Arrow has been my vet since I moved here. I have three geriatric dogs with chronic diseases: encephalitis, chf and irritable bowel disease. Dr. Cosper and Dr. Sánchez are both great vets.

Great staff extremely helpful and very caring, kept calling my male dog a girl and said my dogs names where too hard to say. But that does matter when they helped us save our dogs when they were sick. Out of most animal emergency rooms this one is open later on weekends and works with people, they understand it a stressful time when you have to rush you pet to the er most places turned my boyfriend away or closed super early.

They are the rudest vet I have ever been to. Wouldn't help a dying kitten until they ran my card for payment in advance. Changed me for an overnight stay and tests they wanted to do and even though the kitten died after 20 minutes they still charged me the 200. They are interested in money, not helping animals.

Dr. Sanchez was exceptionally thorough in initial exam and took great care in going over the xrays with me to the point that we left long after closing hours. Good Veteranary. The only bad thing is that their lunch brake is from 11:30-1:30 which is something good to know so you wont have to take two trips. I bring my dog and horses here and they are well taken care of by the doctors.

Doctor Jerry Cosper and his staff are VERY GOOD at what they do and they do it Very well. I have never had a bad experience with Arrow Animal clinic for the last 18 years I've been going there. I have read some of the bad reviews and I Can't even Fathom this from Doctor Cosper and his staff . Their GREAT People. And the other people saying that all they care about is money well too those PEOPLE I have too say THEIR WRONG!!!!! Those PEOPLE are the type that want something for nothing!!!! Absolutely NEVER AGAIN! When I initially took my dog to get her annual check-ups, I had no problem. When I had the problem, it was when it mattered most. My dog was ran over from the chest, down. We immediately rushed her to Arrow Animal Hospital, ran inside and told them our dog is dying, she just got ran over, and needs to be seen ASAP. The woman behind the counter calmly told me that the vet's were on their lunch break. We waiting in the car for 45 minutes, finally a truck pulls in and a few of the workers casually walk back into the building. No one came to our aid. I went back inside again, to tell them I need someone immediately; that we couldn't pick our dog up and bring her inside, not only because of her size, but because we feared we would do more damage. A few minutes later, a guy walks out with just his bare hands to pick up the dog, no table. He took a look at the size of dog, and slowly walked back inside. He finally came out with the table that I told them they would need. Dr. Cosper took an X-ray and did explain everything the X-ray showed. But he was unable to perform any surgeries on the dog, and refered us to a place in Albuquerque. Caring about animals? Yeah right, get a new profession.

Arrow Animal Hospital has been our Vet for the past 10 years and they have given us consistently professional and compassionate care for our pets! Over the years they have helped us with any health issues we have had and have been very good about explaining the cost of treatment and offering alternatives if we could not afford the care. Recently when our 18yr old Dachshund passed away, they were incredibly compassionate and treated us with the utmost care and understanding. Great people, Excellent Staff!

They are very nice and give you good details about what is going on. The accept care credit which is amazing. They have an odly short drop off time (7:30AM-8AM) but I think it was the drop off time so the procedure would be done by that evening. We've been here a few times and they have always been good to us and make sure our pets are as comfortable as possible.

This place is where all of our large family takes all of our pets. They are so amazing and so caring. Recently my puppy got diagnosed with parvo, it has been 3 days now and she would not have made it this far if it wasn't for them. They went above and beyond to help us out. Words cannot Express how truly grateful we are to have such an amazing clinic on our side. Thank you to the vet technicians, the veterinarian and staff there for all you have done throughout the years for all of us. We love and appreciate each and every one of you. If you are thinking or looking for a great place to take your animals I would definitely reccomend this place, they are in great hands here, and they are number 1 in our eyes

Love this place very caring in some instance surgery to be exact. Had my little girls teeth cleaned. Thank you for taking care of my babies. But if your getting your pets nails trimmed make sure you know what your getting charged as was told 12.00 was charged 30 something. Because the dog was giving them issues and they were told it would be a little tough if we weren't able to be with her she had so much anxiety. This was on a different girl not the one that got her teeth cleaned. Would go back for major stuff but not nail trimming for 30 something dollars when it could have been avoided had they let me be with her.

I was there with a friend. The staff are great, but I personally can't afford to take my animals here. Did that once. They are very expensive, even blood tests are double the cost of the vet I go to now.
