It has brought to my attention that my Abbie is the “yellow lab” indicated in a review posted today by Kris Copeland. I do not dispute that Kris believes she saw what she did. However, I believe she is mistaken about the situation. I truly believe that the doctors and staff are of unquestionable integrity and character. As most dog owners who socialize their canine friends know there is at times no more than a split second allowed to interrupt possessive or aggressive behavior. I believe this is the case here. No malice was intended, and the severity has been grossly overstated. I would like to personally vouch for the staff member involved. Read all reviews before making a judgment about SRV. Both of our labs love coming here for daycare. Suncook River Veterinary Clinic continues to have our trust for the care and wellbeing our dogs. Randy F.

I didnt have a great experience with this vet with a dog I rescued.. The vet was very dry and not compasionate...Some of the staff was not friendly and appeared to not like their job very much. They took my dog out of the room we were in to examine her without me, and took many xrays but did not bring them in for me to see nor did they explain them.

You can tell the people who work here really care about your pet. I drive 40 minutes to bring my dog here because the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They are fairly priced and usually accommodating for quick appointments.

I went to suncook off a referral from a close friend. My oldest dog sara was at the end of her time and this was the first time i had ever had to make a decision like this. It was very hard and emotional for me and my family. The staff and Fiona were absolutely amazing through this process. Very comforting and caring. I highly recommend the folks at Suncook River. When Dr. Reeve left her last clinic, we struggled to find the same level of care and service. We were extremely happy to find her here in Epsom, and it's always a pleasure to bring our pets in for a checkup (our pets, however, aren't always quite as thrilled to be at the vet!).

I love this vet. They are very caring, and they all obviously love their jobs. Their prices are reasonable, and I never feel like they are making me do anything that I don't want to do for my dogs. My dogs go to their doggie daycare and I always know they are in good hands when I leave them.

I brought my 14 hear old Chihuahua to stay overnight We discussed putting her down if I wanted to eventually. I wasn't ready to let her go just yet. When i went back to pick her up she was not there. I was told she was in pain and they felt she needed to be put down. I never wanted them to decid for me. I wanted to be there to at least comfort my dog. SHAME ON THEM!!!!!! the. I was mortified!!!

I wouldn't give any stars but you have to to leave a review. Today I watched a staff member kick a yellow lab in the ribs. The lab wanted attention and the guy kicked it in the ribs. Owner is tying to cover it up saying there was a fight with 3 dogs. Not true, there were only 2 dogs near him and there was absolutely no dog fight going on. Please do not leave your dog or cat unattended with these people. Wish I knew the owner or the yellow lab so I could tell them. I filed a police report with Epsom Police Department and Pope Memorial SPCA if you want info on the abuse that took place. Listen Randy F. There was no fight and your dog was kicked in the ribs. If your cool with it fine. I never said anything about anyone there except the guy who kicked the dog and the owner. The way they handled it and are covering it up is the real issue. There is no trusting them now, for me anyway. If you see something, say something. Like children, if you can't stay home and raise them don't have them.

Our experience at Suncook River has been far and away the best of all of the local vets we have used over the years. Dr. Reeve is skilled, fun, and patient, and her close-knit staff clear enjoy what they do and go the extra mile. If you are looking for a veterinarian, boarding, or grooming in the Concord, NH area, this is where you should go.

I won't take our animals anywhere else. Dr Reeve has compassion and knowledge. She requested a blood test prior to surgery and it saved our puppies lives! We also use their grooming services. We absolutely love it there. The entire staff is friendly and atmosphere is clean.

I have been seeing Dr. Megan Thibedeau bi-weekly for several months for acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments for my elderly dog's chronic pain. I couldn't be happier with my experience here. The treatments have made a huge difference in my dog's comfort and quality of life. The staff up front always greet Gypsy by name and are very kind to us. There is a separate area off to the side in reception for pets who need space from the other animals checking in/out at the desk. I recommend Dr. Megan to everyone I know with a senior dog or one with chronic pain. She is very gentle and caring and demonstrates great skill and knowledge in helping geriatric pets. Having her to help my heart dog age more comfortably means the world to me.

Awesome nice people! They love your pets as if they were their own pets! Reassuring staff and great advice, adoption programs and they cooperate with low income families AKA plan B forms from the state for those who can’t afford $300+ for just getting fixed also vaccinations are included! I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else an have only been there once!!! It’s a great business with a lot of heart!
