This Veterinarian is included in the category of Animal hospital.
Amazing staff, they really care and love animals.
Jack (our dog) gets great care there. Everyone is very professional and they have plenty of empathy.
Let me start by they are very nice, professional and convenient but VERY EXPENSIVE. Also, MAKE SURE IF YOU HAVE PET INUSRANCE YOU VERIFY EVRYTHING THEY ARE WRITING IN YOUR PETS RECORD. I promise you that you will be denied your claim if even the word of anything is mentioned in your record as they as in Trupanion will say it was pre-existing which All Pet recommended to me. They gave me an estimate on having teeth extracted in the amount of $1,300.00 which my insurance would not pay for hence my comment above. I was told by someone that I should shop around which I did. I actually went back to the original Vet when my dog was born Dr. Smiley (Smiley Veterinarian Clinic) in Auburn, NH. Its about 35 minutes from Nashua with no traffic. The same procedure (extracting 8 teeth) which included all of her medication... $305.00! The facility isn't a brand new building and it is in an old house but he was great! I highly recommend! FOLLOW UP: Jenna the practice manager who called me after se saw my review. She is very kind and did explain to me the difference when it comes to pricing across different animal hospitals which made sense. She did also ask about my experience with Trupanion and is going to look into that because they do not want to offer a service to their customers that doesn't work for them. Thank you for the conversation and explanation and the also the follow up.
Great service. .. professional and pleasant. Stitch (my 14 year old Wrstie) felt very comfortable with Dr Beaudet. Me too!!
I highly recommend this hospital - they were incredibly helpful in teaching me how to properly clean my dog's ears so that he could recover from his ear infection. I've never had a practice actually spend the time with me to teach me how to care for my pet properly and provide written instructions as well. And they were so very nice! Really awesome.
$500 for 2 kittens with ear infections that didn't even go away after meds wow
I've been going to All Pets for years. They have seen my dogs, cats, chickens, rats, chinchilla... At one point when I asked what animals they saw, their response was "if you can get them to us, we will see them". The staff is amazing, from reception to the vet techs and the vets. I've seen Dr. DeVito the most, and she's amazing, but I know the other vets are just as dedicated and knowledgeable. All staff are fantastic with animal handling, very compassionate and kind. The exam rooms are clean and updated. The office and the exam rooms are very nicely decorated, beautiful colors (white with mint green) and there's always some nice music playing. Comfortable waiting areas, a water bubbler, coffee station, and of course they sell a selection of goodies for our animals (treats, toys, food...) and some for us humans too! Their slogan is "trust our family with your family" and I can tell you I have never been led astray or had anything even resembling a bad experience. As a side note... They offer evening and weekend appointments with no extra emergency fees.
Awesome vet! Beautiful hospital, super nice staff, great prices.
Great Animal hospital. They truly take care of your pet and are very good. Some things are slightly more expensive than other vets but they make up for it in their service. They will submit all pet insurance claims for you so you don't have to. You can also tell they are animal lovers. I wish they allowed you to be billed for some services. If you don't have the money at the moment; especially if you prove you have insurance it would be nice for them to work with you so your pet can get better. Other than that they are a great and friendly place.
Medical staff is okay, but service is terrible. Their prices are extremely high, for service and medications. They will not work with online companies, so they basically hold you hostage to pay their exorbitant prices ( 2X for Heartguard). Now my dogs are overdue for their medications, making it clear to me that profits come before patients.
Went for the first time to get my Pepe a rabies vaccine. They were awesome! This will now be my new Vet!
Tale my dogs here staff is GREAT!
I took my big dog here for anal gland problems- the waiting area is small but the staff are very helpful and pleasant. The veterinary tech and the veterinarian (I saw Dr. Provencher) were exceptional! They explained everything and were so gentle and sweet with my dog who can be fearful- I could hear them in the back talking so sweetly to my dog as they did the procedure. I was impressed. I travel all over the country and have visited a number of veterinary practices and they are wonderful here! And there prices/fees were reasonable- another plus. And my dog had his stinky anal glands emptied- a stinky procedure- they cleaned him up so he had no residual stinky butt (other places I have gone, I have to clean him up afterwards- not here- they gave my dog superior care!) I would highly recommend this veterinary practice.
Can't say enough about the Staff at All Pets Veterinary Hospital. First time visit. One of my boys needed to be seen quickly and they were so accommodating! Professional, compassionate for both of us. Thank you all so much! Customer for life :) Maria H.
The caring and diligent staff helped me through a very difficult time with my baby boy (cat). They gave me all the options and provided some advice when it was needed. They gave him as much hospice care as they could, never made me feel rushed or inconvienent (even though I kept them long after closing time), and took care of my sweet boy all the way to the end. I appreciate their professionalism and caring way and will definitely see them for further pet care. Highly recommended.
Excellent care before, during and after my pet's surgery!!
Great service, friendly staff, and no high pressure selling.
I took my cat for a routine annual checkup. However since then he has not been himself, he can barely walk. I am not sure what occurred on his checkup as the vet and vet tech took him into another room for his rabies vaccine. I have since taken him to another vet who informed me that older cats (my cat is close to 19 years old) do not need vaccines, as he and most cats his age living in a good home, are already vaccinated, AND my cat is an indoor cat. Basically they just want your money here and really don't care about whether your pet lives or dies. That's how I feel. I am extremely upset as my cat has been deteriorating since I took him here. They informed me also that he has a heart murmur, arthritis and possibly renal disease. I already knew this but wanted to make sure it wasn't anything else. So the vet I now go to stated because he is a much older cat the vaccine may have contributed to his arthritis worsening. Plus, after charging me $688, they asked me if I wanted to schedule his teeth scraping and removal of his canine tooth as its not viable. I just want my cat to be as healthy as possible in his old age. Just please reconsider taking your beloved pet to All Pets. I will never go back.
We were visiting from another state and had never been here before. They took us right in, on just a few hours notice! All of the staff was super sweet! Our normally shy pup was made to feel right at home, and was even given toys to take home! We would definitely recommend this office, and if we lived closer, this would be our first choice for vet care!
Dr DeVito is FANTASTIC! HIGHLY recommended! Beautiful facility and very friendly staff.
We showed up with our very sick dog just 10 minutes before they were to close. We got such wonderful care and compassion. We weren't rushed into making a tough decision. The atmosphere is very peaceful with soft background music and nice waiting areas. I will be bringing my pets here for their care from now on.
Very expensive, outrageous prices for medications. I brought my new kitten in because he was sneezing. He was diagnosed with ear mites and the bill was $350 for the exam and medications and they actually wanted to charge me an additional $250 for a respiratory panel test I declined. I looked up the cost of medications on internet pharmacies and found that All Pets was four times as expensive as buying the meds on line. My sister had my kitten's sibling with the same problem. Her vet charged $75 total for an exam with the same diagnosis, medication included. All Pets is a pretty place but you will pay a lot for the ambiance. Since they moved from their former location, the focus appears to be primarily on generating lots of revenue.
Wonderful staff members
Staff friendly and caring.
Worst place I've ever been.
A must for people with pocket pets for exotics. Dr. Kilgore has been wonderful in treating a neglected guinea pig I took in. She is very knowledgeable and I fully trust her. Do not bring your exotics to any dog or cat vet, bring them here!
Expensive
We chose to come to All Pets Veterinary Hospital because we were seeking a last ditch second opinion on a condition our chicken had. We were lucky enough to meet with Dr. Shailey Devito. She was incredibly kind and very well spoken. She did a wonderful job explaining to us what was going on and offered a range of options to choose from. She answered all of our questions and left us feeling well informed on what was going on. She treated not only our hen, but us as well, with compassion. If you're looking for a smart and sweet vet to treat your bird well, she's the one for you. Thank you Dr. Devito.
Friendly staff, clean and professional. The also carry healthy foods, treats & toys for your fur babies.
I went their for my bearded dragon a few years ago, unfortunately they were not well rounded in the care for herps and his conditioned could have been worse if I did not take him elsewhere for a second opinion, where they saved him. I would recommend a specialty vet for reptiles.
All pets is the most unethical veterinary hospital in Nashua. They attempted to quote me $300 more than Nashua pet care on Daniel Webster Highway for a female dog spaying. If you need any care for your pets I recommend Nashua pet care clinic. Furthermore, the staff at all pets veterinary is rude and not caring. Do some research on how veterinary practices try to scam you. All pets has definitely tried these methods on me.
I absolutely love this veterinary practice! The staff is so nice and very caring. My dog actually loves going there! The office is very clean and well-maintained. The doctors explain everything that is going on with my dog in language that's easy to understand. They are very considerate of cost as well. I love their new Reward Program, too! I'm so glad I chose to bring my dog here!
I bring my grandpups and cat there. They are excellent working with us with cost. I would recommend this vet to everyone.
Thank you! Our vet was on vacation when our senior cat fell gravely ill. Thank you for your kindness, care, and professionalism. The last few days have been hard for our family, but your office helped us get through it.
Absolutely amazing. No problem fitting you into your schedule, and their hours are awesome. Great vets, amazing vet techs. I've brought 2 out of 3 of my cats here and I'm definitely bringing my third. Very workable with paperwork, payment, and pricing. Their rewards program is amazing. Just a great place to bring your pet. All private rooms, very clean and taken care of. :) I would recommend this place to anyone
Dr. Kilgore is a wonderful vet for my two roosters. It is very hard to find a vet who cares for chickens as the family they are and not just as disposable “livestock”. She is well worth the hour+ drive. She and the vet techs take care to avoid upsetting their avian patients due to the risk of cardiac arrest when birds panic. They are gentle and calm, even with tasks like opening their beaks to see down their throats. I also love the fact that they always call the day after an appointment to see how the boys are doing. I highly recommend All Pets, and particularly Dr. Kilgore for birds.
Went today for my pet male guinea pig who I suspected of having a mammory tumor. I wanted to make sure that this was what was wrong with my guinea pig and I was suprized with my first visit to all pets. It was very nice and clean. The Dr was very kind and gentle with my guinea pig which I was worried about. She knew alot of information and guided us the right path to take for the course of this cancer. She was correctly positioning my guinea pig and he was comfortable with her. I will deffinetly be bringing my pets here for now on. Also found my medical visit rate to be very reasonable.
Very helpful inexpensive
Felt pretty scammed by this place. I called to ask about prices, they told me I had to bring animal in for exam and shots and gave me a price. After weighing my kitten and taking her temperature they came in with a bill that was triple the amount I was told on the phone and wanted nearly $600 to fix me kitten. The place is lovely inside, and if you have the funds to spend then I'm sure it's acceptable. But as someone who is NOT rich and was looking for someplace that would help me out it was pretty heart wrenching tohand over my money for he week to hear people who basically scammed me into their office with lies. So no one gets caught in the trap I did- they want $60 to put your kitten on a scale built into the table. Then they want an additional $200 for a shot. And like I said, $600 to be fixed. If anyone from there ever reads this know that the money you scammed off of me is almost half of my money for the week. I left your office feeling royally screwed.
My cat is very combative when it comes to vet visits. You would not know she was 16 if you saw her fight with the techs. All of the staff is kind, caring, and gentle with my crazy kitty. They walk me through her treatments, communicate clearly, and provide accurate estimates of costs. Thank you All Pets for everything.
I have been a pet owner for over a decade now. And have seen at least 4 or 5 different vets over that time. These guys are far above and beyond anyone I've ever been to. We have a 13yo cat, Haku, who is on regular meds and gets routine subcutanous fluids. And for 9 of the 11 years I've owned her, I thought she was male. (mix up at the shelter I adopted her from when she was a kitten.) These guys were the first to identify her real gender. Years ago, Haku was diagnosed with bladder stones. Many vets told us that because Haku is male, this could be a fatal condition. One day, we saw blood in the litter box. On a Saturday, of course. We RUSHED to the nearest animal hospital. Let's say this was a less than good experience. They told us because he's male (clearly they hadn't bothered to check) 'he' would need a $4,000 surgery immediately. So we wanted a second opinion. Enter All Pets. So I looked around, found these guys nearby and open on Saturday, and called. They told me even if we did need surgery, it would be less than 4K. So off we went. 20 minutes later, we were sitting in a comfortable exam room, and a vet tech came in. This is what makes these guys great. She knew the most important and ultimately deciding factor in the gravity of the condition was that this cat was MALE. Female cats pass bladder stones. Male cats often don't, and get blocked, leading to kidney failure. So the first thing this vet tech did was lift her tail and examine her... um... parts. She said "I'll get another opinion, but i'm pretty sure this isn't an emergency. This is a female cat." Our jaws hit the floor. But lo and behold, she was! And she wasn't blocked. She likely had a UTI. She also did have a few stones. The vet could have pressed the matter at this point and recommend she get surgery anyway to remove the stones, but she told us we could quite reasonably wait and see how the urinalysis came back, because she suspected it was a UTI, and in female cats, even bladder stones are almost never fatal. Turns out it was a UTI! Now my love for All Pets does not end here. They saved us $4K, and demonstrated they were motivated by love for an animal they'd never met over profit. But the real reason I love them is for the fact that no other vet has treated any animal I've ever owned as a member of their own family. We're there frequently for subcutaneous fluids (very inexpensive), as I mentioned. We walk in and the receptionists ALWAYS greet us with warmth and enthusiasm. Frequently the front desk staff get phone calls while helping people in person. They always pick up and politely ask if it's an emergency or if the person can hold. No other vet I've used asks if it's an emergency before putting me on hold. And the vet techs, who administer the fluids, have been known to see us in the waiting area and call out "HAKU!!! We LOVE you!" And I've heard them do this for other pets too! They've even taken to leaving new kitty toys in her carrier as gifts for her to play with. Dr. Devito is our vet. She is as knowledgeable, realistic, and caring as any vet I've ever met. She never recommends procedures that aren't appropriate. She explains things in a way I can understand, and always offers multiple options for treatment. Additionally, they also have a holistic/Chinese medicine vet on staff that you can see for alternative treatment options- Dr. Toolan. At a particularly bad point last year, I was desperate to improve her kidneys. Dr. Toolan recommended 2 different herbs (each costing no more than a dollar a day) we could put her on on top of her regular treatment. And her health has steadily improved. As I said, I've been to many vets. NEVER have we been treated so much like family as we are at All Pets. I really can't say enough about these guys. Procedures we've had to do have been on the low-mid range of what other vets have charged me over the years. In fact, they're pretty close to what I've been charged at Boston Veterinary Care/ARL, which is a low-cost non-profit vet/shelter.
They all ways helping me with my cat bella
We LOVE the staff and service at All Pets...they take great care of our Gracie. Marissa at the front desk is AWESOME!! :)
Well place was clean people were nice but if you have a exotic pet like reptile or rabbit dont come here they will tell you they treat rabbits but a physical is them putting rabbit on scale and a attempt to see his teeth nothing eles 75$ xrays $110 we left after that. Dog or a cat your all set but dont bring your exotics here
Best Veterinary I ever brought my animals too. They are truthful and caring like its their pets.
The vets and vet techs are very knowledgeable and good at their job.
A very welcoming, friendly place! All the staff were very helpful. Since my first visit, I have been recommending All Pets Vet to all my friends and family.
Absolutely amazing. Highly recommended an my new favorite vet place. Amazing stuff. Work able an dependable. 5 stars
Beautiful facilities, caring staff. I had Sunday emergency and they didn't charge an extra fee.
incredible staff and very compassionate care. They are AAHA certified which means they follow national standards of care for your pets and you can feel safe that they are professional and follow strict guidelines. Prices are about average from what I see but I'd pay more to know that my fur babies are in good hands. My 2 labs love it (and its so clean and makes you feel good when you are there!
never been. and NEVER WILL. I rarely write reviews, but the RUDE receptionist was REFUSING to help me at all, and all I wanted was to check that the food I had gotten for my hedgehog didn't contain any harmful ingredients. she wouldn't even tell me if the chicken was ok (which i know it was ok) but she kept saying "well we haven't seen him so i cant tell you." You cant tell me basic dietary needs without giving my hedgehog a physical? Should I UPSET my pet by taking him away from his home, to a loud place filled with animals and smells that would TERRIFY him, causing him UNNECESSARY STRESS and PAY the vet copays anytime i give him a snack or add something to his diet? i called the Rockingham Vet Hospital in Windham, NH right after and the sweet lady asked what the brand was, looked it up, and told me it was fine. it took less then 5 minutes for her to verify it for me, and she was so helpful. As someone with 2 cats, a hedgehog, and a dog, I will NEVER be going to All Pets Vet Hospital for any of them. Its DISGUSTING that a vet would try to NICKEL AND DIME people who are just trying to be responsible pet owners. (if the managers actually look at these reviews, i did get her name, but I'm not going to post it publicly) after reading other reviews, i am seeing a reoccurring theme; they scam all of their customers. the good reviews even say that its WAY OVER PRICED but they assumed they are getting the best treatments for their pets so they pay (one of the reviewers lost multiple pets by accepting their unnecessary treatments for the made-up diagnosis.) its really sad. all these people are spending HUNDREDS of dollars thinking they are doing whats best and it just hurts and stresses out both the animals and the owners physically, emotionally, and financially. Im so glad i picked up on their fraudulent scheme so quickly, and i hope my review is able to help anyone in future need of pet assistance.
Terrible VET-Almost killed my pet who is now back to perfect health as a 16 year old Westie. I submitted a serious complaint against this office and specifically Veterinarian Shailey Devito ("VET"). I requested a refund and a corrective action response by July 1st, and in line with this VET's current negligence and disregard of concerns, no refund or action has been provided. Therefore I proceed with this complaint to ensure all animals are safe. Below is an excerpt of what I wrote- but in summary ---I DO NOT recommend this VET. Please save your animal and money and go to AVC in Manchester or Concord. Best decision I ever made. "After moving from Denver to New Hampshire my dog was very anxious and threw up blood. I brought him to your office (All Pets Veterinary 25 Riverside St, Nashua, NH 03062) and you all were kind enough to provide a medical examination. The VET was very nice, performed blood work, and stated that she believed his sickness was from the trauma of travelling or acute kidney/renal failure. Traumatized by the fact that my dog could be facing his last days if kidney failure, I accepted the diagnosis and treatment plan. The medication prescribed by the VET was the following: Probiotic sprinkles, ulcer medication, and nausea medication. All of this for a total charge of over $500.00 (minus the cost of his new flea and tick medication). I was shocked, however, when the VET's plan included medicine to treat his symptoms, and not any underlying cause, not to mention the pills were huge for a little dog that was feeling sick. Especially as I had already contacted my prior vet in Denver whom stated that a new VET would likely put him on an antibiotic. I asked your VET about an antibiotic and she said it wasn't necessary at this time, but that I could have my dog admitted for her to do even more "tests." As I am a lawyer and not a doctor, I trusted your VET and it almost killed my dog. Thankfully for my dog's life and my pocket book, I declined to have him admitted, but the story does not end here. When I got home, my dogs situation got worse. Despite having moved here for a new job, my first week of work was spent up all night with my dog and his nonstop diarrhea. Your receptionist called to check in once, and I told her my dogs symptoms now included diarrhea, she told me she would talk to the VET, but I NEVER heard back. Waiting for a follow up, three days passed and I still did not hear from the VET, so I called your office again. The receptionist stated she would have the VET call me. The VET NEVER CALLED THROUGHOUT THIS ENTIRE EXPERIENCE. The next day I called again and was told that the VET was out of the office but prescribed a 4th medication for my dog, a diarrhea medication (still no antibiotic). . . I decided to take him to the Emergency VET- AVC Manchester (55 Carl Dr, Manchester, NH 03103). I am forever grateful that I trusted my instinct as it saved my dogs life. . . . AVC looked at your offices blood work, performed a physical inspection, a urine analysis and an analysis of fecal matter (all things that I told your VET I was ok with if necessary as I initially thought he ate something poisonous and that those tests would be required). AVC even gave me a pre- treatment cost quote, inclusive of the antibiotic and it was $149.00 for EVERYTHING! AVC advised ME to take my dog off all of the junk issued by your office and put him on an antibiotic. AVC was so incredible the vet even fed my little dog to make sure he had eaten before his pill. Absolutely the best service I've ever had! Within EIGHT (8) HOURS, my dog's situation made a complete 180. He was eating, playing and his diarrhea subsided. Not only was he better, but both the vet and receptionist called me three times to follow up and make sure Caesar recovered. . . ." As of the date of this review (almost two months later) my dog is still in perfect health thanks to me going with my intuition and removing him from All Vets care.
We had such an excellent experience at All Pets Veterinary Hospital. They came highly recommended to us by a friend and fellow dog owner. Their space is warm and welcoming, clean and professional. The staff is patient and kind and great with pets. They had treats at the ready when we forgot ours to reward our dog's good behavior. The vet and vet techs really made efforts to interact with our dog, which made her much more comfortable, and they were happy to make sure we had all of our questions answered. Their prices are reasonable and they are very up front with everything - nothing was a surprise. They really followed through after our appointment to make sure our dog was doing well post-appointment, and they called promptly with test results. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital.
Compassionate and caring staff. Top notch care your pets.
Although I am writing this review begrudgingly (as it is still painful to think about) I think it's important so that no one else endure the horrific experience I did. I will preface this by saying that I have known Dr. Herbst for many years, and although she is a lovely person, her herp (reptile) experience is dubious. Although Dr. Herbst ran a tracheal culture on my 17 year old (10') boa, she was treating him for psudomonas instead of the salmonella infection that he was afflicted with, and radically under-dosing him with the wrong antibiotics. I was hyper vigilant with his care, and trusted Dr. Herbst's professional opinion.... but he was not improving. By the time I got a second opinion at New England Wildlife | The Odd Pet Vet two months later, it was too late; my boa ended up hemorrhaging to death in my arms. Dr. Herbst's incorrect proticol allowed the infection to proliferate. Please don't be afraid to question authority or hurt feelings: in the end the wellness of your pet is the only thing that matters.
Get staff, clean facility. It is worth the added drive.
Service here is so good but be prepared to wait awhile for your apontment. My dogs apontment was at 3:30 and we didnt leave untill 5:30. However the care provided to my dog is out standing.
Dr. DeVito is the best, hands down! Every time we come in with our pets, it feels like they remember us and the pups and their history. The rooms are clean and updated and all of the staff are always so friendly and accommodating. We continue coming here even after moving 30 minutes away because there can't possibly be a vet as good as this one!
The veterinarians are wonderful, and so are the rest of the staff. They have this great rewards program that saves you money on your vet bills, especially if you have multiple animals or a sickly animal (totally worth it). They are accredited. They have resources and pamphlets available for most kinds of pets. They'll look at just about any legal animal you can get to their office (they've looked at our chickens, chinchilla, rats, cats, dog...). All of this on top of a great atmosphere- it's pleasantly decorated, interesting, and they provide free drinks (like water and soda) and snacks (like freshly made cookies!).
While everyone at All Pets was always kind to my cat and me, their prices are very high. I was a new pet owner, and thought their prices were normal. I shopped around and went to Nashua Pet Care Clinic instead - they are just as kind and their prices are far more reasonable.
We have always loved it here, brought all five pets here. We had our kitten spayed here, paid their outrageous price (we know that other places charge more than $300 LESS than what they charge) but we love them so much and wanted her to have the best so we paid. That night we took her home with 0 pain meds, and ended up in the animal hospital for them to charge us $200 more for pain meds. I went back to tell them how I felt about all of this and they argued with me and then charged me $65 more for pain meds. They should have refunded me $200, but instead they fought with me and didn't take responsibility for what had happened. They have now lost all five pets.
Tremendous experience here. Very compassionate and knowledgeable and appreciate no extra fees. I called around and they are very good price and the new place is really really nice and easy to find right across the street from nashua high school.
Love this vet! We’ve been to a few in Hudson and didn’t care for them. I find their prices really reasonable and staff very friendly. Some of the doctors are very salesy and want you to follow up for the most ridiculous reasons, so I either avoid those doctors or just push back.
the worst vet i have ever been too, my cat had a hairball problem so i brought him in to see if they could help . they instantly took my pet away from me put him on oxygen and gave him shots and xrays and would not let me see him cuz they believed he was having an asthma attack. and then charged me for all this without my consent and tried to say he needed to stay for a few days . so an hr later and a call from my lawyer i get my cat back and then they say "we are going to call the police if you do not pay this bill now . so 2 hrs and 237.18 later i get my cat scared and afraid and no help . If you take your pet here prepare to be broke and treated like an animal abuser for loving your pet
High priced vet. Good to fair customer service depending on whom you see.
Worst experience I ever had with a Veterinary Hospital. The veteranian we saw couldn't even read my dog's xrays...she sent them out for an additional $100 charge both times! Two office visits and two sets of xrays (and almost $800 later), my dog is still sick, and the vet completely contradicted herself regarding my dog's test results. Of course they wanted me to bring her back in for another exam (and more xrays, I'm sure), but I'm changing to a practice where my pets are more than just dollar signs.
To all readers PLEASE READ BETWEEN THE LINES WITH THIS PRACTICE! If your willing to empty ur life savings for tedious testing on ur animal then by all means add this place to ur bank account. I was sold a kitten back in December of 2015 from a family pet store here in Nashua, this poor lil kitten was sold to me with a bacterial infection and ear mites in both ears and a herniated umbilical cord unbeknownst to me. I have seen three different doctors for his ear infection with no cure until I brought my now 9month old cat to all pets animal hospital. Three weeks ago he was seen and treated for this ear infection at this practice. I paid for the visit and testing and treatment. At his follow up appointment I told them he is still shaking his head and scratching his ears. They took a cytology test again and finally took a blood sample. They did not tell me that I was being charged for another cytology test 36.00 dollars on top of blood work for additional 60.00 dollars not including a follow up visit charge. So let me break this down. They see my cat treat him, he goes in for FOLLOW UP, from first visit, they test him without saying I would b charged again, ears r NEGITIVE, let's run blood work for pre surgical neutering. Check out time and payment time. So I'm being charged for having him tested the second time to see if their very own product worked the first time. I tried to disputed the cytology test knowing his blood work was far more important givin his medical condition when he was sold to me at first. So they decide to hold off on sending his blood out and rather charge me for a test I didn't agree to. I agreed to pay for blood test of 60.00 and not the cytology test and they still will not compromise knowing the test was negative. So I payed them a confirmation price for their product working at his follow up and they took his blood and won't send it out. Shady I tell u!! What's more important here people. Blood work or cytology test that confirms their product worked the first time.
I was amazed how classy and professional this place was while my girlfriend had her sugar gliders treated. Very soothing atmosphere for the animal members of the family, for them to get help
They do a great job, and all the staff are so loving and kind
