This review has more to do with the person answering the phones, than the actual Doctors. When I called about a sick kitty, the girl who answered seemed bored, and indifferent to my worries. When I mentioned that I had a morning appointment somewhere else, and would like to go in around 11-12, I was told that the Drs take their lunch at noon, and I shouldn't come in anytime close to that, that I should go in about 11, but I would have to wait around, because they were just going to fit me in between other appointments. So, I called Daniel Webster Animal Hospital instead, got a 12:30 appt, and the Office Visit was $24 less!!

I've been bringing our Levi there since we adopted him from Alabama in 2015 the staff there is fabulous they're courteous and careful and understanding. Are Levi is terrified to go to the vet and generally Tinkles in every place that he he gets on the step on the floor on the scale you know pretty much wherever he is he Tinkles he gets so nervous. They always offer him a little tiny bit of cheese whiz on a stick and after that he generally Settles. I'm very excited to be adding my new baby who I haven't decided I was thinking my husband and I had always thought if we got another dog to complement our Levi that it would be a female and her name would be a b but considering the fact that I have my Levi's kind of thinking this new puppy it might be cute if maybe I called her Lucy or Lulu haven't decided yet but definitely I highly recommend Goffstown Animal Hospital they're fantastic people.

Spent $795.00 for neutering because the my dog had complications. The doctor did a great job, however, five days later I needed a new cone because my dog chewed his and I was told it would cost me $11.00. I walked out…$11.00 for a stamped piece of plastic after spending $795.00?

I have been going to Goffstown Animal Hospital since 1978 and my experiences have been absolutely excellent. Good stories: Once I called and said the only thing I noticed was that my dog’s tail was hanging funny, with no hesitation they said to bring her right in and she had an abscessed anal sac. I had a 3 year old diagnosed with severe arthritis, with supplements and acupuncture she lived happily and actively to the age of 15. Treatment has been aggressive when indicated and conservative when some things can get better on their own. Treatment decisions are a true partnership. They adopted an electronic medical record years before my own doctor. When I have had to take my dogs to specialists, the coordination between Goffstown Animal Hospital and the outside specialists exceeds any in my own medical care experience. End of life care has been thorough and compassionate including several home visits so that my old dogs could go in peace at home. While I am more familiar with some veterinarians and vet techs than others, I have high confidence in their hiring practices and would see anyone there. I do have points of comparison: In the early days before the 24 hour emergency care, a rotation of local veterinarians covered nights and week-ends. One called me back only after 2-3 calls and tried to talk me out of bringing my dog in but she wound up needing 64 stitches in her belly. One restrained my dog to a platform before they would look at her. One charged a fortune. One openly criticized my current veterinarian. In conclusion, I recommend Goffstown Animal Hospital to anyone I know.

My cat was at their facility for 9 hours yesterday for a procedure, no follow up to see how my cat is doing today. Not to mention they had me me drop my cat off between 8-9am the day of his procedure and did not conduct the procedure until 4pm. Picked up my cat at 5pm, he was totally out of if (scary out of if), of course it was offered for me to leave him overnight night to recover, but also stated by the doctor that there would be no one on staff to look after him overnight. Please think twice before using this facility to care for your furry family member. They are very nice beforehand, but bad office management. Interesting that it is the first time I’ve Not been sent a review request of my experience as I had been during routine procedures I have I’d done. Just sharing my experience.

I had an really sick cat and had called everywhere trying to get her in and kept getting told no and called this animal hosptial and right from the get go they were so kind and did everything they could to get her in and we're amazing when I brought her in. They took great care of her and now she is home and getting better. They even asked me to call for the next few days to let them know how she is doing!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for kind, caring, amazing staff and doctors. Really pretty awful vet office. From the moment t you walk in the stench is so overwhelming. There is always a wait for the front desk and even if you call. The exam rooms are old and filthy. The staff is subpar. There are some staff members that are down right rude and not accommodating in any way whatsoever. If the service was better maybe I would consider staying out of pure convenience but it’s a big NO for me and my precious pets that deserve a lot better!

A dog that was sick and positive for an infection was vaccinated with multiple vaccines today even with the inserts say for healthy animals only. The vet talked poorly and even made up untrue statements about raw feeding and promoted poor quality prescription food loaded with fillers and chemicals. I would not recommend.

They literally called the cops on me for having a cold/fever. I went to pick up my cat, and I was sick, and when I left the place to get my Uber, I was accosted by a policeman harassing me and asking for id. That is NOT OK. I will never bring my cat to this place ever again. Even with a generous benefit of the doubt, my cat did not receive painkillers and I was not driving, both of which they knew. So they are straight up statist jerks.

They don’t try to charge me an entire vet appointment when I have a quick question. They really care about the animals they see. My dog broke his leg very badly, they helped me find a surgeon who could fix his leg and checked on him after.

We chose Goffstown Animal Hospital due to how close it is from our home but our first visit was spectacular and we are so happy that we went with them. The location is just a nice addition now. Our rescue dog is very timid and afraid outside of our home and requires a lot of patience, they were very accommodating to this. The staff were patient, understanding, and worked wonderfully with out dog. She was a little stressed just because she was outside of our home but overall she had a wonderful experience and even wagged her tail a bit. We didn't experience any delays in our appointment but even if we did because of how well they worked with our pup we would have been okay with it. They were also great with us, answering our questions and providing us with a lot of very helpful information.
