Dr. Cole and her staff are amazing! They go out of their way to make sure your fur family is taken care of! It amazes me when we visit they spend time with you and your pets and answer all my questions. Sounds crazy, but our dogs get excited when we say we are going to the vets. My puppy, Lulu, had a little limp and her regular vet couldn’t see her, so I took her to Malaherd, which is very close to our home. We had a great experience with Dr. Janine Cole. A few weeks later, Lulu had a limp on the other side and again our regular vet couldn’t see us, so again I took her Malaherd, and again Dr. Cole and her staff were wonderful. Based on those two experiences, Dr. Cole is now our regular vet. Last week, Lulu went for her first annual check-up, and again we had a great visit. The facility is scrupulously clean, painted in calming colors, the exam rooms are comfortable and attractive, and the pricing structure is competitive and fair. Further, Dr. Cole is always punctual, and she makes time for questions. Her love of fur babies is evident, and I have complete confidence that she will always take excellent care of my Lulu.

Dr. Cole is absolutely amazing! My dog somehow injured her back and was unable to use her back legs. Dr. Cole got her in right away. My dog is 16 and I was sure this would be the end. Not only did Dr. Cole and her staff make my dog feel safe and provide comprehensive analysis, but the treatment was built around what was best for my dog and took into consideration my budget. Dr. Cole was able to get creative and solve this problem. My dog is running around the yard again. Thank you, Dr. Cole!
