Great place to take your dog. My dog was sick, they got me in quickly. The office is nice, new, and clean. The staff was friendly. Dr. Wenner spent time with me and didn't appear hurried. He offered several treatments and discussed my options. The bill was fair. They didn't get upset when my dog marked the wall. I would go here again.

Great service, I was not pressured to do a bunch of lab work or surgery on my old dog. I got good advice, drugs for the dog and she is happy. (Another Vet in town was pushing for a second round of expensive labs and biopsy which had been inconclusive the first time.) Very down to earth will use them again!

Friendly staff, vet was inexperienced. Seemed compassionate and willing to help, but lacked the needed experience (in my specific case). Misdiagnosed my cat to die with FIP, suggested euthanasia. Got a second opinion & while my cat would have died she's getting better with proper medical care for her condition will be better soon.

I love taking my dogs to this vet. The staff are always kind and courteous. The fact they do emergencies is fantastic. You can call on the weekends and if its urgent the vet will meet you at the clinic.

Dr Winner is the most caring and understanding vet that I've ever been to with my pets. A month ago in August 2017 he came to my house to put my beloved dog Uno to sleep. **Updated from a our original post** Not exactly what we were looking for. When we moved here and brought our animals in, there was a loving, attentive female vet. Apparently, that was only temporary. My animals respond better to an understanding, gentle vet. Unfortunately, the male vet here is not that. Looking for a new vet now.

Had to take my wifes dog here as an emergency, told she would need a very expensive treatment to try to help, wish they could have offered a payment plan so we wouldn't have had to put her down. While trying to enjoy a few moments alone with her before she had to be euthanized they came in asking for our payment I wish they would have waited cause its sad that money to them is more important than trying to find a way to save our dogs life

Our regular vet was on vacation and dropped by here for a vaccination for our daughters dog. Facility was very clean and very modern, staff was very nice and the doctor seemed totally focused on our dog he answered lots of questions, not rushing us to get to the next patient

I lover that they are able to do so many tests at their facility instead of having to wait for samples to be sent somewhere else and wait for days to get results. Amazing and affordable private kennels if you're needing to board your dogs.

While on a trip to Roswell a few weeks ago our 13 year old pug randomly started having seizures in the middle of the night on a Friday. We showed up freaked out Saturday morning with no appointment and were treated so well. Posted business hours were 9 am but they opened the doors for us at 8:30. Dr. Mills was with us within minutes of our arrival. She was incredibly compassionate which sets her apart from all vets I have interacted with. Princess was in a dire situation and Dr. Mills saved her life while the whole time making us feel calm. The cost was reasonable and we can't thank Dr. Mills enough!!!!

My Charlie (yorkie) is 14 year old and on Saturday afternoon he started having seizures (he has never done this before) I called the emergency # and they told me to come in and they would meet me there.... Both Doctors were amazing very sympathetic and they took such great care for my Charlie ❤️❤️

My experience here was bad I brought in my Puppy 4 months in because he wasn’t moving just breathing they didn’t even know what was wrong with him. They just keep asking me how much money are you willing to put in to your dog. All they care about is them dollar signs Don’t bring in your dog here if you have a emergency!

I had a great experience. I called on a Friday around noon and they scheduled for me to bring my dog in an hour later. Didn’t have to wait at all. Dr. Wenner and his staff were very kind and made me feel comfortable about leaving my dog for surgery. She had a gastric obstruction and Dr. Wenner performed the surgery the same day. Dr. Wenner called to keep me informed of my dog progress. I was very pleased. I recommend Cielo Grande Vet. They are wonderful!!

We are traveling in an RV, and my older male cat had a stroke, so they worked me in for an appointment to do an exam on him. The next day he was worse, so he had to cross the rainbow bridge. The staff again worked me in immediately and were compassionate and kind and gentle. I was so fortunate to choose them. I can’t recommend Dr Wenner and his staff highly enough.

Terrible place my mom took dog in to be spayed ended up close to 1500 dollars and turns out they didn't spay her dog and now she pregnant and just said sorry can pay again to do it again they said you should have brought here in 60 days how would we know she not spayed guess open her up to check ourselfs we have different last names she also had abortion of puppies and ya you can't find it you changed paperwork after complaint to cover up ant typically means they charge what they want

This is a good eat Olaf to bring animals. I believe they watch animals if owners have something to do. They are so sweet and their place is pretty big. They give free samples of dog treats. I definitely recommend this place to pet owners!!!!!
