Called for an emergency. When the vet got her in, he seemed less concerned for the well being of the dog and more concerned about the fact he had to be there. We had to put her down, and felt rushed into it. We were going to have to do it anyways, but the vet was very insensitive to us and the situation.

i went in as an emergency due to my puppy not drinking water for 4 days. they made us wait, while they only had puppies who needed vaccines. told us they would give my puppy care when “they could fit us in” and my pup needed urgent care.

We recently had to put our cat down, we decided to have him cremated, the box we received with his ashes was so unexpected no cheap carboad box but a nice wood with his name on it, then we come home tonight to a card from all the staff and a paw print of our sweet car I can't say enough good things about the people there and just everything was perfect even in our time of grief.

Very new clean facility. Brought my boxer here for shots and a couple of nail trimmings. Found the staff and vet to be very helpful and friendly. They are very fairly priced. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because they dont carry Advantage Multi and I have to order it.

I am so very thankful to have found this place after moving to Carlsbad. Doctor Albright is a miracle worker. He has been the only vet that has been able to help my dog who was diagnosed with canine lupus 4 years ago! My furboy has been going to many vets over the years and not one knew how to treat his life long illness until Albright! My boy is back to acting like a happy puppy again it's almost like he never had lupus! The front staff is always very helpful and accommodating. They remembered me after the first time. I have 3 dogs total and they are always good with them and I know I can trust them with my babies!
