I took my sons cat in this week for what we thought was a bladder infection and ended up being an obstructed bladder and with the age of the cat and other health conditions the best option was not to treat him. Dr Grow was amazing in explaining everything and even kept Soxs there to give him some pain relief until my son could get there to say his goodbyes. I could not have asked for a better experience and I will never take my pets anywhere else. The whole staff was caring and very helpful to us and is was greatly appreciated. We even got a card a few days later with a paw print of the cat inside.
They take great care of my puppy...
Dr. Groh it's always very pleasant and concerned about your pet.
Very knowledgeable and compassionate staff!!! Very clean facility.
Heard they took the posts down on facebook when people complained about them losing this lady's dog so therefore that just makes them untrustworthy, they should be ashamed of themselves for not taking the necessary measures to find this lady's dog. I know where I wouldnt take my pet and will let people know not to

Best vet I've ever been to.
As much as this review pains me to type, I feel it is necessary. I have been a customer of Cobblestone Vet Clinic for over fifteen years. I have had great experiences, and not so great experiences..however, I always felt that the staff had positive intentions, and were genuine people, devoted to their practice. After today, I will not return, nor recommend someone to their practice. I arrived at their clinic around noon with a 9 year old dog showing symptoms of GDV. Her stomach was extremely bloated, and hard, she was having difficulty breathing and standing, and was shaking rapidly. I advised the front desk of her symptoms and was brought into an exam room. There were no other animals in the waiting room or being seen at the time. After five minutes, a woman entered the exam room and advised me "the doctors were having a meeting and would be unable to see me for two hours." I clarified with her that the doctors were in fact in the building, but could not see my animal because they were in a "meeting." The woman confirmed this with me and advised me I could wait, or come back later. I left the exam room and spoke with a different employee at the front desk (Jan) who advised me she would "ask in the back." I legitimately watched her walk back and speak with a veterinarian and return to tell me "there's nothing we can do. They are having a meeting." I stood there and watched three veterinarians that I know by name walk around and gather things for lunch before stepping into their meeting. I have never been so disturbed by the lack of empathy or care. I asked the other front desk employee "if my dog dies right here, was that meeting worth it?" She replied to me "maybe you should've brought her in earlier." I am stunned that an establishment can call themselves an animal clinic, yet not administer care when an animal is brought to them. I do not care what the subject of your meeting was. I brought an animal to you for treatment, and you decided that your lunch was more important.
Very friendly
Can't even help find a dog they lost....
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. As a new dog owner, I had a long list of questions for the vet and vet tech. They listened thoughtfully and gave me thorough advice. Overall, great experience!
They take great care of my puppy...
Very disappointed. As I sat for 20 min. I watched 2 separate girls in back dragging dogs by their necks and holding them down for whatever reason. They should close the doors back there! It was scarey. Over the phone they told me $25.00 for rabies vaccine. I got there and it was $128.00. They wanted all these additional fees. It's not what I was told over the phone earlier. I left.
We love everyone here, so friendly and professional
I have used this vet since 2011. They are wonderful caring vets. Can't express enough about the care they will give your furbaby's.
Great Vets!
Great place.
I have always had the best experiences at VCL. The vets are wonderful!
Friendly, organized and overall great place to take our dog. We use the day care and very services and love the easy entire all in one process!
My dog got kennel cough there last weekend. They then made me pay for the medication. They are having a huge outbreak, board your dog at your own risk.
Very out going and friendly staff who work hard to take care of our three pets. Thanks for your compassion and quality care!
Always receive great service to our animals here
This office loses pets and refuses to help cover even reasonable costs of locating them. DO NOT BOARD HERE!
I took my roommates dog while he was out of town and the dog was seemingly stressing out over it. The solution they gave me (nausea relief) was not the solution to the problem I was actually having (dog being picky with food and going on strike about it). However, they were super friendly and helpful. Decently timely.
i would not take my fur baby anywhere else. Over the years they have taken great care of all my 4 legged children.
Great place if you want your pet well-taken care of
My cat is currently there and she is not an easy one to put up with at her least favorite place. They truly do care for the animals and not for the cost. They are very understanding. Highly recommend them to anyone!
A+ Veterinary care! The staff is kind & caring. They are always accommodating when I bring my kitties in for a nail trim.
We've had nothing but good experiences with this vet!
Best animal Care that I have found
The staff always show the utmost care and concern for your pets
Very friendly and caring. Dr. Glenn has been amazing at helping my 13 yr old yorkie, and has even called on days off to check up on him.
Pet treasure
They are fantastic with my dogs!! Dr Grow is beyond great!!
This is a wonderful place to bring your pets for care. Dr Gatrost is so caring and knowledgeable. You can tell that she loves what she does.
My regular vet is out recovering from surgery and referred me to this clinic. They are wonderful!
Great pet care in the Northland!
Always great with all 3 of my dogs. They are always quick to get us in if it is a yearly check up or sick dog
Veterinarians very compassionate
The best care in the world for our dogs! I trust them completely to do what is needed! We've been working together for over ten years!
Best place I have taken my pets. I won't take them anywhere else
We have been using Veterinary Center of Liberty since we moved here in June 2006 and have always been pleased with the level of service they provided to our 4 legged family members. However, that has now changed when we took my almost 8 year old Golden Retriever in for an appointment For his annual vaccines and to look at a small lump on his front knee. They did some test and said he had bone cancer. They then told my husband he would have maybe 2 months to live so they did not want to give his vaccines. We brought our Golden Retriever home to make him enjoy the rest of his life. This all happened on May 27, 2015 it is now June 24, 2016 and my beautiful Golden Retriever is still enjoying life despite the tumor grwoing around his knee. They refuse to give him his vaccines without charging us 100s of dollars for a medical checkup which they already know what he has. We are taking our Golden with us camping to Florida first part of July 2016 and he needs a current rabies vaccine that they won't give him. This will most likely be his last family vacation and want him to enjoy his time at beaches and the state parks. Would like them to make it right and do the right thing since he has clearly surpassed his life span with his bone cancer. We have been getting his pain/inflammation pills to give him as needed and asked a for a new bottle to have on hand for our 2 week vacation, but quickly told us they would not give him anymore since it has been a year since they saw him last.
This is a very professional clinic. Those that are saying they are not trying to locate the lost dog are absolutely lying or ignorant about the situation. It’s an extremely unfortunate event that they feel horrible about and are doing everything they can to rectify. I’m not trying to bash the dog but it’s so unsociable that anyone that sees it can’t even come close to getting it. That includes animal control. If their is some magic dog rescue company out there by all means post their information on here and I will hire them. That service doesn’t exist.
We did not have a good experience at all. Only one woman out of the staff had a friendly smile. Its doesn't make you feel very welcome in a business when treated so rudely by other staff. We brought our family dog in to get his nails trimmed. When it was time to take him back to trim his nails I asked if I could go back with him I was told I couldn't which was upsetting. But when they were all done and I looked over his nails all paws were trimmed well except one paw which was left long. When I talked to the front desk about my dogs nails they did not bother to look at my dog. I know they could have done a better job because they have in the past but on that day they did not care to take the time to do so or even come from behind the desk to look at my dogs paw to understand my concern.
Nice staff treated my dog very well.
I HIGHLY recommend Veterinary Center of Liberty! Dr. Grow is the best, and the support staff is absolutely wonderful!!
Have been going there over 11 years, had to find a lady vet as my dog didn't like men very well. What a jackpot I found, the bucket of gold at the end of the rainbow! They have helped me with sick fur babies a cat and a dog with different kinds of cancer, leaving this world, and finding new one to fill the void in my heart! I now have 4 cats and 2 dogs, one of the dogs has had to have 3 operations, my boy was in really good hands! They called and texted to to check in with me about him, both when he was still at the clinic and after I brought him home! Worth driving to Liberty for!
Dont kennel your dog here... My service dog and SEVERAL other dogs caught kennel cough there. You pay for kennel services and then they charge you to treat an illness caught while housed under their care. That is horrible service and they should be liable for the illness. I will never return there.
Very good place to take your pet. Nice people. Very caring.
They love animals. Vets are kind and helpful. Expensive.
They always take great care of our 2 dogs!! Friendly staff and great boarding too!
My fifi loves the co-workers. They do a great job with her.
This place is very understanding and very helpful. Even though my end result was having to put my fur baby down the vet that cared for him gave him so much and even cried with me during the procedure. She made the experience so much easier because she cared as if my kitten was one of her own. I will always recommend this place if you are in a dire situation and need truthful caring vets and staff
This place went above and beyond! My best friends dog was attacked at the dog park while under my care. Frantic and unsure of where to go I contacted her and she told me to just go in and they would take care of it. They did! Super caring and helpful.
They will lose your dog and then won’t do anything to help you find them or rectify the situation
Very helpful staff and caring veterinarians. They have provided excellent care for our cats, dogs, and rabbits for years.
Great place friendly staff.
Disappointing to know that they do not take responsibility for losing a pet that was being boarded there.
Awesome and friendly staff.
I have had several bad and horrific experiences with 2 vet clinics resulting in 2 fur baby deaths. Then finding a clinic that is good but the vet was not a likable person to our dog or us. Finally we found Veterinary Center of Liberty! THANK YOU LORD! The vets are sweet, good with our dog, professional and caring enough to do additional research to find the cause of our dog's problem. We have only seen 2 vets thus far, Dr Andrea Grow who is doing the research that I spoke of and Dr Lori Rohlfing who has seen Katy one time. We love them both! I knew when I first started talking to Dr Grow this was the right veterinary clinic! After Dr Rohlfing went through the results of Katy's blood work with us and explained everything, she gave us a copy of the blood work! We never got copies of anything but the bill at the other vet clinics. The facility is clean and they provide 5 star dog treats for the fur babies. I have also observed the doggie daycare they have there without them knowing and I liked what I saw! GREAT JOB GUYS!
