I have used this vet for many years and they are amazing!! The doctors are so patient and just love my pets whenever we visit. The vet techs are all wonderful and so nice. Second only to the level of care they give my pets and to me as a dog & cat parent, is there very reasonable prices. I have recently moved out of the area and tried a new, local vet for my cats. Big mistake! The costs were through the roof and I am not confident all of the tests were necessary. I am so spoiled by Hillsborough Co. Vet. It is a much farther drive for me now, but I am switching back to them for all future needs. They are worth the extra time and effort to travel there for my furry babies’ care.

We have used Hillsborough County Veterinary Hospital for 10 years. They were recommended by Jane Heineke, who had been with them from the start years and years ago. We switched vets after a very large bill with another local vet...the other vet did not have services we needed on site, so we had to pay for new x-rays and new exam in Nashua. Our pets go to all the doctors (Surgeons/Specialists on site) at Hillsborough County Vets, and we are extremely satisfied with all of them, and the care we receive for many different issues.

I started bringing Tia to Dr. Baldwin over a year ago. She was always anxious at our old vet and worried over getting her shots. Dr. Baldwin has worked with her to the point where she now runs up to the Dr. and asks for attention and treats. Love the care we receive here! We simply LOVE Dr. Porter. We moved to this area over 10 years ago and the level of care and genuine interest in our and our dogs' well-being is beyond anything that we've experienced in the past. The entire staff is willing to work with you, be flexible with your needs, and they ask good questions on the phone before jumping to "you have to bring your pet in for an examination" (which is what we experienced repeatedly with our former vet). From Sarah (front desk) to the assistants, to our experiences with Dr. Porter and the associate Hillsborough vets...I would highly recommend considering Hillsborough County Veterinary Hospital for your pets' needs.

If only I could up that 5-star rating significantly I would! A little over a year ago our beloved and very gifted vet retired leaving us sure that we would never find another vet/clinic that could come remotely close to filling her shoes. A lot of angst especially as we knew we were nearing life's end for our older Golden. It was immeasurably comforting to be welcomed with very wide caring arms by everyone at HCVH. Each and every visit there since has been equally warm, caring - and comforting knowing that the quality of care our dog and cat are receiving continues to be top notch bar none. I very highly recommend!

As one of their founding families that has brought our pets to their practice for over 30 years. It all started when our young dog got hit by a car in front of our house. At the time Cheryl and Ken were just opening the practice, they hadn't started seeing patients yet. I carried my pup who was in shock in unannounced and they saved his life. We have had many kinds of pets. Mostly dogs and cats but once my son's rat was sick and they referred us to a specific doctor who saved his life. Even the sad times were handled with caring love for the pets and their people. I can honestly say they are the best.

just went to Hillsborough county veterinary hospital with one of my fur babies for the first time and was very impressed with all the staff i felt like i have been going there for years and their newest addition Lori Hassinger baldwin is a wonderful loving person that not only cares for your babies but cares about us also, just a wonderful person all the way around she has been my girls vet for 11 years and hopefully all ways will be and the prices are not bad at all. please consider this hospital for your animal care i will be returning to them

I think Hillsborough County Veterinary Hospital is wonderful. My very senior fur babies (2 dogs and a cat) were introduced to the doctors a few months ago, when I moved to this area. Since then, we have had to deal with some very serious medical conditions. The staff could not be nicer. They are very willing to go out of their way to help. Dr. Baldwin is patient, kind and compassionate. If I call with a question, she comes to the phone or will call me back, as soon as possible. When I bring my babies in to see her, she takes the time to talk with me. I never feel rushed. She is a terrific Primary Care Physician, for my kids. I was referred to this hospital by a local groomer. She spoke very highly of all the doctors. I am very pleased with my choice and I absolutely recommend this hospital.
