Great staff. Jen and Elane are my personal favorites, but all the techs and front desk staff are awesome. Always willing to go that extra mile for a pet.

Daniel Webster Animal Hospital has really been wonderful to have as our vet, especially since it is so close. The staff knows my pets by their name and has such a caring demeanor towards them! They all treat them as if they were her own, which gives me a more comfortable feeling.

The vet who claims to be the expert on exotic pets is a joke. We brought in our guinea pig who had an abscess starting to form at the side of his face. So the vet simply prescribes Baytril(antibiotic) and sends my wife off. Sounds good so far, right? Well doing a 5 minute google search later I find out that without lancing and draining the abscess first (along with daily flushing for about a week) that the antibiotic has zero chance of actually working. Why, something that took me literally 5 minutes to figure out, this was not performed I have no idea. Now here is my real problem, if you don't know what you are doing (clearly the case here) then say so up front and we will simply find another vet, but no we spent (or more appropriately flushed) $80 on the visit which resolved nothing and unfortunately prolonged the time for the abscess to continue growing before we took him somewhere else. I say this in all honesty, stay away from this place!

Every staffember cares deeply for our pets. We love our vet here and make sure she is available every time we go. Highly recommend!

Richard Coleman

It has been a wonderful experience taking my dog here over the past few years. It is close, they know me and my dog by name, and they have a very caring demeanor about them towards animals.

Carol Rogers

I am so happy with Dr. Heald she is a wonderful veterinarian. I really like how she can accurately diagnose things for our pets when necessary and the staff and doctors are reachable after hours in case of an emergency. We have gone to several vets over the years but none have come close to the quality and care of Daniel Webster Animal Hospital.

I cannot be more satisfied with Dr. Webster and his staff. They have been there and helped my dog out in a life threatening emergency incident and help save his life. I cannot that them enough for their great work, availability, and expertise.

Since my first visit here I haven't left. There is a talented staff that genuinely cares and is concerned about your pets. Between their knowledge and experience I can't imagine a better place to go.

I'm seriously going to see if the people that work at this clinic are actual veterinarians and technicians. Everything about them was unprofessional. They sent my cat home with an IV port still in her vein and used sticky tape to adhere it to her arm. They wouldn't give me a bag of fluids to give her sub cutaneously overnight. They basically blamed me for not suggesting to take her to an emergency clinic which she had just been referred from, who didn't help at all. It's almost like vets are engaging in MASS COLLUSION and racketeering in Southern NH. Perhaps I'm being targetted for being a lesbian.

Casey Bryson

The staff here is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The staff was willing to work with me to provide the best quality care possible.

Ross Norwood

Daniel Webster is a fantastic place, where the folks truly care for your pets and you. I have sent dozens of people there and they are all so happy there as well. I run a small rescue and I would not still be doing what I'm doing without the care and support Dr. Jenkins has given me and our rescues over the past several years. Dr. Rosa equally is fantastic and so wonderful to work with on complicated orthopedic cases or simple puppy exams. Thank you to all at DWAH that do what they do every day!

Tim Cloutier

Always busy so they run late a lot. Seems expensive but they do a good job. Depending on the vet, they seem to like to push you to get tests, cleanings, and buy products which is annoying. Really clean inside.

Edward Sunburg

I can call with any questions and concerns and they get me an answer quickly, while returning my calls promptly. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and you can tell everyone has a passion for what they do.

Billy Woods

Since my first experience taking my pets to Daniel Webster Animal Hospital I have not left. They have quite a talented staff that genuinely cares and is concerned for your animals if anything is wrong. They are knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous to you as well.

I've taken my dog Lola here for about five years and would not go anywhere else. When she needed surgery they fixed her up and were unbelievably thoughtful and thorough with follow ups.

Unfortunately not coming back here anymore. We have 2 Boston Terriers, One of which needed dental work. Estimates weren't sent for dental work, and their VCA Care Club is a joke (premium price, come to find out it only covers the bare minimum). Our older Boston Terrier was seen by multiple doctors here over the course of a year with a lump on his leg. We were continuously told that it was nothing to worry about. Finally we found out it was cancer. Over $5000, a surgery (with complications due to the size of the tumor), and lots of healing later and we got a "sorry that happened".

Dr. Jenkins is a wonderful vet and she really loves and cares about the animals she treats. I recently moved about 45 minutes away from Bedford but still travel there whenever my dogs need to be seen.

Meg Longhi

If you have a cat who may get nervous after car rides and around new people - do not come here. No compassion or comfort provided to our pet and rudeness to myself and my husband. Update: I do have the correct animal hospital.

I felt like I was treated differently because I used CareCredit. After my 1st appt., I called back in a panic a couple of days later as my dog wouldn't get up, asked for a appt for the next day. They insisted there was an appt at 7pm, closing time. I had to wait outside in my car, with my sick dog, they thought she might be infectious. As I waited I watched the staff leaving, cleaning up, shutting off lights, patients in & out & they didn't come out to get me into a room, a 1/2 hr in the car, just waiting for a room. I was pacing outside, in front of windows. Finally I went in asked & they didn't even seem to know I had an appt or was even there! I remember when Dr. Tucker worked in the old bldg. They cared. Now it's just money-making business. If you use Carecredit they treat you like trash.

I had started bringing my cats here about a year ago. I had 2 cats, Simon and Sammy and I would make an appointment for one, and they would be expecting the other one...then I would have to tell them why I'm there and what not as if there was nothing ever written in the chart. After Sammy died of kidney disease, I adopted another 6 month old kitten, Molly. When I brought Molly, down for blood work before a surgery, I was asked why she was there and when I told them, they asked what the surgery was for... AGAIN as if nothing was written in the chart. I had expressed that I felt Molly had a heart condition and suggested that they run tests for it (x-ray and/or blood work), Dr Peterson said there was no need to worry so no tests were run. When I dropped her off for her surgery, I voiced my concern, yet again, to Dr. Rooney and how I really felt they should test her for heart disease because I had a really bad feeling about the surgery. I was told I was worrying for nothing (Molly, an indoor cat.. panted a lot which is a sign of heart disease) and was told "sometimes cats JUST pant". Molly came out of the surgery but died suddenly about an hour later. We will never know why.. but I am beyond convinced she had heart disease and the stress from the surgery caused her to die. I think the doctors at this facility need to research heart disease the way I did and then they'll scratch their heads and mutter the words "I think she was right about Molly". If they would have even showed a LITTLE concern for how she panted, i would not have gone through with the surgery. It's not as if I was asking for free testing! I would have gladly paid for any test that would have confirmed or denied my fear. Research indicated that an x-ray would have showed if she had heart disease. I asked Dr. P for the x-ray and for her to tell me it's not necessary is just beyond irresponsible. Kittens can have heart disease...they can be born with it. It's BS that not only was I a PAYING CUSTOMER, but Molly was their patient and she died because they couldn't be bothered to take an x-ray.

Our dog has seen a variety of the vets here and all have been thorough and knowledgeable. The appointment/front staff is very accommodating and professional. They got our dog in to see a vet very quickly when he had an emergency.

Regan Miller

Experienced, knowledgeable, and provide the right diagnosis and treatment for my pets consistently for years.

Refreshingly clean and personable. The premises are well taken care of (no odors or messes), the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they do almost everything in front of you allowing you to keep an eye on your animal and comfort him/her (unlike others that whisk them off behind closed doors with "party hats"). Lastly, I'm blown away by the compassion they have; almost any kind of non-typical visit will be followed up with a call asking how your pet is doing, if you have any questions and if everything was taken care of. It's a small thing, but that level of care should certainly be commended.

Dr. Hulle, Jenkins, the others, and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They always make me feel comfortable and are able to explain everything very thoroughly, including treatments and surgeries my pets have had over the years. My dogs are my life so I'm glad I found an animal hospital that is very caring and trustworthy. The doctors are always so detailed on explaining your pets condition treatment and do so very thoroughly and detailed. on top of it all they follow up and over all it is a great facility that is well kept in immaculate condition.

Dave McKinney

This is a very clean organized and professional office. The staff is very knowledgeable and I would not consider going anywhere else based upon the care given to my animals.
