My husband and I found a bird that wasnt doing so well. I asked everyone in town here in Carlsbad if they knew of a place that would help. Everyone immediately said Desert Willow. I called right away and without hesitantion they told me to bring the bird in. I will be calling this morning to see if the little guy made it or not. But I must say the process of intake was extremely fast and courteous. They were very thankful. They assured they would do everything they could to save him! I recommend this place to every and all that need any kind of care for your animals. Very friendly and they make you feel welcomed!

I work for the national park service and they care for all 8 of our pack mule and our 2 horse. The veterinarian is extremely knowledgeable and keeps excellent records on our animal that can be easily referenced. The stay is very pleasant and easy to work with.

Was told to be there at 8 showed up a few minutes early ( had to go to work at 8) didn’t think it would such an ordeal but they were rude and made it a frustrating process of of me getting my friends dog snipped, which by the way was a huge dog that was overpowering me and knocking me over. Will not use again sorry
