I met with Dr. Shaffer this week and I was very pleased! She took time to sit down and answer some questions I had about my new dog. I felt like I was heard and given great feedback. She also followed up with me today to check on my dog and see how he was doing. I will definitely schedule with her again.

My mother took her cat in for an emergency 8-22-19. Turns out that her poor baby had a heart issue and needed to have surgery or be euthanized. The doctor told her she needed to make the decision quick because of the pain. My mother said she was opting for euthanasia , because surgery wasn't 100% rated at this point. When the doctor came out after putting my mother cat down, he said that her cat went into cardiac a rest during the administration of the shot! Why would someone say that? My mother was already sad enough!

Our first visit to this clinic was when our dog was very ill and he was overcome with a large mass and needed to be laid to rest to stop his immense pain. The way the staff and doctors treated us and our beloved dog was unlike anything I have ever experienced. The sincerity and empathy that they showed was the most genuine thing ever. They truly cared about our dog the same way we did. They helped restore my belief in humanity. I recommend this facility above all others. Thank you again so much.

Janet Boucher

Love this place! Been taking my little dog there ever since she was a puppy. All the staff and vets are so helpful and kind. They have everything from grooming to vet to even daycare and training classes. If your looking for the ultimate doggie facility, then this is the place for you.

Penny Krieger

I have taken my two dachshunds to NAMC for years to see Dr. Frey . She is knowledgeable and compassionate and helpful. I feel my pets have had excellent care .

stan kapustka

Very caring staff and that always helps to lower the stress level when you have a sick pet!

Kenzye M

I have taken my puppy there multiple times and they treat him with nothing less than absolute love. The staff is so nice and you can tell they love their jobs.

Connie Navratil

We have gone to NAMC for over 20 years when it was just Dr. Forney. They have always been loving and caring with our dogs. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Cassi Wilson

This is definitely where I will be taking my cats from now on. I had been taking my cat elsewhere mostly because they are really reasonably priced and I heard tremendous reviews. I had really high hopes but felt that the other vet was basically trying To rush me out without addressing a concern I had about my cat. I adopted another cat that needed a rabies vaccination but where I usually took my other cat didn't have anything open soon that worked with my work schedule. I called here on a limb because I saw they are open later and they were able to get me in that night. Everyone here was very professional and kind. I was there for at least 45 minutes and every question I had was answered in detail. I didn't feel that I was rushed out of there. The staff is so friendly and genuinely care about your pet. Will not ever hesitate to come here again!!

Andy Schroeder

Far overpriced, terrible service, and poor veterinary advice. Had to visit another clinic for the care that was needed. Take your business elsewhere.

Krista Miller

NAMC and Drs Frey and Miller, especially, have always treated us and our pups with the utmost care. The staff greets us all by name and I wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else.

Their staff is usually very friendly and seems to care, but almost everytime we go in we end up waiting more than 15 minutes before we see anyone. Today we got there 10 minutes early and got into a room just fine, but it was a THIRTY [30] minute wait before we saw anyone. And that was just the tech. Then it was about another 15 minutes before vet came in. Making it an hour of waiting. They are also outrageously expensive. Wish we could find a smaller, closer vet that is just as good.

Mili Samal

Chelsea from grooming is AMAZING especially if your furry friend has sensitive skin / anxiety.

I have been taking my two small dogs here for grooming for over a year with no problem but my regular groomer is no longer there. I dropped off my dogs at 8:30 a.m. yesterday. When the new groomer asked me what time I wanted them picked up, I answered that my husband was off so to just call when they are done. I normally would pick them up by 3:00 p.m. Got home from work and no call. Finally, I called at 5:45 p.m. to see if they were done and was told it would be another 45 minutes. I specifically asked if I should come at that time or if they would call and the gal told me they would call. I was getting worried at 7:00 p.m. I had actually looked up their hours to see when they closed and then got a call. The gal asked me if I was going to come pick up my dogs, they had been done. When I got there, I asked why it took so long and she told me since I didn't specify an exact time, mine were the last to be done. I was not informed of this and my dogs were there in a kennel for 11 hours. What bothered me most is the fact that they really didn't care that I was upset. No apologies and when I walked out, one of the other groomers sarcastically said "have a nice day". Took everything I had not to walk back in there and give her a piece of my mind. I will not be taking my dogs back.

Joe Shaw

Too much like a business, vets seem curt and keep you waiting.

William Lasenieks

Tigger loves his haircut

James Foster

The staff at NAmC truly care about my pets. Jessica Stahr has been so helpful and so kind to my dogs. I would recommend NAMC to anyone that has pets!

Tony Knollenberg

I have owned my best friend named Rocky Knollenberg for around five years now. Rocky came into my life as a allergic, snotty smelly English Bulldog. I took Rocky into see Jessica Stahr and Dr. Forney for a bad skin problem due to bad food I had been feeding him. Jessica and Dr. Forney got me right in and helped Rocky out with his skin problem and a little bit of icky ear problem. I now feed Rocky a special allergic dog food and all his hair is back and his joints are so much better. I owe everything to Jessica and Dr. Forney. They were very professional and did everything exactly on spot to help my best friend out. I wont go to any other animal clinic again. Thank you Jesscia Stahr and Dr. Forney, you are the best !!!

Wanda Johnson

Great staff and great vets. They take good care of our cats and dog.

Christine Nieman

We have had several of our cats at NAMC for both emergancy care and ongoing treatment. The front staff is caring and efficient and every vet we've dealt with has made us feel.like we are the most important person they have to see in that moment.

Jameson Collier

Brittany and the whole staff here are awesome. They’ve always been so nice and understanding with us.

Kristen Anderson

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!! Rushed my otherwise healthy 2 year old dog in on a Saturday night. It was obvious from the vet and the vet tech that they didn't want to be there. I described my dog's symptoms and the vet didn't do an exam or anything. She took one x-ray, declared my dog was ok and to follow up with my vet on Monday (day and a half later). I pleaded with the vet to examine my dog further because I knew he was critical and needed help now. When I asked about blood tests the vet sighed and said "ya, we don't really do that here. We are so expensive no one ever gets blood tests here. Wait until Monday at your vet." I was floored. The next day we ended up rushing my little dog to the other emergency vet in town where the staff quickly realized the severity of the situation and reacted immediately to try and help. My dog underwent an emergency blood transfusion to try and save his life. Tragically, his body was too weak, he never recovered and ended up dying. I have no idea if the horrible care at NAMC contributed to his death. I am sure the vet was negligent in her duty and attention to the situation. If my dog was diagnosed and treated 24 hours earlier, that could have made a difference. But we'll never know. We paid $400 and the only thing received was attitude from the vet and a dead dog.

Tony Ways

I've only used this provider one time, and that initial visit was fine. I recently made a second appointment for regular vaccinations. The appointment was made for 6pm. At around 4:30, someone from the office called and asked if I could come in early, as they made a mistake and the dog would also need an exam prior to her shots. I was irritated, but agreed. I asked how early I should I arrive, and was told to get there as soon as I can. I arrived at about 5 and was placed in an exam room with my pup. After 20 minutes of waiting, I peeked my head out into the hallway in the hopes of being noticed. Two young girls were there and said, "Can I help you?" I replied, "I just wanted to make sure you guys didn't forget I was in here." One of them replied, "We know." That was it -- not, "We're sorry for the wait, we'll be with you shortly." I waited another 10 minutes and finally decided a half hour was plenty, particularly when I was called and asked to come in early. I left, but stopped at the counter to tell them I was leaving, and that waiting that long with no acknowledgment is ridiculous. I assumed (wrongly) that I would get a phone call shortly thereafter apologizing for the debacle, but never heard from them. That level of customer service is incredibly poor.

David Tyler

Very adept at scheduling and completing the care we needed. Knowledgeable and professional as well as very experienced vets. Their team is efficient yet kind and caring. Dr. Kent Forney takes the time to give full answers to every question. Top veterinarian practice in Lincoln.

Olivia Drennon

It is evident that NAMC's staff are all devoted to giving the best possible pet care and always put the clients first. Dr. Cover is passionate about his work, clients, and the staff. Highly recommend him and NAMC.

Holly Burns

Love, love, love NAMC!! The genuine care, love , & concern they show for my pet makes me feel secure that she is in the best hands!!

Anke Horacek

We have taken our pets here for years and are so happy with their care. They board there as well and always seem to have a great time. The entire staff is very friendly and caring, and when we had to say goodbye to two of our dogs over the last year, everyone was so supportive. The veterinary care has been topnotch.

Timothy Adams

Our German Shepherd loves the daycare and boarding at NAMC. The staff is great, especially Jessica, who is always very helpful. Wouldn't send our dog anywhere else!

Dustin Pearson

Not our normal vet. In the middle of the night my wife insisted that we take our Doberman in because ear swollen and puking up blood. They recommended surgery but would not be able to do til next day. We made the appointment. By the time the next day time came around the swelling had went down to almost normal. We showed up anyhow and they said it was ok as it was. Spent $500ish on tests, just to make sure. They are open 24 hours a day....but might have been just us freaking out. Pretty sure we will wait it out til morning the next time cause kind of felt ripped off...but at same time, they were there at 2am when no one else was, so, will give it to them, I am cheap. Only real issue is that we literally waited for over an hour in the room each time we went in there. They are there around the clock.

Aaron fenton

We boarded our dog for 4 days. When we picked him up he was not acting like he felt well. The next day we called and said our dog was not feeling well and had been in your care the last 4 days. They said we will have our manager call you back at 2pm. At 4:20pm they called back and had us bring him back in. We asked them to take care of this because he had gotten sick in there "care". They told us NO we would be paying for all of the medications and visit. This is not the first time our dog has had gotten sick in there "care" but it was the last time we were going to pay for there neglect. This is the worst Vet in Lincoln! Keep your pets away! You will find a better, more caring Vet up the street about 18 blocks. These people are only out for a buck not the care of family animals!

Christopher Merced

The only positive side I have is it’s open on Sunday’s in case you have an emergency for your pet. Negative side price gouging, staff that will tell you one total and actually being a lot more, and poor knowledge on the questions I had. I am glad I transferred my pet out of this place to a more knowledgeable vet and one that pets are the Center opposed to profits!!!! I asked for the manager to call me and I haven’t ever received a call. I will not ever do business with this vet again. I do not care for a candid reply response I placed this review for others to see.

Brad Burke

This hospital is absolutely amazing!! My dachshund became incredibly sick very quickly. I didn’t know if he was going to make it for awhile. That entire staff there took care of him day and night for 11 days straight in their ICU. It was incredible when he finally was able to come home! Now he plays like a pup again. I’m eternally grateful to all the doctors and nursing staff at NAMC...your round-the-clock care gave me my buddy back. Thank you!!

Susan Reyes

Nice place

Joni Rouse

We take our 2 dogs to NAMC. They have excellent hours so it's never hard to get an appointment. The staff, front desk and doctors have all been very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Cover does a thorough job when examining our dogs. He is very passionate about his job. I would highly recommend Dr. Cover and NAMC.

Valerie Vanmeveren

NAMC is excellent in caring for emergency events. I have had to take my pekigneze in several times due to a blood problem. They have always been very compassionate to us and immediately able to get to the bottom of his flare ups. I would have lost him almost 2 years ago otherwise. They also provide many other services such as grooming, doggie daycare and even have a van that they can come to you if you can't get to them.

Joel Jacox

NAMC provides quality care and has very convenient hours of operation. We have made emergency after hours visits and they were very accommodating. Also, the staff is all very nice and you can tell how passionate they are about caring for animals. I do not like how price/sales focused they are. It seems like every time I go in they are suggesting treatments and products that are either not 100% necessary, or provide only a marginal benefit to my animal for a steep cost. They are not very flexible with billing and have even required us to make prepayments for certain treatments. (Never heard of a vet doing this) I am confident my pet is receiving the best care here, but am sometimes frustrated with prices/billing practices.

tonya horst

NAMC staff is always very caring to our fur babies!

mike tullis

Charged an insane amount to treat my little rat dog then snitched me out to animal control

Kat Hubbell

Dr. Forney, the other vets and the staff at NAMC are wonderful, obviously very caring and passionate about animals. They communicate expertly with the pet parents and we really appreciate that they are open and available virtually any time we call, whether we have a pet with an urgent issue or we just need to schedule a routine appointment. Thanks for taking such good care of us and our pets!!

Anna Foster

NAMC has the best veterinarians and staff in my book. My dogs love coming here because of staff members like Jessica Stahr. She is knowledgeable and so kind to my furkids. Always so helpful and attentive to all the patients. I highly recommend Nebraska Animal Medical Center!

Madison Spence

I’ve just recently started seeing NAMC with my cat, but both of my experiences have been great. The vet assistants are always amazing, and the staff as a whole has been extremely friendly and on time.

Stewart Jobes

Dr Cosgrove is the best! He knows dogs and the latest treatments for those suffering from unusual diseases like autoimmune syndrome. We have an older dog with that issue, so it is very difficult to address other ailments when they develop.

Deb O'Connor

Appointment on time and no waiting for vet. Employees familiar with animals and have good rapport with them. Good suggestions for health maintenance.

Sue Downing

We had a great experience! Our dog got over heated playing with the kids outside. I called the vet immediately. She walked us through what to do and recommended that we bring her in immediately which we did. The tech was ready and waiting for us. She checked the dog, she was still hot but had improved dramatically. The tech recommended that we may want to call our normal vet in the morning to get her checked out and to do blood work, if our budget allowed. When we asked what we owed and she said we owed nothing.

Amy Krance-Wendt

I am so glad a friend recommended having our dog groomed here! We had taken our Maltese, Zeke, to another groomer in town earlier in the summer, but after taking Zeke to Nebraska Animal Medical Center for grooming, we won't be going anywhere else. The Center is wonderfully clean, the staff is so helpful and kind (and prompt!!), and most importantly, Zeke looks and feels great after his time there! Highly recommend their services!

Paula Smith

Great service and friendly.

I will never bring my cat here again! I scheduled an appointment for my cat to be groomed over a month ago. I dropped him off for his scheduled appointment at 9:45am. I call at 1:45pm to see if he is ready to be picked up. They said he just went back to be sedated. He is a very anxious cat and needs to be sedated to be groomed. So I ask what he has been doing for the last four hours? They said they got busy. Really, I don't appreciate my cat sitting in a cage for 4 hours around barking dogs at a place he hates. Makes my heart hurt! I have reserved the appointment over a month ago so they should have reserved that time for him. The last time he was groomed he had a lion cut and still had lots of knots in his hair that I had to cut out at home. Also, the last time he was sedated for his last grooming I asked for them to give him his shots while he was sedated and they said they forgot. It's just always been one thing after another. I feel as if I have given this place plenty of opportunities and after today I'm done. I will be finding a new vet!

Marietta Whitney

I have been going to NAMC for many, many years. I love all the Doctors and the staff. Everyone is very caring, not only for your animal but for your feelings as well. They will take the time to thoroughly explain any type of situation and treatment. I walk in the front door and am greeted by my first name. Especially if Jessica sees me and my fur babies. If able to, she will stop what she is doing and come love up on my babies, and usually gives me a hug and asks me how we’re doing. It’s that personal and comforting touch that keeps bringing me back. I cant say enough about NAMC and Jessica. I highly recommend NAMC to anyone looking for the best personal care for their fur babies!!!

jadyn stahr

Perfect service! Jessica Stahr was great at keeping me updated and making sure I knew my cat was in a safe place

Melanie Fostvedt

Took my dog Toby in for his first check up and had a great experience! Tracy Barnes was super friendly and knowledgeable, will definitely recommend!

Meg K

NAMC came to my home to treat my cat. That's service! The staff was incredibly helpful and I felt comfortable having them in my home. My cat has been a patient there for six years, and I have no intention of taking him elsewhere!

Rio Penguin

NAMC cares about your pets! I have 2 cats and a dog, they have answered all my questions about their care. The staff is knowledgable and very friendly. The hours are great and flexible. They have emergency weekend hours, which is great because pets , much like kids, never get hurt during the 9-5 work day.

Harley Cabieles

Guys, you are absolutely stupendous. My husband called you with a special request regarding our 5 year old daughter's beloved toy cat. She has been absolutely depressed since it stopped working a few days ago. We ordered her a new one because we couldn't fix it ourselves, but didnt know how to give it to her without telling her that her cat was completely broken. We just dropped the new cat off a few minutes ago in her toy cat carrier, but we are so grateful you all are being so accommodating with our daughter and her toy kitty. Thank you sooo much. You've made a little girl very happy.

Purple

We have exotic pets (snakes) and they're the only place in town that is equipped to take care of them 24 hours a day. It's great that they're also just as capable of being a one stop shop for our cats as well. Always friendly. Great record keeping. Competent staff. Would recommend.

Carmen Anderson

We have had the opportunity to take several of our pets here. Pros They are always available and can get you in quickly. Everyone has been so kind- we had a cat that was struggling at 3 am - very old. We called, were able to be seen right away and were able euthanize him quickly and with compassion-they even made a plaster cast of his paw prints. They have a puppy/dog program that you can buy that covers vaccinations, urinalysis, heatworm checks etc so you don’t have unexpected expenses. They have also been very caring every time au have been there. Cons Fairly pricey- I think in order to keep good people you have to pay them.

Debra Lee

NAMC, an amazing place with amazing people.

Susan Patt

Our black lab, Karly had surgery today and we couldn’t be more happy with Dr. Forney and ALL of the great staff that gave our Karly the best care! We have been clients of NAMC for many years and will continue being very happy clients! Shout out to Leesha for all her love and compassion during the post anesthesia time. She was so knowledgeable and caring. ❤️

Troy Leonard

Amazing people to work with, 5 stars all around!

We've used NAMC for daycare and some vet services since our dog was a pup. She's now 8 months old, and we will not be taking our dog here again. First, the good: The puppy daycare is very reasonable at about $8 per day. They have their own puppy ward away from the other big dogs. Most of the staff were friendly and fond of our pup. The not so good and downright bad: As others have mentioned, this place is EXPENSIVE. Here are a couple of examples. First, when we got a quote for spaying, NAMC quoted us at over $350 for a 40 pound dog. We had the same procedure, meds, and quality care at a different vet for $260. Second, fecal tests at NAMC run over $70...again at a different vet the same test was $26. We stopped getting vaccines/boosters there because the prices were always jacked up at least 20-50% over the other vet. We eventually just moved all our vet services to the other place and only used NAMC for daycare. Now, here's where it gets real upsetting. A couple weeks ago my fiancee and I were on vacation in Florida. My parents were watching our pup and took her in to daycare on a number of days when they had to work. The day we were at Magic Kingdom, I get a voicemail from NAMC saying that our dog had gotten injured at daycare and it was her RIGHT leg, and they weren't quite sure how it happened. (Possible collision with a pole in the play area?) They say she's going to be examined. Keep in mind, I didn't check my voicemail for awhile. They didn't even bother trying to call my fiancee or my Dad BOTH of which they had phone numbers for. They later claimed that they didn't have any numbers besides mine, even though I specifically wrote my dad's phone # down on a sheet of paper for them BEFORE WE LEFT ON OUR TRIP. TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATER, we still hadn't heard any news or updates from NAMC. My mom has to take time out of her day to call and see what is going on. We find out that she still hasn't been examined. Finally over THREE hours after the incident, a vet x-rayed our pups leg and gave her an exam. It was also her LEFT leg that got injured, not her right leg that the staff person had told me previously. "The vets were very busy this morning", they told my mom. I'm sorry, if a dog is putting zero weight on a leg and has to be put in isolation, you need to put that dog on your priority list. My mom then had to call back and make sure that any charges from the incident were not falling on us, since this happened under their care. Thankfully they covered the x-ray and exam. But, I go in today to pay for daycare from when we were gone, and they try to charge me for the meds that she needed because of the pain from her incident. I refused to pay that, on grounds that the vet had promised that charges from the incident were covered, and was told that a manager would call me, but was "in a meeting." Here we are, 10 hours later, and I never received a call. NAMC is one of the most disorganized pet offices I've ever entered. There are seemingly 20 different front desk employees who don't seem to ever communicate anything. There were many times early on when I asked for things to be done while our pup was at daycare, such as booster shots, nail trimming, etc. that never got done. They lost her leash at least twice and we had to make a return trip to get it hours later. I mean, the list goes on. I can't in good conscious recommend this place to anyone due to their lack of organization and the simply outrageous prices.

Brandi Quigley

$240 gave us pills and sent us on our way and my dog died

Becky Buckmaster

I recommend this place for anyone with a pet. They truly care about your pet and you. We have also just finished our basic1 obedience course for our puppy and we see a HUGE difference in our puppy's behavior. As owners of a Labrabull we have learned lots! Our trainer has been the best. They even continue working with her while she is in daycare. Ashlee is the best trainer! Looking forward to basic 2 training.

Georgi Bingham

I have been happily using NAMC for two years. My 11yr old retriever cross has boarded with them and been groomed multiple times and he is well known by the staff as being a sweetheart. I have had no issues until the last grooming he was taken too. He is white and has sensitive skin- which they know. When I picked him up he was stressed and vomiting and diarrhea was everywhere due to extreme stress ! This never happened before anytime. I got him home and had to wash his tail and try to calm him down. After two days scabs appeared covering his entire body- we became legargic off his foot and then the next day could hardly walk and was shaking unable to keep anything down. I immediately took him to NAMC and the vet niticed the scab but on hearing he was groomed there didn’t pursue that a moment longer. We did 400 usd worth of tests - that came up clean except for high white blood cell. I complained to the vet - and asked for the groomer to call me if she could shed insights - there was nothing back from them- my dog is old and sweet - there was no need to brush him so roughly and I assume use a different shampoo not for sensitive skin. The groomer almost killed my poor old dog - from lack of proper care and attention to the job she was doing - the vet didn’t note this - and no follow call was made after my clear complaint to the vet. I Paid for almost 500 USD for the actions made by NAMC staff and my dog suffered immensely at their hands. Needless to say whoever did it should be reprimanded as other staff have always done a good job. We won’t be back to an establishment who cannot take serious complaints seriously - and have owners pay hundreds of dollars for their pet to be traumatized and abused to the point of collapse.

jan Lepard

I so appreciate all the staff here. I am very appreciative of the kindness they show to me and pets. I'll keep coming back!

Robert Schwab

Excellent, caring staff provides all of our families animal needs . Roxy and Rudy.

Tonia OHare

I would like to recognize Jessica for always being there to help us. Our rescue dog has a lot of allergy issues and she has been so great at getting answers from Dr. Forney and the allergy doctor we have been consulting with as well. She always gets back to me promptly. Jessica genuinely cares for our dog and always gives him lovin when we come in and asks how all of us are doing. Jessica takes great care of us. She has become a great asset to NAMC in my opinion. Thanks Jessica for all you do

Morgan Riecken

NAMC has been great to us! They are always so friendly and helpful with questions and anything I need. They offer a ton of great services, as well as being available 24/7 in case of emergency. I’ve had nothing but good experiences here!

Lauren Delley

We love bringing our dog here. They treat her like she's one of their own. She's typically extremely anxious yet somehow whenever we go to pick her up, she's calm and comfortable. They've always been open and straightforward with us when it comes to her medical treatment and they always do an awesome job of grooming her! We never take her anywhere else.

Eric Carnes

Great with our two cats. Will update after they see our two dogs.

Wendy McCoy

They are the best clinic I have ever been to. My last tiny poodle passed in March and they treated me with the utmost respect and compassion!

Anne Marie Lardenoit

They were very helpful with our new puppy and guided us through everything we needed to know to get started! Everyone was very knowledgeable and understanding of all our questions!!

Vicki Fisher

I love the staff at NAMC! They provide kind, excellent service and always take great care of our dogs!

Bernie Trevett

I cannot be more pleased with the level of care my two dogs received during their stay at NAMC this week. They came home cared for happy, healthy and clean. What’s even more amazing is NAMC’s customer service. The staff is cheerful, amazingly helpful and happy to assist. Melissa and her staff even helped me with a billing issue, which was resolved to my satisfaction and completely taken care of when when I picked up my pups

Christina Guevara

Everybody is so friendly & helpful!

jill gorton

Listened to my concerns and treated my elderly dog to help her be more comfortable with her hip pain. Staff helped to make her more comfortable by providing a blanket for her to lay on while we waited to see the vet.

Toni Simons

Been taking my dog there for about 2 years now for Doggie Daycare. HE LOVES IT!!! He know where we are going when we head that way and he whimpers and whines all the way there. And he gets louder the closer we get. It's funny!!!

Mina Holmes

Such a great experience! Malynn Brandenburg was so helpful in getting our supernervous pup groomed!

Dolly's Legacy Animal Rescue

I it hard to imagine there being any vet clinic anywhere with worse customer service. Do not subject your precious pets to this place. Run the other way, as fast as you can.

Stephanie Voges

Treated my sweet dog and so well! Everyone was so nice and caring. Hope to come back on better terms!

Susie Truog

This is Sue Connolly and we have been going to Nebraska Medical Center for over 30 years now. They are a little expensive, but they give great medical care and are always happy to see my pet and my pet doesn't seem to mind going there. They have also been very compassionate and empathetic when we have had to have our pets put down.

Mark Helle

Unfortunately, this is one of the few Vets in Lincoln available during off hours. I took my injured dog to this place and got estimates of $450 to $950 so I walked out. On Monday when I was able to visit a honest Vet, the bill was $160. Go here and be prepared to be robbed.

Deb Pearson

I use the Mobile Vet service for my three cats and we all love it! So much less stress on the cats and me. Highly recommend NAMC and this service.

jamadagni pariti

The personnel and the doctors are so friendly and take the best care of the most important members of our family.

Michele Singleton

BEWARE!! ***PLEASE read the reviews first. NAMC is an animal hospital which you’d think would mean they take care of ALL emergencies. True if they aren’t busy, understaffed, have appointments scheduled or an emergency come in that is a current patient with them. Then they will leave your pet while under anesthesia to DIE while they take care of the other ‘emergency’. They are NOT accredited by the BBB.

Debra Watson

Dr. Ehlers has been our family Vet for over 10 years. She has a wonderful and caring staff. I recommend her clinic highly.

Very clean and answered all my questions right away for being a first time dog owner. Have no complaints about anything.

Jessica Mioton

Our family has been bringing our dogs here for years, and we've always had great experiences! Whenever we need to board them or have them groomed, Tyffini is incredibly helpful with scheduling and ensuring the process goes smoothly (always a challenge given we don't live very close to them and have a toddler!). We'll continue coming here and recommending them since they're so wonderful!

Mari Sanders

We have taken our dogs to NAMC since it was Forneys. The vets and vet techs are awesome. They care and treat our dogs like our family members.

Tiffany Dalton

My friend recently had an emergency situation with her cat, and NAMC was recommended to us. They were able to get us in quickly, were extremely kind and reassuring, and he is receiving excellent care. Highly recommended.

suesthomas

I feel the staff really cares about our “kids”. Dr Cosgrove provides well thought out treatment and advice and takes the time to explain things well!

Mandie Miller

We have been taking all of our pets to Namc for 2 or 3 years now and they are always so caring and have done a great job giving us honest answers and not just what we want to hear. We have always loved working with Jessica Stahr she is always on top of getting us anything that we need and does a great job providing us with excellent customer service and makes our anixious pup feel calm when first entering the office and getting us set up in a room. We will contiue to recommend any future pet owners to Namc and appreciate the service that they provide.

Gerri Green

This place has been really great for all of my animals. They helped us when my guinea pig passed away and they have been great to both of my cats. My youngest cat was very sick when we adopted her and the doctors there were able to work with us as we tried different medications for her. She is happy and healthy now and we won't take our pets anywhere else.

Dustin Painter

This place is a joke as far as boarding is concerned. They charge by the "day" for boarding. SO example, we brought our dog in @ 5:30pm Dec. 22. Picked him up by 3:30pm Dec. 23. So we were charged 2 DAYS even though he was not there for more than 24 hours! Cost was $23.00 per day. SO $46.00 plus tax for him to stay 22 hours !!?? What a joke. There boarding was gross. The kennel was no more than 4ft wide. Urine was everywhere. We will never bring our animals here for boarding again unless there are some changes made!

Sherri Roberts

NAMC is awesome. Professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I trust them with our precious dog. What else can I say? Isn't that what you look for when you need animal care!

Eve Hoffman

Why do they always get sick when your regular vet's office is closed? Brought my dog to NAMC on Sunday morning because she had a painful swelling that I thought might be an abscessed tooth. My dog and I were both treated well, with no attempt to get us to change vets, and she was well cared for. I certainly appreciate the care they gave her and their extended hours.

Jan Lindstrom

I feel they are very caring and respectful towards our pets. Very friendly and helpful. Ben our cavalier is usually afraid of everything and when I brought him in to be groomed he was nice and calm. Thank you for doing such a great job.

Hector Sanchez

Really appreciated the fact that I was able to schedule an appointment to have Bogey looked at within an hour of when I called. The folks at NAMC are very nice, and very professional because they went through many things but yet it was prompt.

Caitlin Brewster

When we went there with our German Shepherd, Brittany S. was super helpful and kind!

I want friendly, caring, correct and timely treatment for my pets. NAMC did not provide that. Pros: They are open 24 hours. Some of the staff cares and gets to know the pets. Cons: Dr. Forny doesn't care. They seem to have a lot of staff but a long wait time for every step. Staff seems unknowledgeable about basic business information; like times they are open. Story: Our puppy had been trying to vomit for an hour after dinner. I called NAMC around 8:30pm and they couldn't give me a straight answer as to when to come in. She said we could come in now and a vet would be there around 9:30pm. Well I don't want to wait around for an hour??? Then she says a vet is there now and we could come in. When we get there we are told Dr. Forney is still there and might be able to see us??? Again confusion but whatever. He comes in and has clearly checked out for the day. He asked what was going on and without examining my puppy tried to convince me it was kennel cough. I know it's a puppy and vaccinations aren't full proof but he's had 2 Bordetella vaccinations and HE'S TRYING TO VOMIT NOT COUGH. He was given a Cerenia shot for nausea and sent home. He was still trying to vomit 1.5 hours later. He was pacing, licking everything, uncomfortable and clearly trying to vomit. I took a video and we went back. Another vet was working. She didn't want to traumatize our puppy with X-rays. While I appreciate the concern there's something wrong with my dog. It's been 3 hours. The waiting game is over it's time to do something and diagnose. The X-rays showed something made its way to his stomach. Then she seemed completely unsure or not confident about what to do next. I assume she was deciding how she should treat based on cost. Just tell me all of the options, what they cost and I'll decide what I want to do. We eventually asked her what she'd do if it was her dog. She said she'd have X-rays done in the morning to see if things were moving thru his system. We scheduled X-rays for 8am. We get there and no one seems to know why we are there because, "It doesn't look like notes were taken well last night." They said we must've had a tech appointment and not with a vet. We thought it was a vet but I don't remember her name. Also, the X-ray machine is broken. They say to monitor our puppy. Bring him back if he isn't eating, drinking, pooping or peeing. They will call us when the machine is fixed so we can come back in. They call in the afternoon but I have already spoken to 2 other vets. I repeat, I want friendly, caring, correct and timely treatment for my pets. NAMC did not provide that.

Brittney Adkisson

I've been taking my first dog to NAMC since 2013, my second since 2014, and my newest pup for the first time this year. I've had more dissatisfaction with this clinic than anything else. In my opinion, NAMC is more concerned with how much money they can get out of people than the actual service they provide. I took my corgi in for an ear infection (he gets chronic ear infections per the vet at CHS where we adopted him years ago) He had been treated for an ear infection at NAMC before so I'm sure that would have been in his file. When I took him in the vet told me that his ears were red but he didn't have an infection (which I was shocked to hear given his history and symptoms) She sent us home with steroids and that was that. Not even A WEEK later the vet at Vintage Heights confirmed he in fact did have an ear infection and got him on antibiotics. That same day I took my corgi in to NAMC I asked for an estimate for a dental on my other dog. The woman at the front desk printed me an estimate that was $800+ A couple of weeks later we got a bill in the mail for $800+ for the dental that I was quoted! I called NAMC to let them know they made a mistake in billing and they said they would get in taken care of. A couple weeks later we got ANOTHER bill for the same dental quote. I called again, and was assured AGAIN, that it would be fixed in their system. I asked why we received bills for a procedure that wasn't done and I was told they entered something into their system improperly. I asked why I got a second bill after notifying them of the first, again, I was told something entered into the system improperly. I called on a Sunday evening about my puppy that had been vomiting. The woman that I spoke to said I could bring him in that evening and pay for the emergency appointment or I could bring him in the following Monday and pay a regular exam fee. She recommended that I don't wait too long to schedule the appointment since he had been vomiting for three days already. I scheduled an appointment for the following Monday so I wouldn't have to pay the emergency fee. I called in Monday morning to inquire about picking up heartworm prevention during the time of the appointment and they didn't have me on the schedule. She put me on the schedule for Tuesday, after we specifically discussed bringing him in the very next day. When I told the receptionist this, I was offered no solution to the employee entering the wrong day into the system. I thankfully got an appointment with Jacobson Veterinary Clinic right away! In addition to everything previously stated I don't appreciate comments that have been made to me by employees over the years. I feel like they can be a bit demeaning and honestly don't really plan on going back there. Jacobson has done a great job and I actually feel comfortable taking my pets there because they care about my pet and my experience there. I won't recommend NAMC for anything other than heartworm prevention and flea and tick treatment. Due to the fact they make their own, the pricing is really good, but it's not worth it for my family to put up with everything else. I'll pay the extra money for heartguard and take my dogs to a vet clinic I can trust.

Anne Marie Holloway

My Wilson developed Diabetes and had a urinary infection. He spent the night getting IV fluids and insulin. Excellent care from Dr Cover- really calmed my fears- and Jessica S! Thank you so much!!!!

Sara Voinovich

Staff is very disorganized. I have had to ask multiple times for my dog to receive services while at daycare (nail trimming, booster shots, etc.) and often was met with a confused staff member when following up at pick up time. Nothing ever got done without multiple reminders. Pricing for services is also very inflated. I have started getting quotes at other vet offices and was shocked at the difference. After a recent experience, I have also started to question the quality of care given here. I will no longer be supporting NAMC after recent experiences.

Alex Sorensen

I have had more terrible experiences here than positive. It seems like no one really knows what is going on and there is always mass confusion. They always suggest the most expensive solution to a problem and it seems as though they are more interested in getting your money than the health of your pet. Update: We took my golden retriever in about a year ago because we suspected she had an ear infection (tender ears, shaking, itching, etc.) The vet takes her out of the room and comes back in about 5 minutes and says "her ears look good. If you want we can sedate her and look farther in." Sedate her? Really? I thought that was way too extreme so I declined. The itching and shaking continued for the entire year and I just settled with cleaning her ears about once a week to stop them from bothering her. I recently switched vets to "Pet Care Center" on 14th near Adams and the vet took one look and said "Yep it looks like she has an ear infection." They then did a swab and culture of her ears (which was not even offered as an option at NAMC) and it turns out she had a fairly severe ear infection by this point. She had been into NAMC numerous times throughout the year and every single time they missed this even when it was brought to their attention. To think my dog could have had permanent damage done because of this mistake is just very frustrating.

Tammie Fitzgerald

For the first time, our family had to go through the process of losing our sweet pup to cancer. Dr Mike Cover and his assistants were so kind, caring, compassionate, and professional with our family. We left NAMC with a couple of beautiful paw prints in clay for our family to keep. We are so thankful for this amazing NAMC team and their hearts for pets!

jess q

The doc was excellent at explaining her health (vet doc we saw was the only decent person in the place). Our dog, passed away and it took them 30 minutes to put our dog down. They kept missing her veins. Ended up trying her stomach, and the iv that was supposed to be in her arm during the stay wasnt even in the vein. I believe this place is not in it for the right reasons. Super ethical issues between when they administered first euthanasia drug and their THIRD attempt!!!! They were asking about paying our bill while we were holding her waiting for her to pass. Awful experience. Will never be back. Expensive AF too.

Jen Maggart

Called Friday for a refill, waited and waited to hear back. Finally gave up and called so she said they close in 45 mins and acted like she was doing me a huge favor. Then explained my financial hardship due to death of family member and asked to just get 1/4 of medication. She came back and charged me such a large dispensing fee it only made it worse for me financially. Then I’m trying to figure out how they managed to still rip me off or if I’m really that stupid I can’t do the math while sitting in parking lot. so I called back to ask about their mathematical skills and she refused to return the medication. I was still in their lot. Same thing happened w prescription diet. He prescribes a food that is $4 a can so I tried to get through another more affordable retailer and they wouldn’t cooperate and give them her prescription so I could order online. I wouldn’t go to them unless u r wealthy and prepared to have the concerns you voice completely ignored or intensified as in my case. She actually made it worse after I was sobbing to her. Heartless!

Courtney VanSkiver

They take great care of your pets & if there is an emergency they are available 24 hours a day!

1982 W900A Restoration

Don't ever take your pet here shop around or else you're going to get screwed and lied to just to make more money I will NEVER reccomend or take a pet here ever again.... huge rip off and they don't care!

Mark Hutchins

Always good care.

Madison Prendes

Everyone here us very nice and super helpful with all of our pets. One of the only places in town who actually looks at snakes and exotic animals.

LORRAINE LEISER

We had a great experience when we had our cat Lewie was recently neutered. He had been a stray before we rescued him, and the staff thoughtfully clipped his nails ( very, very sharp) while he was sedated. Thanks!!!!! This is a great place to take a pet. We've been using their services for 28 years and wouldn't think of switching.

Emily Osborn

Although the puppy plan itself was reasonably priced for the monthly prescriptions and spay, it didn't include much else. We were caught off guard 3 times about unexpected costs, even after calling to check the day ahead. We were also constantly waiting, despite the number of doctors they had. And the organization of records and record communication were disappointing (ie using my spouse's number to return a call I made, while he was at work; forgetting that our dog had been weighed and making us come in twice in one month just to refill a prescription). Good with animals, Bad and Expensive for Humans.

Mala Samal

NAMC has very genuine staff who all truly care about the wellbeing of all animals, clients or not! Chelsea from grooming is does exceptional work, especially if your little guy is anxious or has skin issues :)

Savannah Elmore

Love this place! Everyone is super friendly! One of my dogs is a jerk and one of the gals was nice enough to take the time and ask a bunch of questions about what he likes and doesn’t like to make sure everyone is safe and having fun! 10/10 recommend.

Katelyn Rowan

I have brought multiple pets into NAMC and have had nothing but great experiences. The front staff is always friendly, polite, and on task. During one interaction I dealt with the front staff manager by the name of Tifaine Thompson. She was able to answer my questions correctly and promptly. I will be recommending NAMC to everyone I know in the area.

Andrea Tyree

Used them about 6 years ago, and was happy. Lately, not so much. This is the 2nd time I've called in the last year, and can't seem to get a return call. One of the few places in town that have the treadmill hydro therapy. Would have really loved to have used them, but Steven evidently is too busy. I won't be calling to use any of their services in the future.

hazel omeara

I took my dog here for his puppy shots and they were verry good with him. They took there time to get to know him so that he would not be scared and everything.

Chris Bruner

The staff and Dr. Cossgrove are the best in Lincoln! I always feel that they listen to my concerns and Dr Cossgrove always gives me and my furbabies his full attention and best recommendations for their health.

Susan Johnson

We have been going to NAMC for 11 years now with our cat and as she's aged she has gotten more and more agitated when it comes to visiting NAMC each year. This year with the help of Tyffini at NAMC who helped schedule the appointment, we decided to try the mobile vet again and are so thankful for Dr. Sund so that our cat didn't have to leave home. She still didn't cooperate very well but, Dr. Sund was very respectful of her, did what she needed to and didn't push her past that which is something I REALLY appreciated! Thanks NAMC for your great care!

norma balogh

I have a timid dog. Although she is very nervous when we go to the vet, the staff and doctors are patient and kind.

Michael Murray

NAMC has helped us as our dog experienced seizures. They were great in helping us deal with the problem

Joe Bolubasz

DR. Mike Cover, is incredibly passionate, intelligent and very easy to understand when he consults about the health of your pet! I was thrilled for DR Cover when I found out he was moving back to Lincoln and joined NAMC. I can also say that no one is more thorough than DR Cover when it comes to taking care of your critters!

Curtis Fuller

I have only one experience with NAMC. My Kitty was suffering his second urinary obstruction and I was faced with a terrible choice. The vet and vet tech were both patient, gentle, and compassionate. The vet at one point after the euthanasia even hugged me and cried with me. That meant a lot since I’m a student here and had no friends or loved ones to be with me. I would much rather have experienced their regular vet care; but you can tell a lot by how you’re treated in your darkest moment — and they did a great job. I have one surviving kitty and this will be our go-to clinic.

Debra Rich

Not happy with the way I was treated....very money driven clinic. Seems to be the case after reading alot of the reveiws. How sad :-(........Vet called me to see how my little girl was doing...after I refused to do thousands of dollars worth of testing. She is doing great by the way. Our pets become a part of our family and sometimes all we have for companionship. Get off your protocol people...where is the compassion? Like I said, How sad.

Olivia Wallace

We love NAMC especially because they are always open for emergencies. They have the best doctors and techs around. When one of ours was hurting Steve was there to help with laser therapy and a very welcoming presence. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Olivia Wallace

Derrick Tinnerstet

I call in advance to make an appointment to get a shot for my dog. They recommend getting two shots while I am there because I was going to need it soon anyways. Fair enough so I went ahead and got two shots. While I am in the office I check out and pay. The lady asks me if I would like an itemized receipt so I said yes please. On the receipt I got charged for a "wellness checkup" for $40. This was the first time it was disclosed to me I would be paying that. Keep in mind that I already paid. When I asked why they said because if they have not seen the dog in 90 days they always charge that. call in advance to make sure you know how much everything will cost you. Make sure your the one requesting to know how much it will cost finalized because they might not disclose it.

Jenni Caldwell

Amazing staff!! They truly care and go above and beyond for your fur baby (ies)!!! Love NAMC!!!

Brian Zimmer

When I moved to Lincoln and got a puppy, I needed to find a vet. I called my parents and our family's trusted vet said that NAMC was the best place to go in Lincoln. I've never been disappointed and appreciate the care that their team provides. I've been with them for about 3 years now and wouldn't think about switching.

susan riggs

We had the best experience in the past 4 difficult days with NAMC. We took our dog, Bo in on Wed. Night with unexplained pain. Everyone was great and laid out our options. We went home with some meds. Thurs evening, Dr James called to see how Bo was doing. At that point Bo was doing better. But Friday the pain returned with limping and weakness that progressed by Fri night to Bo unable to use his legs. We went back Saturday and saw Dr Cover we opted to try a couple of things at home to see if there would be improvement. We just got home from putting Bo down. It was such an incredible, kind and gentle experience! My 15 y/o daughter was a part of all visits. Everyone explained to her what was going on and asked if she had questions. Dr Cover was amazing during this difficult time, he sat right at her feet telling her step by step what he would do and why. He asked if she had questions and he gently comforted her. We were in a small room with a sofa and exit straight out to the parking lot so we didn't have to go back out through the lobby. My daughter held Bo the whole time as Dr Cover administered the drugs and with each dose he would again explain what it was and what it was going to do. This was a respectful, gentle, peaceful ending to a difficult situation. We were assured that everyone will treat Bo with dignity and respect the rest of the time they have him until cremation. Thank you NAMC staff and Dr Cover!

Lexi Landell

We love Dr Cover and Dr Frye, they have been great with our puppies and listen to all of our questions and address our concerns. Dr Cover always provides in depth information about our puppies needs but helps us understand what he is talking about. I would highly recommend NAMC!

Brandy Filbin

Went in telling the vet my cat won't eat and that I'm pretty sure it's his gums because they don't look normal. She said it was pigmentation and ran $150 blood tests for kidney and liver function. I'm sitting here 6 hours later at midnight with a crying kitty who's gums won't stop bleeding. I now wasted $150 of an unnecessary blood test and have to go get his teeth cleaned which is a few hundred more. I will definitely be changing vets if they dont cover any of the unnecessary bill

Jordan Stahr

Jessica S. and staff take great care of our 2 German Shepherds and they make ordering their diet and urinary dog food a breeze!

Erin Woitaszewski

They always take good care of us and our little dog.

Jessica Stahr

This Animal Medical Center has the best staff! They are all there because they truly care for your pets health and well being. I would highly recommend bringing your pets here, not only for there surgical/dental or medical needs, but they also offer boarding, daycare, training, hydrotherapy and laser therapy! They carry many great brands of pet food, treats, preventions and pet gear you would need for your fur kids! I wouldn’t trust the care of my pets with any other veterinary facility in the area! I truly appreciate what this facility does for my pets.

Heidi Sailer

I’m always happy with the grooming services at NAMC.

Chrystal V. Walter

professional staff, clean location, on site boarding and grooming available.

Sharon Stahr

Outstanding communication from Jessica every visit! Great personal touch. Thank you!

Giselle Gartzke

I always have the impression that they are doing to us a huge favor when I ask for my writing prescription. Staff is not helpful and I needed to stress to get help.

Krystal Wilwerding

I love Nebraska Animal Medical Center! The personnel are always friendly and knowledgeable!

allison selig

Jessica Stahr was wonderful! She helped set our black lab up to get vaccines and groomed and was easy to work with. I would highly recommend NAMC.

Trent G

Horrible service, Dr. Hagan was the worst! He did not listen to any concerns that we had and treated us very poorly, the assistants were very nice and respectful but the Dr. is the problem here. I have come here a number of years and had very good experiences in the past but Dr. Hagan needs to go

Kelsey Poloncic

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially Jessica, she helped answer all my questions regarding recommendations for the best food for my dog and was very knowledgable.

Jennifer Ackerman

Dr .Cosgrove and Josh we're great with my cat Pollyanna

Wyatt Adams

We recently lost our dog. She gained her wings. The staff helped me in this situation and guided me. Even in one of the worst moments, they where here for me and my fur baby. I greatly appreciate everything the staff did.

Braxter Construction Group

Jessica Stahr Our experience for our dogs was unbelievable. We experienced some issues with our French Bulldog and he was cared for like he was one of their own. It is because of that type of care that we will continue to bring our pups to NAMC...

Kelsie Koch

I have been going here for years and I love all the staff and doctors. They have never done me wrong. You can't put a price on exceptional care for your pets.

Phil Rigby

Very kind, caring and thoughtful staff. They always make sure the animals are looked after and have everything they need.

Laura Brandt

As always, all the staff is professional and very caring. I won’t go anywhere else!!

Brian Nelson

The entire staff are truly "angels among us" for the wonderful care and consideration that they provide not only our "furry children" but parents like myself as well! I have been blessed by not only the staff, but also anonymous donors who assisted with my financial needs recently. I hopefully will be able to someday join such a group of people like these who want to "pay it forward" to assist when needed other animal lovers like myself.

Mike Gerdes

Love this place, but Scooter doesn't. But we've always been treated great

Marissa Hein

I brought my dog in and this place is expensive, does unnecessary things just to make more money and each time I was in I waited 30 minutes to an hour and a half... I wish Nebraska had better choices for animal care.

Jade R

NAMC was the place we decided to put down our beloved dog. The staff truly cared and helped us through the difficult process. Thank you to all of the staff for your support and reaching out to us during our grieving period.

Brian Kabourek

Hey, when I bring my middle cat Duke in for an appointment, I'm always thinking 'this may be it' and I am scared to death to make that decision someday. The staff is always painstakingly in tune with not only the needs of the pet, but the owner as well.

Gary Walter

We really appreciated their fast and attentive care of our very sick dog. They were kind, caring, and explained everything well. Great place, but a little expensive.

April Schroeder

Called in and received the most friendly help with my questions. Great place and very helpful!

Aaron Roberts

Every time we go there the staff at NAMC do such a wonderful job. We have been going there for three years and love it there. Thank you NAMC.

Sara Sayre

Our puppy was nuetered and had his dew claws (front) removed due to a deformity that would cause an infection if left unchecked. We had the procedure done at our normal vet. We had to leave town for one night. Due to the recent procedure our puppy still had bandages wrapped around his front legs and NAMC was the only place that would board him with surgical sites that were healing. I asked for him to be boarded in a suite - which wasn't done. I paid additional for "day care" which was one on one play which I instrcuted he could not run or jump due to the recent surgery. It was only so he got some attention. I instructed the office that his bandages must remain clean and dry. The morning we picked our puppy up, his bandages were soaking wet, yellow, and smelled like pee. Whatever kennel they placed him in, was forcing him to sit in his own pee. I called to talk to the manager about this. He wasn't available, I left my number and didn't get a call back for three days. I called the office again and requested to speak to the manager. I was told he wasn't available and they requested my phone number again. I said I was in a meeting from a specific time and they would need to call after that time. When does the manager call me? Two minutes into my meeting. He left a voice mail that accused my puppy of tipping over his waterbowl and that is why his paws and bandages were wet. He did apologize and said they should have replaced the bandages before sending him home. However, it was not water. It was pee. He was freshly groomed the day prior to his surgery since he wouldn't be able to take a bath or get his nails trimmed for at least three weeks. He smelled like pee, my dog is white and where he was wet was yellow. Water is not yellow. His bandages were completely soaked and we were forced to wash our dogs fresh surgery site which is highly NOT recommended. There was no compensation for our visit. No explanation as to why this happened. I will never return to this center. They have no regard for the safety of their animals. Fortunately, our puppy did not experience any infection from their neglect. **update, the clinic's top management called me back to apologize. He was upset that his staff did not inform him of this issues sooner as it had been about three weeks after our stay when he called. He sincerely apologized for the lack of care, compensated our entire visit, and said he would retrain the staff to watch for these types of situations. He also was upset with his staff for putting our puppy in the regular boarding area. He said that our pup should have been placed on the medical side to have closer supervision. I highly appreciate the top management's sincere apology. I hope that the staff can learn from this and prevent this type of negligence in the future.

Dawn Rieker

Love going to NAMC!! The staff is always so friendly & knowledgeable! They take great care of all of our pets!!!
