I do not recommend this place at all. The reason I decided to take my pet here is because it was recommended by a former employee, but as I found out later there are far more people that feel like I do about that their customer service and Instransparent pricing and Malpractices . First they told me that a diagnosis would be 40$. That was not true. I wash charged 69$ because they had to use a dye to check my pet. What's funny is that at no point was I asked or was it mentioned that this would be an extra charge and ,or if I would like to allow them to do it. Also their "estimates" seemed to only be vague and when I asked if I could pay in advance the incompetent woman at the front could not give me a balance . I don't think they would go to a restaurant and order food and drinks without prices or being able to know what you would be paying. Her excuse was we don't know what else we may need to do and charge you for it the day of surgery. To me that means they could charge me and x amount of dollars if they wanted me to and force me to pay it once the procedure was done. As I said though I was trying to pay upfront. Never have I been to a place of business where it's a problem to pay in advance. But as I had seen what they did to me in the diagnosis trick they were going to try to do the same again and up charge at the end. What was worse is that this woman in the front told me I could take my pet somewhere else if them not being transparent was an issue. The only reason I stayed with this place was because of the time I had already invested and the vouchers that were given to me were already sent to them. Not only were they rude but they were never organized and had to ask me every time I called or went exactly what was going on with my pets procedure, being that I told them exactly what I wanted since before the first estimate, but since they make their estimates designed for up sale they lose track of what the customer actually wants.
