I have been bringing my cat Irie to see Dr. Ball for about 2 months now for an ongoing issue with her eye. He has been nothing but professional and kind; Irie is a bit skittish but he treats her with such compassion that she seems completely comfortable even when he is examining her eyes or giving her medication. He takes the time to explain each treatment or test and he has personally called me to check up on her multiple times... you just don't find that caring manner with many vets. The front desk staff and the techs have been so amazing as well - everyone I come across has been kind and willing to answer questions in terms that I can understand, whether in person or on the phone (even when I'm calling with silly questions!) They are all so sweet with Irie and give her lots of love at every visit. I would refer anyone looking for a great vet to try out Manchester Animal Hospital.

This is the better Vet I have gone to for my dog in a long time. I went to a different one in Hooksett and the doctor and people were not very nice. The people at this vet are very nice, very knowledgeable and they care about the animals.

Our dog was misdiagnosed on two separate visits here, the second of which we were told he had inoperable cancer and probably not long to live. He then lived for 6 months with pressure building around his jaw which could have been taken care of if diagnosed properly. After a rupture and a $2500 surgery we asked to be reimbursed only for the two visits and we were told they didn't think it was a bad diagnosis, even though it was not cancer at all. There was no remorse from their doctors or the owner for their poor analysis and no responsibility taken. We will be taking our 3 dogs elsewhere from here out.

They go above and beyond to try and find the source of the problem, and you don't feel rushed out. They take their time to explain things thoroughly and answer any questions you may have. My little man gets nervous at the vets, and so far he is most at ease here. Whenever we go in he gets all excited and peers over the counter to look for the cat! I think it takes his mind off of why we are really there...

Absolutely LOVE the entire staff here! They are super friendly, caring and professional. I love that they call after visits that required a shot or medications to check on our pups. Pricing is reasonable as well. I cannot say enough great things about them!

I've been taking my cat to Manchester Animal Hospital for over 5 years and they are great! Dr. Lemay has helped get me and my cat through a couple serious illnesses. Excellent follow-up and communication. Always advises with info & pricing prior to procedures. Helps you learn to do things at home to save on costs. I give them a lot of credit for their patience with me. I'm kind of a difficult pet parent and expect only the best for my baby.

We take our Bassett Hound here and she loves them just as much as they love her. Extremely kind and loving staff. We had Lylah fixed here when she was 7M and chipped, they did a fantastic job. Hardly noticed and has healed since with no scarring. Highly recommend, definitely the best place in the area and reasonably priced for a vet.

My wife and I moved to Hooksett not too long ago and found Manchester Animal Hospital for our cat and two Dogs. My older dog hates going to the vet. We've had to muzzle her and I had to hold her down to keep her from attacking the vet in the past. We were very nervous to bring her until we met Dr.Brown. Her gentle touch and soothing voice kept our dog the calmest I've ever seen her. The staff over there are warm and welcoming. I don't see us going anywhere else.

They truly care for animals and respect the owners opinion. I had the pleasure of dealing with Dr.Lemay other staff. She explained their findings in detail and the many options I had. There was no pressure or judgement to make specific decisions about my cats care. After deciding to go through with a procedure, they kept in contact before and after letting me know that my cat was okay as well as the details of his recovery. I felt confident that my cat was in good hands the whole time he was in their care.

New to the area. Called to make a "meet & greet" appointment and get flea & tick medications. The receptionist did not know how to schedule 3 dogs at one time. Said she would ask the vet and call back. It has been 4 days and no call. Called another highly rated vet in the area - no problem scheduling.

My dog went there ever since we adopted her. They doctors all knew her. When the cancer started to take its toll on her and the time came. She was truly suffering and it was the hardest decision of my life. The place refused to see her for weeks. Told me that I was going to be an inconvenience to them if I they put her down when we were ready, she was ready, and around a time that worked with my schedule. I get it if that meant I wouldn’t be able to come until after they closed. All I asked for something after noon. It is not like they didn’t know what was going on with her. I was truly disappointed with the whole team and I would never take another animal there in my life.

The vet came in didn't really make any eye contact with us, She is kind of Rude has no compassion , The vet fax over all the information for them and it seemed like it was a big effort and then she complaints it is hard to read.. They don't read the report and give us a bill for all the test that are 800.00 witch half those test we're already done two weeks ago. Then they say we need to keep her there because she is really bad that would be another 12,00-15,00. No thanks we did three test 265.00 later and the next day she started feeling better , So we saved are selfes alot of money. No happy with that one person, the check in person should be the vet.

I LOVE this Vets office. Dr. Brown and the staff are very polite and patient (which is helpful during trying times). The flow of the hospital layout is extremely helpful for animal stress levels in that animals leaving don't pass animals coming in for their appointment. Thank you and keep up the great service! :)
