Milford vet has been very helpful in caring for our Sharkman, who has a slow gut. He has had many a "spa visit" and he can tell you that they treat him wonderful! They help clear what is stuck and they give him lots of love along the way! He recommends that you take your pets to Milford for great care!

Milford Veterinary Hospital is truly a place where all of the staff genuinely care about animals. When my two canine adopted rescues were checked out the doctor discovered an underlying blood infection in Monty which was immediately addressed. Both Molly and Monty are living healthy and happy! Oh my goodness they are so generous and kind and precious. They took such good care of my cat's teeth and did so as a gift of charity. I could not afford to get her teeth fixed and she needed a tooth pulled. Now my baby girl is out of pain thanks to Milford Veterinarian Hospital. I love this veterinary hospital! My dog was horribly abused by his past owner, and will always have trust issues. He has always been very weary of strangers, especially men. He has liked everyone on staff at Milford Veterinary Hospital, even the male tech he had! I love that I can take him to the vet without having to worry about him needing to be muzzled the minute he walks in the exam room. The vets and techs all seem to really love animals, and it shows. I give them an A+!

In a day when lots of vets are paid on commission for running up your bill, MVH is an absolute pleasure to do business with. The doctors and technicians obviously love animals and have great empathy for them and their owners. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We are fortunate to have them in our area.

We began bringing our dog to Milford Very over 5 years ago and we could not be happier with our choice to change vets. Dr. Donnell is thorough and truly takes the time to get to know you and your pet. Never once have I felt rushed through an appointment. I always feel like my concerns are appropriately addressed, all questions are answered and I trust the care and recommendations they provide. Our dog has had some non-routine issues and each time Dr. Donnell has offered experience based on other times she's seen it while also offering a thought as to what she thinks might be best. I always feel like I'm involved in the care of my pet. The technicians are truly some of the best people you'll encounter. They always make sure our dog is as comfortable as is possible and take time to help out nervous girl acclimate. A few years ago our dog was attacked by another dog. At her first appointment after that incident every single person on staff took time to come in and see our dog, ask how she was doing and ask how I was doing after the incident. And none of this seems like an act. They're truly genuine people when care for your dog as much as is possible. We don't live that close to the vet but I will make any drive I have to just to come here. Our dog can be nervous at vets but she loves seeing her friends here no matter what the appointment is for.

Milford Veterinary Hospital is one of a kind. Our dog had a lot of digestive problems when we first got him. Dr. Anderson worked tirelessly finding the root of the problem & stayed in constant contact thru phone & email until we figured it out. Nothing more reassuring than having your vet care as much about your pet as you do! They have a personal touch I'd challenge you to find anywhere else. Perry truly loves his visits....literally drags me across the parking lot to the front door. I've never had a negative experience in the 7+ years we've been a patient. Milford Vet is fantastic. They really care about the animals and their human family. They take the time to explain everything to you as well as give you many options for your pet. Dr. Parnell is awesome. She genuinely cares about the animals and makes her human clients feel comfortable. She never pushes anyone into feeling like they have to spend a fortune to make their pets feel better. She also has alternative medicines, like holistic options which is great! She understands that most people can’t mortgage their home to care for their animal even though us humans do whatever we can to make them feel better. I highly recommend Milford Vet and Dr. Parnell. The only downsize is the cost. It is expensive but, maybe most are. It would be great if they allowed weekly/monthly payments. Most people would love that, including me. Still I love the caring people here.

I can not say enough good things about Dr Waples and the rest of the staff that I have met. I lost my kitty Audrey a few months ago and while she was sick they were so helpful with recommending a hopital to check her in to, with giving her whatever care they could in the office at the time, and with helping me to find someone to come to my house to help Audrey pass when the time came. If I lived in New Hampshire I could have had her come to the house. When they found out from the hospital they she had passed away, I got a beautiful card that expressed words of sympathy from everyone. Earlier this month my remaining kitty had to have a lot of dental work done and, again, so helpful and kind. My kitties love these people, and so do I. I drive 40 minutes, one way, to this office because I love it so much. Thank you so much for doing what you do.
