They take great care of your animal and it is a great atmosphere. But they tend to overcharge you for things you never asked for. Came in a for a refill on ear medication and they cleaned my dogs ear without me asking and charged me 27$ for the ear cleaning alone. They refuse to refund me.

I'm really shocked to see a negative review we adopted from a local shelter and unfortunately our kittens had problems minor ones but problems none the less after dealing with another vet in town we didn't really want to go to and weren't really pleased with we found this place... oh thank God we walked in the front door and I knew we would be much more happy so just a few points I want to touch on, one the place smelled nice and as I come up to the counter I see two things as I'm actually greeted with a smile which is something people seem to lack. I see a sign saying "Welcome Cloud and Tifa" on a little white board and then I think "oh hey that's nice maybe these guys care?" And then I see to my right the candle that's subtly making the place smell like spring cotton rather then bleach or wet dog and then I realize the sign next to the candle says "if I'm lit someone is dealing with the loss of a pet here today" and then I realized with a bit more certainty that our little ones were in the right hands

Dr Jones Is the most kind and caring vet. She spoils Taffy with treats every time he's there and he now expects nothing less! She takes the time to listen to our concerns and answers all our questions. She's the best!

We have used Arroyo Vet Clinic for 13 years now. The care and compassion they provide is beyond compare. The few very sad instances where we have had to make the decision to euthanize has been as difficult for them as it was for us. They care like the pets are their own, and they grieve just the same when they have to be let go. These are true angles in the love and care they ALWAYS provide each and every time, whether a check up or a serious visit.

This is a fantastic clinic. I cannot say enough about the staff, and especially about Dr. Amber Thompson. She an incredibly caring and compassionate doctor. She was so patient with our little pooch that got cactus needles in her eye. I am so grateful for the great care my little pooch received.

During a cross country road trip, my dog Lulu became very sick. I knew I wouldn't be able to get home in time to help her get better. I called the Arroyo Veterinary Clinic from the road and reached Ashley at the front desk. She was able to get us an appointment that afternoon. Lulu was seen by Jordan first who listened so well and then the doctor, Dr. Amber Thompson. Dr. Thompson was able to figure out immediately what Lulu's problem was and prescribed treatment and medication that would help us get Lulu home. Dr. Thompson and Jordan were so caring and gentle with Lulu (and us). Ashley was so helpful and patient. Lulu was feeling better that evening and now we are home and Lulu is well on the road to recovery. I can't say enough about the Arroyo Veterinary Clinic. Everyone there was fantastic and I am forever grateful for the compassion and care shown to Lulu and me. Thank you so much!

I have one cat that freaks out after being in the car for more than 2 minutes, and another cat with major health issues. This Clinic bent over backwards taking my sick cat in with no appointment and running the testing needed to try to figure out what was wrong with him. They even called me a couple days later to follow up and see how he was handling the medication. Totally recommend this crew as they genuinely care about your animals and offer exceptional communication and professionalism

I am SOOOOO glad the staff here are so rude and didn't have the time to see my cats, I went 30 seconds north to Banfield and was seen withing 5 minutes and the staff was AMAZING!!! They spoke with me not at me. It was a great experience.

Yay! I finally found our doggie's vet home! The whole staff was great from Eny the office manager, Matthew the vet tech, and Dr. Jones. Our dog Ditz is high strung and gets pretty anxious in new places but they all went above and beyond to make her as comfy as possible. They were also very thorough and took the time to explain what they recommended and why. If you're a crazy protective animal parent like me you will feel so comfortable entrusting your precious one's health to these professionals.

I have had wonderful experiences with our caring vet Julie, as well as Amber. The entire staff at Arroyo is extremely professional and caring with my furry family members. Everyone at Arroyo has always been very nice and the appointment times always have worked around my schedule, including quick emergency appointments. From my two Yorkies, my mom's large Poodle, and other family pets, we have used this clinic for years with 100 percent satisfaction, and we absolutely give them our full loyalty. They are a wonderful vet clinic.

My dog, Stinker can't wait to get inside the door at Arroyo Veterinarian Clinic. The front office staff, Techs and Dr. Jones (we haven't seen the other doctors) are fantastic with people, but even more so with the dogs. Dr. Jones and her Tech will get on the floor to play with Stinker while examining him at the same time. He loves that game and he showers them with kisses, which they gladly accept. If you want quality care and lots of love for your dog, Arroyo is the place for you and your furr-baby.

If I could I would leave y’all zero stars.. Last Thursday my grandmother lost her loved one... She has been going to y’all for a while and this past year, y’all have made my whole family disappointed. She had a surgery a few months ago to get a some lipomas taken off of her. My grandmother noticed a weeks after the surgery her dog wasn’t eating right. She took her dog to see y’all. You guys put her on some pills for an upset stomach. The not eating continued, she took her again and y’all did X-rays and got some blood from her this time.. From the X-rays you could see that her heart and liver were enlarged. You guys told my grandmother that her dog was in perfect shape. Everything looks fantastic, didn’t see anything wrong with her. You guys did keep her dog and had her on an IV. The next day you guys called my grandmother and said “can you take your dog home and diagnose her ”. The vet said “she seem sad/depressed and couldn’t get a good reading on her”. With my grandmother not knowing she took her home. My grandmother finally got fed up with all the excuses and not knowing what was wrong with her dog, taking her to another vet to get a second opinion. The new vet she took her dog to diagnose her with some mass that needed to be removed as soon as possible. She was going to have surgery last Thursday but she coded on the table and they weren’t able to bring her back. Thanks to you guys we have lost a loved one.

My dog Chica was showing signs of pain and distress. No other vet in town could figured it out. The docs at Arroyo diagnosed her in the first visit. After surgery, Chica recovered fast. Horrible place. They don't have any idea what the hell they are doing. They killed my puppy and my cat whitinn few month with their poor medication. They charge a lot of money and they don't even give any complete information about what they're doing to the pet. In the morning the said my puppy is doing ok and she is going to be fine and she took a turn for the worse and we had to put her down. Don't ever trust this clinic.

Twice now I have had to call and make an emergency appt...first time i called I told the receptionist (sorry i dont remember her name) what was going on, and she immediatley took my info and told me she would call me back and let me know if they could get us in on such little notice...she called me back within mins and got us in. Great place for all your animal needs. Staff takes great pride in their work. Doctors on staff always enjoy seeing the animals and helping you with questions and concerns. And choosing the correct option. They also have a boarding area for you animals. Location is always clean and doesn't smell back either.
