Was happy to have an exotics clinic local. They were caring for my Uromastyx reptile when she stopped eating and was dehydrated. The staff was very kind and compassionate and even called between visits to check on her progress. I was nervous about trying to find a vet with proper reptile knowledge but Dr. Meloy seemed to know her stuff. I would bring my reptiles to this vet again. Thanks for all your help.

They have a friendly staff and very prompt. Love this place. Just brought my 3 German sheps and French bull dog.

Took my dog there because he was sneezing a lot and seemed like he was having trouble breathing. I asked Dr McNeil what he was going to do and he responded what do you want me to do. He gave me antibiotics for my dog and 3 weeks later he had a seizure. Dr McNeil is so useless and it seems all he cares about is the exam fee. He didn't offer to do blood work in the past 4 years that he has seen my dog so I took my dog to another Vet and come to find out he had Lyme disease and it was in the advance stage. Needless to say my fur baby has passed on. I wouldn't trust any pet with Dr McNeil he doesn't care about any animal and just to let you know I think he is afraid of Pit Bulls.

I hate to write this review but from recent experiences with one of the receptionists being very rude every time, I have to. Dr Krogman is amazing but because of the service I received I will probably not return here. I'm not so sure about the other doctors I have dealt with because I received an incorrect diagnosis. When I went to another vet they were surprised that this was wrong. I also did not see the X Rays they took of a pet and I thought that was strange, every other vet has shown me the X Rays. I used to love going here but have not had the best experiences recently.

Been here off and on the past few months. Reception is amazing (Michelle is a saint and the only reason this place gets two stars!). However Dr Randy MacNeill is USELESS! He is so condescending and in no way helpful! My cat has seen him 3 times and every time I'm left with unanswered questions and feeling like he doesn't care about my pets wellbeing. Will not be going here again! Save your money and take your animal to someone who's in it for more than just money.

Can't say enough good things. They have always gotten us right in when we have an issue with our rescue cat. Sometimes it takes awhile to get her in her case and they are always understanding about it. And understanding she's skiddish comeing from an abusive past. We heard very highly of the staff but Our family could not be happier. Thank you to all the staff for all you've done for our clover she's feeling much better and we can't thank you enough!

I recently had to put my cat down an I called everywhere within a 20 mile radius they originally set me up with an appointment but when my cat began to have a ton of pain I went in an told them that she needed to be seen right away they put me in a room they explained everything in detail an offered me some time to say my goodbyes after everything they gave me more time to compose myself I never felt rushed or anything like that these people are amazing its sad as to how I found them but my other animals will be going here from now on I could never thank them enough for their kindness an respect.
