We wouldn’t take our sweet boys anywhere else! Dr. Martin and his staff are great. They truly care for your fur babies the way you care for them. They are very reasonably priced as well.

We got our dog from a shelter that dr martin works with. Today there was some kind of freak accident outside it looked like our dogs tail was barely hanging on. We called dr martin and took cooper in he told us the tail basically had to get taken off. He did the procedure quickly and had him back to us within a few hours. The staff was awesome and the price seemed to good to be true for what he had to do. We will definitely go back to dr Martin.

Dr Martin has done a lot for rescue animals. His compassion for rescue is unparalleled by any vet in Jefferson County. I also take my personal dogs to him. He’s able to cut my pug’s nails and that’s like wrestling a bull. The prices are more than reasonable if you aren’t with a rescue.

One of the best animal hospitals we have ever used. From the time we entered the hospital till the time we left, we felt comfortable and that they were concerned/interested in our problem. We we're just a number or customer. We visited this hospital to put down our long time family pet. It was a very hard decission for us to make. I have switched from another veterinary to Dr. Martin. I switched at first because Dr. Martin was considerably cheaper than my other vet, when you have multiple pets it makes a difference. Now I will continue going because as a veterinarian he is knowledgeable, candid, and caring. He came to my house when it was time to put down my big dog Jake. That meant the world to me, as I could not longer get Jake in the car. The staff is always nice and courteous. If you're looking for a vet in the area, I would recommend him.

Dr Martin is amazing. We adopted a puppy who is part boxer. It was through an adoption/ rescue organization that Dr Martin is involved in/founded. You are required within so many days to return the dog for the remainder of their vaccinations. That is how we met Dr Martin. He sat down on the floor and held our puppy in his lap, loving on him while answering all our questions! And mind you we are talking about a very big man flopping on the floor, he won my heart when he did that! Its clear how much he truly loves animals. Happily, there's no price gouging like some vets do nowadays! I'm very thankful for that. Dr Martin is the best!

I can't say a bad word about this establishment. The staff is always kind, Dr. Martin cares about the animals and will give it to you straight. He doesn't try to convince you to spend a bunch of money on tests, etc. unless it's actually necessary. You can expect to be charged reasonable prices here as well.

Dr. Martin in my opinion is the best veterinarian I've been to. My wife and I always get our family members (dogs) from rescuers to help give a new life for them. His staff and dr. Martin himself are vary polite and caring people. And you will find dr. Martin vary reasonable on prices being the animal lover he is. You don't find kind people nowadays like dr. Martin. And his staff is the same vary caring people.

I recently moved to the area and hadn't needed a veterinarian for my dogs yet (as they are up to date on shots and generally healthy overall). However, my dog's nail separated from the nail bed and he was in a good amount of pain. The staff was able to work in me that day, unlike other vet's in the area. I was nervous about trying out a new doctor for my dog, because my animals are my babies. I was instantly at ease when I arrived. Everyone was great, even when my big 90lb Pittie was acting like the biggest baby ever. Dr. Martin came to talk to me after he and the technicians took care of my dog, and he was extremely personable and straight forward. They never acted as if he was a nuisance and took the best care of him the whole time there. Due to this visit, I decided this will be our new place for animal care! I highly recommend!

Dr. Martin has been a lifesaver for two of our goats now. The last time we needed him in an emergency, he even stayed late on a Friday, which probably literally made the difference between life and death for our goat. I'm about to schedule appointments with him for our cats and dogs, as well, and make him our regular vet for all of our animals. His pricing is also very reasonable.
