My dog was put down today, I know for a lot of people pets are just something. For our family, Gueysha was not just a dog, she was family, for 13 years we had her next to us. She was part of us. Boca park animal hospital made this terrible loss feel important. From the front desk girls to the 2 vet doctors, both female...the best team care I've ever encountered. The 1st doctor came over to give me condolences before she passed and the second doctor couldn't stop crying while she was helping my beautiful dog transition to her next phase...I had 13 family members inside the room where she was attended and this amazing staff made our suffering a lot less heavy....thank you..I will recommend you guys forever....my beautiful dog was in the best hands possible....

Extreme pleasure to bring my little guys there for exams, and treatments when necessary. The friendly staff makes exams a breeze, and easy to understand instructions if required. The receptionists were very helpful, polite and friendly. Our vet tech, Alexa was simply outstanding, and Dr. Ensign was very warm, good bed side manner, and that's saying something given we were an emergency walk-in on top of two other emergency walk-ins at the end of a long and busy day. The facility was clean, and I was even present to watch the floor sanitation process they use. Next services are already scheduled.

Very pleased with the attention and detail given to our Elvis today by Dr. Wagner and technician Paula. Elvis has been through the ringer during his 8.5 years (he is blind, two kidney stone surgeries, two arthrodesis surgeries on front legs, auto-immune condition destroying his cartilage and ligaments) yet he felt very comfortable and confident throughout our whole visit. Looking forward to the benefits of the specialized physical therapy coming in the next few weeks.

I followed Dr. Morgan Daigle to this animal hospital because of the amazing care she has taken of our animals over the years. I was pleasantly surprised to find the team at Boca Park both compassionate, inviting and friendly when I have gone in or called. It's nice to feel like part of the family and not a number they are trying to churn through like others vets we have been at. I even saw the front desk team painting the office to keep it looking nice. It was cool to see everyone so invested in the place they work.

I don't normally write reviews for places, if ever, but i feel inclined to share my recent trip to this specific Animal Hospital. I had noticed my cat was having difficulty urinating and decided that the following day I was going to take her in to make sure everything was alright. My appointment was at 6:00 PM and I assumed that it wouldn't last too long since it was just supposed to be a simple check up. During the examination the Veterinarian who was assisting us, Dr. Ensign, had instructed me that all seems well but we would need to do further testing to conclude anything. Upon performing a ultrasound (literally within minutes), Dr. Ensign discovered that a large tumor inside my cat and that the options moving forward were minimal. I was advised that putting her to sleep would be the best course of action for her as well as ourselves. I had to take all this information in not even 30 minutes before I had to make a decision. However, not once during this process, as I was calling my family members to tell them the news and to come meet me at the hospital, did I feel rushed to make a decision especially with the hospital closing at 7:00 PM. We stayed almost an hour and half after business hours to say our goodbyes to a lifelong friend. Something I am incredibly grateful for. I have nothing but praise and gratitude for the staff and Veterinarians that assisted us. They were nothing but helpful, sympathetic, understanding, patient, and willing to do whatever it takes to help out an animal they just got to meet as peacefully and painlessly as possible. They were patient in describing everything that was going on and what would happen afterward. All in all, I would recommend this hospital to anyone who cares for their pet as much as I did. Understand you as well as your animal are in wonderful hands. To Dr. Ensign, Nurse Marianne and assistant Kim: Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for my family and I. We are extremely appreciative and will always have nothing but high remarks for this animal hospital.

Our dogs Annie and Nova stayed at their boarding facility for what was supposed to be 6 days, but ended up being 5. They were picked up today. They had one of the nicer VIP suites that they shared. The facility looks really clean and the staff are friendly. There visit was pretty good for the first half of their stay. Two nights ago they removed their bed and toys from the room early in the day, prior to 8am. I know this because they have camera you can access as a VIP boarder. I had to call to have the toys put back, but the bed wasn't put back until early the next day. I was told they had to wash it. For apparently 12+ hours. That night they also were very restless off and on from 9-1am. Annie was barking/crying and scratching the door of their room trying to get someone's attention to let her out. There isn't a number to call to let an attendant know, you just have to trust that they are going to take care of the issue. They didn't. They said she got to go out at 2am. Again, it's not verified. Just something they told me. After I called to complain and they called me back to update me on what happened that night, I was given excuse after excuse for the fact they advertise having around the clock supervision for your dogs and they don't. I was told that they watched the camera for the time period I stated and said that it wasn't as bad as I thought. That they seemed fine. I have videos of them that night scratching and barking/crying and not being checked on. There is one person at night who is in charge of their entire boarding facility and any hospitalized patients they may have. ONE. But apparently "they're good at multi-tasking". Further their supervised play rooms are not supervised all of the time, also as advertised. On top of all that, Annie has bleeding, oozing, sores, some of which look partially scabbed over, on both tips of her ears on the inside. They bathed her this morning, complimentary (may or may not have actually been done), and they didn't notice that? I spent $700 for their visit. I picked this boarding facility because it was the safest and nicest facility that had an overnight shift that I could find. Quite frankly I'm livid.

This is the ONLY place I’ll take my fur baby! After 3 different vets, I find BPAH staff to be friendly, on par with other vets, and boarding is fantastic. I take my Minpin here and she is comes home healthy and happy after being boarded. They know who she is when we come through the door and she always gets extra attention. The bonus is that it is close to my home in Summerlin (5 miles) and they always find a place for her in their boarding. I love this business and highly recommend it!

I stopped in here last year with my dog while in town visiting my family. Now I don’t write many reviews but I had the right one because the people I met. The vet nurse Veronica was incredibly friendly and helpful and gave us great information. Justin gave us a tour and really made us feel at home. I think with separates this place from the usual that experience is the people and how they make you feel. There’s no better example of that and Veronica and Justin! I couldn’t recommend this place more.

What a delight to find such a fantastic pet care facility in the middle of sin city. My cat was mellow and relaxed as the dogs have their own unit. Wilst waiting in line be sure to grab a kulrig coffee on the right. All staff are so kind and attentive and helped with kitty's pee pee and poop issues.

I can’t say enough good things about them. Every doctor I have seen is wonderful and really takes the time with you and your pet. I now live on the other side of town but drive 35 minutes to still go to them. If it’s a regular vet visit or surgery, Boca Park is the place to go!

My dog has arthritis and, according to our previous vet, hip displaysia. I do not want to give him pills for the rest of his life to combat the pain, so I looked into alternate therapies. That's how I ended up at Boca Park Animal Hospital. After taking time to really check my dog, a plan was set that does not include medication. The entire staff was very welcoming and the atmosphere of the hospital is also welcoming. I told a friend of mine about my wonderful appointment and she took her dog the next day, with similar results! I know I made the right decision to switch vets!!!

This place is amazing. I needed to get my EB to the vet's right away. They had room and we were able to see Dr. Warren. And see was amazing she listened to and old man and his ramblings. They took x-rays and found out he had eaten something that he shouldn't have. She gave him a shot to help him feel better. I have to say the vet techs and the rest of the staff also very helpful and just plan great. I brought my Oscar home and with in a few hours eat some food and my anxiety went down 10 fold. This is the hospital you want to bring your pet to. When you talk about cost there is always cost. They did what then needed to do to help my Oscar feel better And help me feel better as well.

I am so fortunate to have the Boca Park Animal Hospital so close to me for many reasons. Number One is the amazing competency of each and every one here. The staff goes out of their way to make sure I am well taken care of (and that includes my pets). I usually arrive with a problem that one of my pets is having and I am usually upset. By the time I leave, I feel so much better knowing that my pets are getting the best medication and treatment possible. Every one of the doctors is knowledgeable and caring. Our boy Munchi wasn't feeling well and seemed to be getting worse. They got us in pretty quickly to get him checked out. We were taken care of right away by the whole team. Dr. LaRosa was very friendly and explained everything very clearly. After an x-ray, a shot and some pills, Munchi is back to his loud, yappy self again. The whole process was quick and professional, and we felt we were in good hands the whole time. Thank you!

Dr. Ensign is the best vet in Las Vegas. I have had the best experiences with his staff and him and can not say enough good things about Boca Park Animal Hospital. People say it is a little pricey, but you truly get what you pay for. They are amazing and I finally found a vet I trust my puppy with. Don't hesitate, go here!

We read reviews before electing to bring our rescue adopted little one here. I love that there is a separate entrance for dogs or cats. Everyone at the desk, the nurse, the doctor were all so welcoming and helpful. We couldn't feel more confident with our choice.

They helped go over differences in vaccinations, etc. from the previous state I lived in, took the time to answer all of my questions and provided some samples for my dogs to try. My friend recommended this animal hospital since I got my puppy. So, she came with me and were first introduced to Amanda. Amanda is no doubt the kindest dog nurse I have ever met. She's funny too! She and Doctor Anderson gave so much love to my little Milo and provided tons of information and tips. They answered most of the questions I didn't even have to ask. They're awesome. Although not the closest animal hospital, I wouldn't want to go to any other puppy hospital.

I also like many more just moved in the area , I am looking for the most advance and kind service in the industry for both of my pets both do have insurance and I am all about taking best care for them , I found myself walking in for a nail trim for my Yorkie and this little one do have allergy to the rabbies vaccine ( witch is a issue to be around other dogs and peoples ) that said she live all of her 9 years of life without it .... the staffs were kind and did treat my furry kid and myself with respect and took all precautions necessary but never made me feel bad about it ... although they were busy they took the time to take care of my nail trimmed :-) Thanks staffs!!

What an awesome place to take your 4-legged loved one. My dog has had some not-so-nice experiences with vets in the past. When he walks in for an appointment, he literally begins to tremble. But, the staff at Boca Park Animal Hospital are so kind that my dog actually stopped trembling when they were talking to him and giving him his check up. Are you tired of vets claiming to "care" about your pet but in reality, they have both hands in your pocket and care less about your pet? Well, Boca Park Animal Hospital will renew your faith in what a pet hospital should be. THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR PET AND YOU. My first interaction was with the office manager, Jody who could not have been more helpful getting me and my service animal in there immediately. Then there were Kim and Kat at the front desk (think of the Sweeney sisters on SNL in the 80's!). Again, could not have been nicer. Once in the exam room there was nurse Oneida and a new trainee Paula. Both could not have been more professional and caring. Oneida took care of everything from the moment we were in the exam room until we left. Can't say enough about the new doc, Dr. Daigle. First class all the way. She is the type of doctor you would want for your own doctor! You just get the feeling she knows the difference between an apple and an orange where most don't. Total confidence she knows her stuff! Finally, an honest hospital, honest and caring staff from every single person working there. Who knew such excellence existed? I do now!

The Vets are amazing really good, but the administrative it’s the worst, they apply payments to something that doesn’t exist, they change the boarding schedule after you booked, they usually doesn’t have full staff at the boarding and the lady of the boarding really a negative person, the guys are the best, the front desk people amazing and the vets really cool, need a looot of improvement on the administrative task more when is related to money

Dr. Wagner and Jacy took SUCH good care of our little guy. They are super thorough and offer great treatment options like acupuncture and cold laser. It is ENTIRELY ridiculous and highly inconveniencing to require a dog to have a vaccine for boarding that IS NOT a required standard vaccine. My dog was set up for boarding today and she’s up to date on ALL vaccines and tests, to only have Boca call me TODAY to tell me that she needs to get an exam and an unnecessary shot before boarding. I'm sorry that I'm not sitting at home twidling my thumbs and don't have the time to bring my dog in for a last minute exam AND a shot at a moment's notice. I have a full-time career with back to back meetings. Boca TRIED to provide convenience by suggesting that my dog's vet could also provide the service today (w/o an exam, presumably) but how is that convenience? True convenience would have been an offer to provide her the vaccine upon dropping her off for boarding. Boca had full access to my dogs medical history from her vet and could very well see that she's a healthy dog so exactly why is a full veterinary exam necessary, particularly when again this is all last minute and Influenza is not a standard vaccine? That is piss poor customer service.

This was my first visit here, as I followed Dr. Warren from her (and now our) previous clinic. Needless to say, I was just as happy with her as I was before. As for the clinic, I liked the fact that you pay the bill in the exam room. It's nice not to have to pay attention to paying the bill and try to handle your dog with other dogs trying to say "hi". The staff was very nice, and my foster puppy, Bug, seemed to have a good experience for her first ever puppy exam.

We have a 15 year old Chihuahua, who we love dearly. His life is coming to an end, but this facility, staff and Dr's have taken excellent care of our lil guy. We found out today, they'll assist with putting our guy down in our home when the time comes. We've been able to be seen same day, last minute and each time with compassion and care. She is an awesome Vet and now all the staff as well. My 13 year old Duke has been very ill. Dr. Daigle diagnosed him with his illness and really showed compassion through out the hard times. When I found out she left the Vet by my house I was very upset and I was able to find her new location. My first experience with Boca Park Animal Hospital was great. Everyone at this vet is friendly and helpful; the nurses and the doctors were so kind to our pup and treated her as if she were the sweetest pup on the planet (well because she is, and that's totally objective). Very informative and up to date on the latest research and treatments.

My husky, Bear loves the staff at Boca Park Animal Hospital. A friend of mine recommended Boca Park to me for boarding. I have used them twice for Bear and each time they did a great job taking care of him. He had a VIP suite and lots of TLC. The grooming service also did a great job too. I am very happy with the overall service and care they provide all their patients! I switched from Town Center Animal Hospital to Boca Park due to the fact the staff and service were just superior. I highly recommend you do the same. 5 stars.

veronica and dr. anderson were amazing. did a walk in because my dog had an overgrown nail on his dewclaw that had gone unnoticed by me and his groomers. buddy and i felt super comfortable and were seen and taken care of really quickly. they were extremely patient with me as i can be really anxious and impatient, especially in these situations

I can't even begin to describe how much I like this place!! The receptionists are all very friendly and they seem to really care for all of their patients. I had a bad experience with a vet and was on a search for a new one when I was referred to Boca. My dog is getting older and needs help with pain management and was also recently diagnosed with cancer. I was so impressed with how advanced Boca is. There are so many options and treatment modalities, as a parent, it really puts my mind at ease. I feel like I have so many options now where as before, I was fearing the worst. They really go above and beyond to make sure your pet and you are comfortable and well cared for. I would definitely recomment Boca Park Animal Hospital to any and all pet owners!!

I was just in with 2 of the dogs yesterday to see Dr. Daigle, and as always, it was a real pleasure! Thanks everyone! I moved to Vegas from California a little while ago, and was looking for a good veterinarian. I have 3 dogs & 3 cats, and recently took most of them to see Dr Ensign & his staff at Boca Park Animal Hospital. I was very happy with both visits. My dogs are not well behaved (my fault) but Dr Ensign and Raquel were really good with them. The next day, I took the cats, who really don't like to visit the vet. Justin was really good with the cats, and they did better than they have at most other offices. This is a really great full-service veterinary office with boarding and many other services. Everyone there was professional, helpful & friendly. The prices are reasonable, and they even offer some complimentary services to new patients. You can tell from talking to Dr Ensign that he really knows his stuff, and is also a real animal lover. I would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care!

When you react and get made they send letters saying you can’t come back because the way we expresses our self. This place is the best. All of the staff has been unbelievably helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate with our pets. Recently, we attended a birthday party here for Boomer. He is one of our puppy's playmates at daycare. Justin Willard, the daycare manager organized the party and everything was great. Many of the other dogs that play together at daycare were there. They all had a ball. And, Boca provided dog friendly treats. What a great idea. Lots of fun in a safe environment. Our dog, Murphy will be 1 year old next month. And, we plan to have a party for him there also.

I can not begging to express the shock I had with the treatment I received today. Our family dog had to be out down. I have never not even at a human hospital have experienced the compassion me and my family received today. The vets were so beautifully sensible and sensitive knowing the pain we were going through. We were so many in the room because our dog Geysha was so loved by so many, and I am so so so blessed to say that she left in peace and they treated us so wonderful, how every person and pet and loved one should be treated. After many poor attempts at other veterinarian offices we were hesitant to seek help when our fur child was not acting right. They were so patient with my cat and worked at her pace and at her comfort, so she wasnt stressed(which made frantic me feel at ease to see my cat at ease). They worked out a wellness plan that fit what I could afford and didnt push unnecessary procedures at me. Dr. Waliski?(our receipt says Dr.Warren but we are almost certain is was similar to our attempt we could be very wrong as well) and Nurse David were absolutely amazing! The whole staff was amazing! Everyone was so helpful and took the time to make sure our fur child got the care she needed. We will definitely be back with our other fur children. After being being told my dog did not limp and being sent to an animal ER at a high cost with zero reselts and zero timely comminication, I went to Dr.Wagner at Boca Park Animal Hospital. She requested and reviewed all other information, did a number of checks in front of me and explained the possibilities and potential other checks we may want to consider. She gave medication for my dog and PT exercises to try first. I feel far more confident with info provided by Dr. Wagner than inforation from the other veterinary hospital. I feel very confident in leaving my poodles in their care for observation, surgery, teeth cleaning, day care or whatever their needs may be. What a great place! located on the corner of Rampart and Charleston, I had no problem getting there and parking was a breeze. The staff greeted me when I walked in and was quickly processed and taken to an exam room away from other pets. I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the front desk staff. After a short wait, Dr. Ensign came in and took care of the medical concerns I had for my cat. He was very thorough, professional, and patient. He provided me treatment plans and let me make the decision on which plan to follow. No pressure and no up selling unneeded medical tests and procedures. I had a great experience in July 2018 so I went back again in January and it was a very rough time. I became "that girl" that demanded to speak to a manager. He assured me that they were resolving the issue and getting more employee support. I tried them out again for this past holiday weekend and when my dogs were returned, they had a broken harness, and poo all over their blanket. What irritates me the most is that the valet help had to of known there was a mess all over the blanket because they folded it up and out it in a bag, but also, why is there poop there in the first place? The VIP suites are said to give the pooches playtime, 3 times a day. Over the weekend, I noticed they were out 2x a day, which I could overlook because my dogs (2) were boarded together, so they could play but if they're going to the bathroom all over their suite, I'm not okay with that. Pretty expensive accommodations for sub par care.
