I have been going to Epping Rd. since they opened. As soon as I found out Dr. Cornell had opened this practice I was sold! She was my favorite at Lockridge the for years. It takes me a few extra minutes to get there, but it's worth it. They are all very caring and treat me and my pets with respect and honesty. We highly recommend Epping Road Veterinary Hospital.

They truly understand how important our pets are; they treat them like family. I started coming here last year in 2017 due to the high price of care in Boston. It was one the best decisions I’ve ever made. Only an hour from Boston and I’m paying less than a third of what I used to spend. These are wonderful people and I highly recommend them!!

We drive 1.25 hours each way to be able to bring our pups to Epping Road Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Carey & Dr. Cornell have an incredible depth of experience and expertise, combined with deep compassion. You did everything right! I am so pleased to have found a veterinary practice that will work with me to give my pet the best care possible within my limited income. That's such a relief. From the minute I walked in with Tashi to the minute we left, I felt we were treated respectfully (even with some challenging news), well prepared for a treatment plan, all efforts made to get to know Tashi and her health issues. Dr. Carey even checked her ears just because she often sees dogs with infections at this time of the year, and---even though there were no indications to me---found that she did have ear infections that went unnoticed and untreated by her previous vet. Thorough, kind, respectful, caring from the git-go. I'm so pleased that we have found a new veterinarian I can completely trust to have my sweet dog's best interests at heart.

When Dr. Carey left the Manchester area and opened a practice in Exeter I didn't think I would travel the distance to continue to see her. After seeing several other veterinarians, I soon realized that Dr. Carey was worth the travel. I adopted a new puppy...my first time ever owning a dog. Naturally, like any first-time 'parent' I am trying to spoil and get only the best for the little guy. I read lots of reviews of vets in the area to try and find the place that would take the best care of my boy. And I'm happy to say I made a great choice with Epping Road Vet Hospital. The staff was extremely friendly and easy to work with. The facilities are nice and clean and welcoming. And the team took great care of Roy during his visit and made it really easy on us. I highly recommend Epping Road Vet Hospital!

During the initial appointment, (my "Snowy" having previous health issues and continuing) the Wonderful Dr. Cornell, DVM, addressed and resolved them with a different medication. I have been with Dr. Carey for 12 + years now and couldn't be happier she has opened up her own practice in Exeter. With a small 2 doctor office you really get the time and attention you wouldn't always get at a bigger office. The new office is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly! Dr. Carey is very kind and patient with the animals she treats, my cat is a senior now and she always moves very slowly and takes her time during the exam as to not scare my cat and make sure all my questions get answered during our visit! I would honestly recommend Epping Road Vet to anyone :)

Dr. Carey and the staff at Epping Rd. Veteranery Hospital are an amazing team. I first saw them when my 17 yr. old cat, Lucy, had a wound on her neck wouldn't heal. Dr. Carey was knowledgeable & thorough without being excessive. She and the rest of the staff always made us feel as though Lucy was their most important patient despite Lucy's terrible attitude. When Lucy was later diagnosed with cancer, our options were patiently explained. When we exhauted our options and it was clear we couldn't maintain her quality of life & had to say goodbye Dr. Carey & Tiffany came to our home and made a very difficult time a little easier. You rarely see the compassion & dedication you will find here. I highly recommend them and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been extremely impressed by all aspects of this office. The facility is state of the art and yet the prices are reasonable. The staff is incredible. They follow up after each appointment to check on how my dog responded to treatment, medication, or even just the visit. Both vets are not only highly skilled, but eager to share their knowledge so our family (including my two ten year olds) can best care for our dog. They helped us understand what to expect with a new puppy and walked us through all phases of her development. When Harper had medical complications, they thought outside of the box to help her. Everyone in the office remembers us, our story, and greets us by name each time we walk in. I would highly recommend Epping Road Veterinary Hospital and have many times.

We first started going to Epping Road Veterinary Hospital because of Dr. Carey. She had previously been our vet at another location so we were excited to see her again. I love the new location - right off the exit and easy to get to. Everyone is so friendly and i love the little welcome signs. Best of all, i love the staff and how much they care for their patients. Dr. Carey is so wonderful and the support staff are amazing. Our old dog Tasha is a bit grumpy, but they work hard to make a safe atmosphere for her. My parents happened to be at our recent appointment and they were amazed at how well things were explained during the exam, and even more impressed by the follow-up emails to share test results and check on our pup. My parents love our dogs as much as we do, so it was nice for them to see what great care they receive at Epping Road Veterinary Hospital.

Epping Veterinary Hospital offers amazing care for your loved pets. The staff is warm and professional. The communication and follow-up is exceptional. Both vets-Dr. Carey and Dr. Cornell are the best you will ever find! When my beloved dog Dory became ill and had to be euthanized the staff help me through this very challenging experience. They take their time to explain procedures and genuinely care about you and your pet. The facility is very pet and customer friendly. I rarely have to wait and they work with your schedule. If you are looking for a vet-look no further!

when they started the owner trated me rudely when I inquired about how much ear meds would cost cause I was going to pay cash she was condescending and rude and made me cry when I was on my way into class that AM my face was puffy from her balling me out rudely acting as if I wanted a deal. The worst of it was that they had not given me enough ear meds to begin to treat as long as was required with so that was why I needed more! I had a vet I worked for that I was very happy with but wanted to establish here for emergencies as I share a car and am not always able to get to my prefered vet. I live directly across the street from them so this is why I did it. I thought if eventually I became comfortable I'd switch over and the owner was fine with this. I asked them one day to check on of my dog's microchip and they did and said he had no chip...she was rude about it I said "can you double check maybe your machine is broken?" so the vet said "no our machine is fine and the tech told me to go get it double checked at a different office. So I did and he had his chip and he was fine and I had to make a lot of calls to figure it out. I let them know and they YELLED a SORRY! Like an ANGRY unapologetic "sorry." Then I received a call from the company asking to replace my chip reader! Like they accidentally gave my phone number to the company for their equipment as if I was the business/vet office..I came in to pick up the ear medicine and the owner started to yell at me that she was the one on the phone telling me how much the ear meds were. I thought it was her tech because she was so rude and unprofessional I assumed it was an under-trained highschooler that worked for her on the phone with me. I was standing their as she ranted on and tears were streaming down my face. She just kept raising her voice. The worst of it was fast forward to now and my westy who I had brought their with a distended abdomen, panting and obvious cushings/congestive heart failure signs that were missed started to pass away at home really close to day's end. I can't stand this place but all other places were closed and I didn't want her to suffer all night long. The car I share was being used and I had no way to fix this unless I put Casey in her pram and push her over to this vet put her down. Casey got worse and worse all day. I put all personal differences aside to help my girl but it was a no this vet would not help...she is by my side as I write this passing . I literally live across the street. They referred me to an office that cannot come help...and I cannot drive their. I wonder how much do they really care about animals.

Epping Road Veterinary Hospital is a wonderful facility! They were friendly, welcoming, and very attentive to my 8 month old kitty. They all loved how smart and sweet she is (although I'm sure they say that to everyone who comes in), and even sent us a "welcome" card in the mail! We just got another kitten, and plan on brining him in soon. We would never go anywhere else! Also a fun bonus, they have the funniest animal puns on their sign outside. The care we have received for our golden boys ❤️Sam❤️ (Who passed a 2 1/2 years ago. He had a chronic illness called megaesophagus. He received a lot of specialized medical attention from Dr Carey and ourselves. Dr Carey provided never ending support and in hospital care for this very special boy on many occasions!) and Simon currently is cared for by Dr Carey. Her care over the last 10+ years has always been exceptional. It’s her sincere caring ways that also has made us choose to commute 40 minutes to her new practice for our dog Simon’s healthcare. We moved to Exeter in the summer and polled our new acquaintances, neighbors, groomers, and dog boarding groups for their recommendations for a new vet. We received recommendations for Epping Road Vet from all of them. We had our dog's medical records and he wasn't due for any vet care so to check out Epping Road Vet, we studied their website and made an appointment for a nail clipping. Their website was modern and helpful. Appointment was made easily. We were seen on time by an very caring technician who took our new information and performed the nail clipping. Our dog and we were thrilled with the professional, prompt, and caring technician. About two months later, our dog was due for his annual exam and vaccinations. Again, appointment made easily. We were seen on time again by a caring tech and then vet who spent a good amount of time reviewing our dog's records and orientating us to their practice. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED and felt confidently cared for. We HIGHLY recommend this veterinary practice. Excellent, loving, care of our pet.

Epping Road Veterinary Hospital was able to see her that day, and while she is terrified of going to the vet, Ellie was more calm than I've seen her at the doctor's before. I absolutely LOVE this place! I cannot say enough good things. We were clients of my prior vet for over a decade and I am very happy here. The staff are so pleasant and i never have to worry about a call or an email going unanswered, and the doctors are wonderful. VERY caring and loving, and I have seen both of them. They seem to genuinely care for our fur babies as their own. My Buddy gets such bad anxiety and stress from the car that he has almost gone into heart failure before and they know this each time I call. I do not have to mention it, they mention it to me and let me know that they will make special accommodations for him! My fur family are no different than my human family and I demand and expect the best care for them and I can be very selective and meticulous, but i am happy to recommend this clinic.
