I love takings my fur babies to Southpark! The staff love on my dogs, and really try to build a connection with them, and they have such great fear free practices for our skittish little old man. I wouldn't recommend anyone go anywhere else, unless it was an emergency.

WE HAD TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE OUR DOG PUT TO SLEEP & PUT HER OUT OF HER MISERY.We had been going there to help our dog that started having seizures. They were good to check her out. But everytime I called they were always full up. After trying everything we could we decided she wasn't going to get better. Making that extremely hard decision to have her put to sleep, we get there & they say "you have to have an appointment. Can't get to you tomorrow, maybe Thursday" Are you KIDDING. I'm already in tears with having to let go of our baby & they want us to wait 2 days & put her through more misery. You wont see us again.

I recently had a bad experience at another vet clinic. When I saw South Park, I just walked in and talked to them. Jordan was super helpful and was so sweet to make an appointment to get my cat taken care of. I brought Rocky (my cat) in and found out he had diabetes. Shortly thereafter, his kidneys shut down and I had to put my fur baby to sleep. This was such a hard thing to do, but they could not have been any sweeter. I can not brag about their staff enough. I am so grateful to have had such a caring group of people that helped me through this hard time. Your animals are in great hands with South Park Vet Clinic.

When we moved to Broken Arrow in 1993, we were looking for a good vet for our cats. Several of our friends highly recommended Dr. Chris Adolph at South Park Veterinary Hospital. We have been taking our three cats there ever since and are extremely pleased with the great service provided by Dr. Adolph and his staff, Robin, Shannon, and all the other personnel. They always provide excellent care for our pets and care for them like their own! They are very professional and friendly as well!! We have nothing but high praises to say about them all!! Dr. Adolph has always been very thorough with the exams and tests he runs on our cats. He explains in detail the procedures he’s going to do on our cats, does a great job, and is just a super vet/friend to us!! Dr. Adolph, personally, has called us on weekends to check on our cats after a procedure. Recently two of our “seniors”, 11 year old Millie (a diabetic) and 12-year old Panther (who has thyroid issues), had teeth issues. After Dr. Adolph did a thorough exam on them, he found that they both had teeth that had to be extracted. Once he extracted the teeth, they seem to have a new lease on life, acting like kittens again and running from room to room, very playful. We have HIGHLY recommended Dr. Adolph and his staff to anybody looking for the best vet in Broken Arrow and will continue doing so!! We have the highest regard and respect for him!!

These guys have been phenomenal for my dogs surgery! She managed to get staples out twice and each time I brought her back in they gently re-stapled the incision at no charge. I will continue to use them anytime our animals need care!

Such a great place to take your fur babies!! The entire staff were so loving and caring towards my fur baby. My dog was sick and I called that morning and they got him right in without an appointment. I was also updated on what was going on with him and what would be best to do for him. I could tell they really cared about him and wanted what was best. I will for sure be going back for any of our veterinary needs.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience!! The entire staff is extremely kind,caring ,knowledgeable & professional ; i was so very impressed with the amazing amount of care & concern they gave to Willow. She was rescued by my boyfriend & was suffering from an acute respiratory infection at only 8weeks of age & was in very bad shape . After a very thorough examination, meds & breathing treatments she was on the road to recovery. The daily follow up on her progress has been most impressive!! I just cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Southpark & Willow will most definitely be a patient with them for life as will any of our other animals. Thank you SO very much for helping save this most loving ,sweet kitten, who wanted desperately to survive, so that now she may enjoy a long and healthy life! Best veterinary experience EVER!

My little dachshund has had a list of needs quite long, some of them serious, but the staff here have resolved each one of little Tink's needs expertly and lovingly. Tink was attacked one night by a large dog that jumped the fence, pulling a large area of skin off down to the muscle, in the neighborhood next to Southpark vet. It was the middle of the night, but instead of sending me and Tink across town to the all night animal hospital, southpark's vet personally and lovingly carried Tink in her arms from the spot she was violently attacked to the building, sewed her up (she required several stitches and about 20 staples) and worked out a payment plan that allowed me to focus on taking care of her. Today Tink has fully healed and is a happy wiggly butt weiner dog like she should be thanks to Southpark going WAY beyond the level of care I've ever seen any other veterinarian do. Thank you!

I would not recommended this vet practice for anybody.... I had my beautiful 3 year old husky examined by them Friday December 23, 2016 . Where they informed us that she had whipworms and that it was treatable. So they gave her a 1 dose pill and told us that it would kill the worms and that she would be fine. We asked the staff is this anything that we need to be worried about or anything we needed to be looking for before her next check up with them. They informed us that we had nothing to worry about and that if we had a weak stomach to not look at her poops. So we went off the dr. Orders and Christmas morning at 7:30am not even 48 hours after being checked by this vet and dr. Ginger laNye, I wake up to find kishka my gorgeous husky was dead. This vet didn't do a throughal check up and they failed to notify me of the dangers kishka was truly in. I don't wish this upon anybody and I just pray that this vet doesn't hurt another family in the way it has hurt ours. . Think twice before taking your loved ones to this vet... it's shameful for you to even have responded back to this post Dr. Matthews your a owner of a vet and your going to shamefully respond to a post and tell lies or incomplete facts to this case. You never offered to have a necropsy done nor was it recommended to have any type of blood work pull. Which by your own words to me was your staff Didn't follow protocol... there was no limit to our expenses to have saved our family member. So excuse me but you have flat out lied. On top of you offered to send a third of what we paid to have her examined by your horrible vet to begin with.. you know what dr Matthews keep your $50 I'm now going to write a formal letter to both state and the county veterinary licensing boards to have your Vet investigated. How extremely rude of you dr Matthews to respond back to my post and present me as the one at fault after your staff just finished devastating my sons, my family, and my other perfectly healthy 9 year old huskies christmases. How extremely cruel of you dr Matthews. Kishka didnt have to die and had your staff followed protocol we would have had blood work done. Again blood work was never offered. And then your going to go further and say you offered to refund the exam fee, so which is the exam fee? The 146.00$ that was spent and that was recommended by your staff and even reassured by them that we had nothing to worry about!!!!! Or is it your 50.00$ that you offered to refund me? Once again dr Matthews as said on the phone no amount of money will bring back our family member! And it's unbelievable to me that you would respond to my first post with lies...

UHHH-MAZING vet clinic!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We switched vets after 13 years due to the lack of care, continual testing that went no where and only ate up money, with results that should have led to things we could do to give our fur baby a comfortable quality life for the little time he has left. We switched to this place due to location and reviews on google and I have been shocked at the quality of this place. The entire staff we have encountered so far in the past two months have been absolutely stellar in caring. They completely exceeded our expectations. Our first visit, they laid a blanket down for our 13 yr old lab to lay on, pet on him, gave him treats, and spent time with us listening to all of the issues. They even sent us a welcome letter after the visit. The office manager, Shannon, is by far the most caring I have ever encountered when it comes to vets and someone who really shows they care for animals. She not only cares about your pet, but you as well. She has been amazing in helping us with the doctors on our dog’s necessary testing, meds, and special pet food. They do not take advantage of your checkbook! I really can’t imagine another vet being any better than this place. Very clean place and doesn’t smell like pets either when you walk in, which was noticed on our first visit. They also do the testing on site and provide a lot of meds on site, so no need to wait on lab results from a 3rd party like other vets. I just wish we had switched vets sooner!

They have taken care of all my dogs over the past 5 years and I have always been given excellent treatment by very knowledgeable veterinarians. My husband took him to South Park the next day and even though it was close to closing time they took him right in and got him meds and a follow up appointment for the next business day. If your pet is your baby, then Dr. Adolf is the doc. for you. He treats your pet with respect, kindness, and lots of friendly love. Emergency? no problem he can handle it or get you in touch with someone that can. We have been taking our 4 dogs and 3 cats ( cats now deceased of old age) to Dr. Adolf since he was a young man out of vet school. Each visit is great for pets/us. He makes them feel comfortable before exam begins and no surprises with the bill. Always lets you know what kind of treatment your pet needs AND what they can get along without. When we had to have our Rottweiler put down due to bone cancer the whole staff was wonderful. Not only were given a private room but they marked out time that the office was closed so we could be alone with out baby while she was very kindly and swiftly sent to heaven. Yep, even Dr. Adolf cried with us.

I have been taking my dog and cat to South Park for about 6 months (several visits because my dog has skin issues and has to go in frequently. They have been very caring and helpful - even worked her in one afternoon when I was really worried and not sure what to do. I cannot say enough good things about how well Dr. Adolf and his staff treat me and my babies. They are very professional and caring and I love that they send me an email with test results, information about the visit after every visit. I highly recommend South Park Veterinary Hospital.

HORRIBLE and Morally Questionable!! Please do not take your pet here. Adolf cares more about money than the animals. He charged us almost $90 for a parvo test, $60 for an office visit, $40 for an IV, and $25 for a shot of anti-nausea medicine. After $200 our puppy got worse that night. When I called the next morning to take him back in, I was told they couldn't see him. That’s when I found Dr. Long at Good Shepherd Veterinary Hospital. Not only was his staff more courteous and upfront about costs, he was HALF the price of Adolf. He only charges $45 for a parvo test and for a $40 office visit they kept our puppy all day in case he needed emergency care. Without regulations on guys like Adolf reviews like these are the only way people will be warned. Please reconsider taking your pets to Adolf, they may or may not get better if you do, but one thing for sure is you will leave with your wallet empty. Find someone like Dr. Long who actually cares more for the animals than they do the money. You have better, more economical choices than South Park Veterinarian Hospital. You’ve been warned!!

I have been with Dr Adolph since he took over for Dr Richardson and have loved him and the staff for over 20 years now. They have seen me thru some difficult times when my beloved pets have had to be put down, he has also taken very very good care of my current babies, 2 cats and my 2 Schipperke dogs. I do not live in Broken Arrow any more but on the west side of Tulsa and still continue the drive just to see them. Their staff is very friendly and caring and just love the attention paid to detail and the caring of my pets. I would highly recommend him and his staff to take care of their own fur babies and I do when anyone asks!!!!!! Yes, there are cheaper vets out there, BUT, you get what you pay for!! I will continue to use them as our fur babies Drs and nurses!!! God Bless you all Dr Adfolph and your wonderful staff!!!!

I absolutely love all of the staff and vets at South Park Vet. There are very tentative and are great with the animals. We started by taking our cat there but, after seeing how good they were and the experiences we had recently had at our old vet with the dogs, all of our pets go there now. With our newest, a rescue, and the vet was great and took the time to make her feel comfortable and show her all the equipment before even trying to use it. Dr. Adolph has always been willing to listen to my experience with my fur-babies and take into consideration my concerns about any procedures which he recommends. It is then up to me to weigh the pros and cons of treatment. He is not afraid to refer me to a specialist if he feels the necessity, as he wants what is best for my babies. He and the staff are not just my "veterinary hospital", they are my friends and more importantly my babies friends. Good people.
