall, his nurses and staff are very helpful and knowledgeable they're always so good with all my dogs and cats! There's been quite a few times they've helped my pets and my payday was still a ways off, Dr Hall is amazing the staff is awesome! My cat Dickens was attacked by a dog, it was pretty bad. We took Dickens in and they helped save his life! In the picture you'll see black stuff, that's dead skin the Dr said it will fall off on its own and it will take some time for Dickens to completely heal. I will post more pictures as Dickens makes progress! My pets and I love Mesa Grande Animal Clinic, Dr Hall and all his amazing staff!

Just want to highly recommend Dr. Hall. My little 3 1/2 pd Yorkie has some special health issues. When I first took her to him in 2013 I explained that I needed a Veterinarian who would work with me on her diet because I was treating her liver shunt with some special probiotic supplements but I needed him to check her overall health and her teeth, etc. He was very willing to work with me and has been wonderful. I brush her teeth at least twice a week and today when I took her in to see how her teeth were doing he said they looked fairly good and would not warrant giving her anesthetic to clean them at this time. He is the greatest!! Very sincere and honest and I appreciate that.

My family and I have been going to this vet for over ten years. We have had nothing but excellent service from all of the staff at Mesa Grande. They are friendly, helpful, and professional. I know that my dog, now fifteen years old, is in the very best of care. I have seen them comfort the grieving and fawn over the cute. The love and affection Mesa Grande feels for their animals, and for their human visitors, is clear from the moment you walk through the door. We shall be with them as my dog reaches the end of her life, and we shall be with them at that point when we are ready to brave giving our hearts out again to a pet. Thank you Mesa Grande Animal Clinic for the excellent service these last ten years.

I have been to many vets in many states and Dr. Hall and his staff are by far the best. He is professional, knowledgable and kind. His staff is caring and efficient. If you are looking for a vet please give him a try. He's not the cheapest, but he is the BEST! Remember you get what you pay for. And for my fur babies I only want the very best. On more than one occasion while traveling my dog has gotten sick. The vet we took her to (3 times), never found the problem. After coming home and one visit to Dr. Hall, problem solved! If It was possible to have him as my Doctor I would.

Many of the vets around this vet have better care at better prices. Our dog gets occasional skin problems, she had a high fever from an infection and all this vet could do was be pushy about a "cosmetic" eyelid surgery she didn't need. He gave her a shot of antibiotics and she swelled the size of golf ball at the injection zone. No help over the phone wanted me to come pay another fee just to have her checked. Didn't want to give me direct answers to my simple questions, I would not recommend.

Personal care. Vet takes care of pet, in most cases, in the exam room. Talks us through what is happening. Allows us to comfort our dog while clipping nails, as it is traumatic for him. Best Vet I have been to. We have lived in 7 states. Thorough.

I made a last minute appointment because my dog had new breathing problems for the last two days. She's 8 and never had had issues. They got me in immediately which is great. But once I was there I felt incredibly rushed. We went back in the room and including weighing my dog and looking at her we were out in 15 minutes. I've had pugs my entire life and have two mixes currently and I mentioned that. I was told, "have you ever heard of reverse sneezing?" and shown a video of it. of course pugs do that... and she was given a $50 allergy shot. Total cost for 15 minutes: $117 and no I don't think that was the issue... I felt like I couldn't get a word in.

I had a similar experience as the only other reviewer. I will never take my pets here again. I lost my eldest dog thanks to the fact the vet ignored my concerns for over a year and discouraged me from taking my pet to a specialist. Vet failed to diagnose ALL of my pet's problems. By the time I wised up and took my dog to someone else, it was too late. The undiagnosed problems were too advanced. Explain to me how a vet misses an irregular heartbeat for months? Yeah, the vet at this clinic missed my dog's irregular heartbeat, even after I witnessed him using a stethoscope during every visit. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect a vet to CARE about the animals he/she treats. It is plainly obvious that the vet I took my dog to did not care at all.

Been going here since 2001... A little pricey but that is what to expect from a vet. They got staff and bills to pay as well. I do love the customer service! They always get me in as quick as possible with my cat. The medical to my cats were awesome!

I have used Dr Hall for years. He always takes great care of my lab Maggie and my blue heeler Reece. They are accident prone dogs and always doing something to themselves. I have always been able to get them in for emergency care. The staff is very caring and kind. I would not use any other animal clinic.

I took my dog in to have a check up for what we thought was a allergic reaction to her food or something else. The front staff were friendly. When the doctor examined my dog he told me the scabs she had on her stomach were allergies and that its normal. She had some other concerns so he recommended some antibiotics. I left feeling good, even after paying a little under $150 for that visit. When I got home and gave her the meds she got very sick. She threw up and was acting “out of it” I called Mesa Grande and told them what happened. They told me to stop giving it to her and that they could give her something else but I would have to pay more money. They would not work with me, considering we had just left the office and she had only taken one dose…. We decided to not go back. We decided to just not give our dog any meds especially if it was allergies. A month went by and she still had the scabs on her stomach. We decided to take her to Sunrise veterinary clinic. The doctor immediately advised me that he thought it was skin cancer and he needed to do a biopsy. Why did Dr. Hill ignored the concern and because of it my dog was over prescribed and neglected when I trusted him. I highly recommend you taking your pets to Sunrise. They will be honest, treat your animals good and they also have payment plan options.
