My dog is very skiddish and doesn't trust many humans, but when I brought her into the exam room it was almost like she was at home. All of the staff did everything they could to create a comfortable environment and settle my dogs anxiety. I would recommend everyone bring their animals here for all of there medical needs!

Very helpful and caring, highly recommended. Took my pup in for Lyme disease but I didn't know she had that at the time. All I knew was she couldn't walk anymore and they knew right away what was wrong. They have also helped me though having to say good bye to a couple of my babies after moving up here. My most recent being my 24 year old cat that has been through everything with me.

Great experience with this animal hospital. I called them looking for answers as we are on vacation and we're unsure of what to do. Even though they were booked until closing they were willing to stay and check out my 13 year old pup. The staff were all very friendly and seemed to care about my boy who actually has a sprained back. The doc didn't rush us and took the time to figure out what was wrong. We recommend this hospital to everyone. Thanks again for your wonderful service Milton Animal Hospital!

Today I brought my brothers cat to be euthanized. Cuddles was 19 and was a beautiful cat but in the past year his health had declined. He wasnt taking care of himself and he would no longer use the litter box. My brother and sister-in-law were very sad that this day had come so I volunteered to take Cuddles to be put down. The staff at this Veterinarian hospital were top notch. They explained everything that they were going to do and Cuddles passed peacefully. I wish I wasnt that far away I would take my fur babies to them. Thank you for your kindness and support!

I used this veterinarian clinic for all of my dog and cat pet care needs, very happy with them. I'm very happy with how they handled my and my pets needs before they crossed over. Especially love but there is a back entrance that allows me to leave in privacy after.

Staff was friendly and very professional. The vet was extremely thorough and very experienced in "doggie" medicine. I was impressed. Facility is clean and well equipped. Even though I had quite a large bill at the end, I felt that I got my money's worth and Titan got a good Annual Wellness Exam, including all his vaccine updates. Great experience!

Everyone there is great! Dr. Chapin saved my little Yorkies life in an emergency. Dr. Luther is also a very special doctor who goes the extra mile. As far as I'm concerned everyone there has gone above and beyond when it comes to real love and honest concern for my little fur babies. I just want to add that they are part of Broadview Animal Hospital in case one location is more convenient for you. Both locations are five star and some of the vets, like Dr. Chapin, work in both locations.

Don't go here. A few years back my greyhound went in for a dental cleaning and the vets here didn't know what they were doing and since greyhounds are sensitive to anesthesia and they didn't know that, she passed away. Of course there's always a risk giving a pet anesthesia, but these vets had no idea what they were doing. Instead go to Animal Health Center in Rochester which is only a couple miles away. They're much more knowledgeable there and can provide better care.

My dog Lola has had an off again on again ear infection for like 3 years. The last vet that we had had us change her food and we tried a bunch of other things medicines and pills and creams. None of them worked and my dog was miserable so we went to Milton Veterinary Hospital. They put the sample from her ear under the microscope and they were able to determine what antibiotic to use and gave us Posatex Otic suspension for the itch. I am very happy to say that her ear infection is gone completely for the first time in 3 years. I just wish I had made the change sooner to Milton Veterinary Hospital.

Had to bring my ferret in for an emergency. Dr Kinnison was great and very caring. Most of the staff stayed 30 minutes past close time to make sure he got the treatment he needed. Staff is incredibly friendly and no wait time.

We have five dogs and 3 cats. Today one of my dogs was sick and you squeezed him in on a "Friday", THANK YOU so much you guys are the best. Your kind receptionest found an immediate opening. There has never been a time Milton Animal Hosp. has not given excellant Customer and Professional Vet. Services. Dr. McDowell, our favorite, always goes to the dogs level makes them feel comfortable while checking them over at the sametime. She has the nack of making the visit positive for the animal while getting to the source of the ailment, a bit of peanut butter always influences a positive return. We recommend Milton Animal Hosp. and/or the sister vet Broadview in Rochester, depending on the type of service to new neighbors or general public looking for a Vet. Dr Norman and the staff are the best. We sadly had to put our boy down and they were very responsive to our needs. Dr Norman is one of the kindess most compassionate vets we have ever been to. She took care of Max for 10 years. She was as sad as we were. We would not hesitate to drive an extra 40 minutes to go to them should we decide to get another dog.
