Disrespectful of other peoples' time. 2 PM Shot clinic at Clark's on Lomas and vet had not shown up by 10 after and staff at Clark's had not shared any message. This was second time that I experienced lack of timeliness and will not consider returning.

The staff (Julie) and Dr. Lloyd have treated my sweet Ally May and I with the greatest care. Ally May is my first great pyrenees puppy and my first large breed. Julie and Dr. Lloyd have shared experiences with me and have made life with Ally May more manageable. Dr. Lloyd recommended a type of food for my oldest small breed and she loves the new food. Dr. Lloyd has a gentle spirit and the mindful way she has taught me to deal with my animals is a treasure. I will not go anywhere else.

Dr. Lloyd has always taken care of our pets with great expertise and compassion while offering us education on pet care and issues. All at an affordable price. She was especially accomodating when it was time to euthanize our 20 y.o. Lhaso Apso. Recently, after office hours, our Lab developed a sudden, very concerning eye problem. Her assistant advised us that Dr. Lloyd conducting a shot clinic at Hound Haven. We were able to take our to Lab to the shot clinic and have his eyes treated immediately instead of waiting over the week end. In addition, her office called to check on our Lab to make sure his eyes were better. We have taken our dogs to her for many years. Her office location is especially convenient. Her shot clinics she offers are both convenient and affordable.

I have taken all my dogs to Dr. Lloyd for over ten years. She has extended the life of several of my dogs by simply changing their diet. Her holistic approach to pet health and well being has better results than the traditional approach most vets use. Often times after speaking with Dr. LIoyd i would find myself going to local grocery stores for some herbal/ natural products that she would want me to give my dogs. Initially doubting if what she was telling me to do would work and then being pleasantly surprised when it did! She provides a valuable service to the community thru her shot clinics providing services and care to animals that might not get the care if it wasn’t for Dr.Lloyds clinics! Although her clinics may have long lines, the wait is very much worth it because Dr. Lloyd takes the time not only to examine your pet but to answer all your questions. She is not only caring about your pets but very caring about pet owners. Dr.LIoyd recently provided me a great deal of support and comfort during the loss of my dog. If Dr. LIoyd was not my vet i am not sure what i would do...... Thank you so much Dr. LIoyd for being such a great vet.... my dogs thank you too !!!!

Only vet I trust with my furbaby! I love how amazing Dr. Lloyd is with the animals. She's very calm and she really wants to help. She's less interested in "making money" and more interested in giving the animal exactly what they need. She's willing to do anything to help my baby anytime of day and she's very easy to work with. Prices are super reasonable. Her staff is fabulous too - they answer the phone or return your message within the hour usually and everyone seems treats you like family.

Ms Lloyd did my dobermans ears i did not want the length she did she said she "specialized" in the certain crop. After my dogs surgery 1 month later the stiches came out and said he ears would stand only 1 ear stands after 35 times of her proping them she charged me 350+ 10 each standing I litteraly spend over $700 on his ear with her she won't even call me back after i told her she did something wrong we need to fix his ear she litteraly is ducking and dodging me worst vet ever shes not even licensed to do surgery.

I would not Recommend AnyOne going to This Veterinary Clinic. The staff was extremely Rude and Unprofessional. The Facility was Disgusting there was Blood all over the floors there was also food on the Medical stations and Everything was Filthy. They did not make ME or My Dog feel Welcome or comfortable. They also Over charged us for literally doing Nothing. Please Do Not Take Any of your Pets here . Stay AWAY!!!
