Highly recommend . Been trying to find out what was wrong Maltese for over a year . Went to a number is vets . They figured out the problem right away . We are now taking both are dogs here for now on .

If you're going to Bainfield among the many corporate bought out animal hospitals, you're doing it all wrong. Dr. Whitebone and co are amazing, caring and not out to bury you in vet bills and "subscription based" care--- but instead make a living, build a solid customer base of furry babies and get what you expect when you bring the buddies in for care: solid veterinary care. I challenge anyone who goes to any of the local animal hospitals to find anyone who cares more about your pet than Jim. It wont happen, because we made the rounds through Milford, Merrimack and Nashua and most have been bought out and have numbers to meet for the $hareholders. 6 stars.

Dr. Whitebone and all the lovely ladies were amazing! My 5 month old pup was sick and they took her right away even though they were closing. Their facility is beautiful and they were incredibly professional and I've never had a better experience with customer care. 5 stars is not enough!

Dr.Whitebone has been my dog's veterinarian for years.He truly cares about the animals and has a sovereign knowledge of his field. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a veterinarian. When I was researching some alternative/ holistic things for our dog, he really helped me to decide what were the right choices for my dog by explaining all the clinical research,studies and data that I needed. Again, would highly recommend. His prices are also reasonable.

Brought two cats in for exam and shots. Everyone was very personable, friendly and caring. We did not have to wait. Dr. Whitebone was very calm with my nervous cat which was appreciated! Easy to get the medications my cat needed from their online pharmacy. Very happy with our visit!

Today was our first appointment (my dog Molly & I) with Dr. Whitebone. I am very glad that I made the switch after many years with another vet. I selected Naticook after reading many positive reviews and learning that this practice was a smaller one. I was immediately acknowledged with a friendly greeting and was seen at my scheduled appointment time. A thorough exam and full explanation throughout was provided. Rates were very reasonable and the facility was very clean. Of most importance to me was how both Dr. Whitebone and Mel interacted with Molly. I left with the feeling that they truly cared for her and that I made the right decision by switching to Naticook.

Whitebone never hesitates to explain things in multiple ways even if a previous answer matches my question. He and the techs understand how important my furry family is to me and treats them as though they were their own. He understands my one cat is afraid of men (for no reason) and tries to be as calm and quick as possible, that my dog is a big dork who just wants attention but needs to see me when he's in pain or nervous to know he's okay, and my other cat is a sassy but lovable senior. He even asked how my senior was doing when she wasn't there for a different visit and commented on the sweet relationship between my dog and young cat. I've gone to offices where I feel the vet does not personally care about the well being of my pets and this is a world of difference. The techs are just as attentive, concerned, and friendly. This is EXACTLY what I was looking for when I switched offices.

We absolutely love Naticook Veterinary Hospital! Dr. Whitebone and his team are truly an anomaly in the field. The care and concern given to our dog is extended to my family whenever we are there! We always receive follow up calls after our visits to see how the dog and the family are doing, which is such an added bonus! Dr. Whitebone always provides multiple options for a course of treatment. The pros and cons of each option are well thought out and presented to us in terms we can understand. This helps us in choosing what we collectively feel is best rather than other veterinarians we have seen that automatically push for the most expensive option. Our dog loves Naticook Veterinary Hospital - and so do we!

I was eager to switch my cat from Banfield to any other vet but unable to find a vet that I preferred, having tried 2 other vets with my 2 dogs. We just didn't click with any of them, and it's difficult to now have my 3 pets at 3 different vets. Enter Naticook Veterinary Hospital. Recommended to me by my friend and coworker, I reached out to them on Facebook. The reply came almost immediately on a Sunday night. I was very impressed by the communication and courteousness of the person who responded to me, Alyssa. We set up an appointment for my cat. I entered the clinic for the first time for our appointment the following week. I was greeted by Lisa at the desk and a very clean facility, which I appreciated. Lisa was very personable while checking me in and my wait time was short. We then met Hailey the vet tech who adored my cat and treated him with kindness and care. Finally I met Dr. Whitebone who was very professional, knowledgable and down to earth. I could tell that Dr. Whitebone and his staff love animals and enjoy working with them. I couldn't be more pleased that I switched vets and became a client of Naticook Veterinary Hospital. I'll be switching my dogs to them as well.

Dr. Whitebone has been my dog’s vet for 2 years now and it is always a pleasant experience - he is compassionate, professional and is always very helpful and patient with me when I ask specific questions regarding my dogs health. I also love how honest he is and how he doesn’t try to push unnecessary procedures or testing like most other vets do.
