The staff took great care of our fur-baby and had a great selection of treats to help mask her antibiotics! We will definitely be back for any of our dog’s needs.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but the service and kindness I received and still am receiving from Hidden Valley Animal Hospital was and is so great, I just had to. Dr. Feyerabend was just absolutely wonderful. He is kind, gentle and patient with my dog, Tucker and me. He made me feel comfortable and was always willing to take my calls when I was worried or had another question. (and…yes, I had a lot of questions lol) Let me start by telling you the story…My dog Tucker got into something that was toxic and it was shutting down his kidneys. Now after reading all about this, I learned that 60% of dogs die from this. The treatment is IV fluids and Tucker received this for 2 weeks there. Luckily he is starting to turn around and his kidney values are almost back to normal. Tucker is now only receiving fluids under his skin to help the kidneys stay hydrated and to hopefully get this toxin completely out. When Dr. Feyerabend takes blood or gives him fluids under his skin, he does it so well that Tucker doesn’t even squeal. He really has a great touch with animals. I couldn’t trust someone more. Now this process is expensive and the Dr. Feyerabend tried helping me keep costs down as much as possible. He is very realistic and knows that most people don’t plan for this to happen. He always made sure I knew that Tucker’s chances weren’t necessarily great but that he was optimistic and that I should be too. We just needed to be patient and let Tucker fight this and boy, he sure has. The hope now is that this is just an acute reaction to the kidneys and that his kidneys won’t have any permanent damage. (Fingers crossed!) I just can’t express how thankful I am for Dr. Feyerabend and the rest of the staff there. Juli is a vet tech there and she is probably the sweetest person I have ever met. She is always so prompt and is great at acknowledging me when I’m waiting. She also makes Tucker feel so comfortable when he has to get stuck with a needle. Myra works at the front desk and she hugged me the first day I walked in because I was so emotional. She is just always so nice when you come in. Poor Natalie probably answered the phone every time I called to check in or to ask questions and she was always so helpful and so patient with me. Leona was awesome too, Tucker threw up on his blankets and she offered to wash them for me every time. She is always so nice to me and Tucker. They just really made me and Tucker feel at home and so comfortable when presented with a horrible reality. I just can’t thank you guys enough. You not only saved Tucker’s life, but you saved mine. Life without Tucker is unimaginable and heartbreaking. Thank you for everything!

I brought my kitten here and even though they had very many customers they were very friendly and treated me and my kitten with respect. The wait time was very short and me being young they helped me out with prices as much as possible. I will be taking my kitten back to this hospital and referring them to all my friends and family!

Caring vets that take good care of animals and owners.

Jay Butcher

Good job on dogs, but rude customer service took way to long and was pushy about our health care, I dont know if it was because of the vet upstairs or the lady was just a B**ch

Kate Orr

I’m new to town and have only used this office once. The support staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. I saw Dr. Logan and she was simply the friendliest and most thorough vet I have ever met. My dog is very frightened of vet offices and Dr. Logan got down on the ground and soothed her and gave her treats and was just so loving to my pet. This was just a visit to introduce my pet and re-up her flea/tick meds, but I’m very happy with my first experience and booked a second appointment for vaccinations in a couple of months.

Chris Leslie

I wanted to find a good vet that would listen to my concerns about my dog and actually help. I wasn’t getting results from my previous vet. I was told this place was good. Wow, was I ever impressed. The personal touch, care and treatment of both me and especially my dog. The staff are WONDERFUL! The dr and the tech both sat in the floor with my dog and pet her and got to know her before they ever checked out her issues. That meant the world to me and my dog. The dr actually did tests, unlike others. I highly recommend them!

Sean McCauley

They saved my little dog when he was attacked by a larger dog. AND they did it over a holiday weekend when they were closed! Best care in the area! I would never go anywhere else!!

Megan King

I could not be more pleased with the service I got here. I called shortly before 8 and got in at 8:30. My poor baby had an aural hematoma. The receptionist, tech, and vet were all so nice and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about their care and will not hesitate to bring my pets back here!

Jimmy McGlathery

Outstanding care of our puppy when they groomed her!!! Her first time here the groomer came out and spoke with us and let us know that as she works with her, she will get more used to the process. The bows in her ears was a cute touch and my wife loved them! I would recommend them for any puppy old or young. They will treat them as family! Jim

My Son recently found a stray dog that he took to Hidden Valley to see if the dog was micro-chipped and to see what type of dog he was. At the time they didn't find a chip and they told him the dog was a Shar-Pei, Lab mix in their best estimation. After trying for several weeks to find the owner, my Son ended up keeping the dog. He returned to Hidden Valley recently to inquire about shots and to get the dog's claws trimmed. When he had called ahead, they told him that the price would be $8.00. When he got there he paid the $8.00 and then was told it was actually $9.00, so he paid the additional dollar. Once they got back to the room, the dog got upset, and being a larger dog, they said he'd have to be sedated. They then charged him an additional $13 dollars for sedation. After trying to trim his claws again, they said that they worried for their assistant's safety and she left the room and the Doctor came in to assist. While the Doctor and my Son held the dog, my Son's girlfriend trimmed the dog's claws. The Doctor then asked my Son if he was going to get the dog his rabies shot and my Son said it would have to wait a few weeks until he got paid again and the Doctor got hateful with my son and said "He has to have his shots and besides, you can't own a pitbull in Independence." The total bill ended up being around $30 dollars. When my Wife and I went back to Hidden Valley to find out why they had charged our teenage son $30 dollars for something they'd initially quoted him a price of $8.00 for and also to ask why the Doctor had said the dog was a pitbull. (Coincidentally, the very next day after the Vet visit, we received a notice from the city requiring us to prove our dog wasn't a pitbull and that he had his rabies shot) The receptionist was nice and explained that they worry about the safety of their staff and that the upcharge was for the sedation. I told her I could understand that, but if you're paying professionals to perform a service, they should have professionals on staff to perform that service and that if the customers are performing the service themselves, they shouldn't have to pay. She said she understood, but that she had spoken to the office manager and that the charges would have to stand. I then asked her about the coincidence involving the dog being reported as a pitbull and she said she showed his records in the computer as being a shar-pei lab mix. I told her that we had gone to another vet and had gotten his shots and had him checked out and he was a shar-pei mastiff mix and that they could put that in their records. This is the second and LAST incident we've had with this business. We will not be back. We'd had one bad encounter several years ago and didn't return for a long time. Had they not been nearby, we wouldn't have gone this time. Until they offer at least a partial refund, I won't be recommending them to anyone... And believe me, I have a lot of friends with pets.

Danielle Shouse

My boyfriend and I have recently started going to Hidden Valley and so far love it! So many things have come up recently and they squeeze us in asap! And our dogs love it there! They love coming home, but they don't mind it there either. That's all we care about! A bonus: the ladies up front are awesome! And the vets have been very informative!

Mary H.

We always have a positive experience at Hidden Valley Hospital. DR. FALK and HIS STAFF have taken care of our pets over the past 20 years. They are always very kind and informative with all of our questions or concerns.

Sara Dunlap

The staff is wonderful! However, their prices are not. My dog has been diagnosed with a heart condition. She is having to take 3 different medications. If I was to continue to pay Hidden Valley Animal Hospital prices I would be paying about $40/month more. I should have known to check prices when I heard a lady getting upset because her dog's meds just went up for the 3rd time. BUY YOUR MEDS SOME WHERE ELSE!!!

Always easy to get an appointment at a convenient time. I use Alenda for grooming my toy poodle. She does an excellent job. Receptionist is delightful! Had tried several other grooming places before coming to Hidden Valley ... now it's the only place I would consider going. Have recommended them to several people.

Marcie Gragg

I boarded my dog, Oliver, at Hidden Valley. The folks were super friendly and getting Ollie set up as a new client was quick and easy. They require basic vaccinations that ensure pets don’t bring in disease and spread it to other boarders. I appreciate that! I had them bathe and groom him the day before we picked him up and he looked awesome! Their fees are very reasonable and the office extremely clean and inviting. They were recommended to us, and I recommend them now too!

Jan Shelton

I tried to give it 5 stars but the fifth wouldn't light up. The people here are caring with your animal, take care of your pet medically and, offer superb grooming. I recommend them highly

Andromeda Butler

Love my groomer. Take both my dogs here

We had to put down our dog yesterday, and we were terrified. The doctor and staff helped us thru it, and i will always hold hidden valley in very high regard! Thank you! :)

I took my GS Norman to be groomed at Hidden Valley, I dropped him off at around 8:30 am , I verified what he was having done and my contact number. At 11:34 am I called because I hadn't received a call from them yet, I thought that they closed at 12:00 per the website, they told me Norman wasn't done yet. I told her that I wanted to make sure I was there to get him before they close at twelve, she corrected me and said that they don't close until three o'clock and that they would call me when he was done. I waited, 3:00, still not call, I thought maybe they were backed up and still finishing with the dogs, no biggie, I will just head up there and wait, I tried calling while en-route, no answer, called again, still no answer, called again, got the "were closed" message. I went into panic mode, I knew that I had not missed a call from them, I had my phone with me all day and had been checking. When I pulled into the lot there were three cars, I thought, yeah they were just backed up, all is good, until I saw the CLOSED sign on the door. I jumped out of my car, knocked on the door, nothing, no one in site, I pounded on the door, I went to the clinic entrance door, pounded, went to the side door, saw a door bell, I rang and rang and rang, I could hear Norman barking, I was sick to my stomach. I circled the building again still pounding on all the doors, I went to my car and honked the horn, I knew there had to be someone still there, because of the cars. During all this I manage to get the number to the Vet, I call leave two frantic messages about the situation. I called my daughter and she suggested I call the police, I was doing all this while knocking on every door and peering in every window. Finally, I saw someone, she was just sort of standing in a hallway, I wouldn't have seen her if I hadn't been peering in the windows. I told her"you have my dog Norman, no one called me", she tried explaining through the glass that they had called me and my line had been busy, then they had called another number and got voice message, she said she couldn't open the door, that she couldn't help me. After a few moments of me pleading with her to give me my dog and swearing that I hadn't gotten a call, she came to one of the back doors and stepped outside. After a lot of insisting on both our parts of what had or had not happened, she said that she had called her manager and that there was nothing they could do and that she, the girl, couldn't take money from me because she was just the cleaning crew. I finally told her that I had left two messages with the Veterinarian and that I would wait until he called me back but that I wasn't leaving without my Norman. She agreed to call the manager back and goes back inside and about this time my daughter arrives, then the girl comes back out and says the manager will come and let me have Norman. While we waited I checked my phone again, no missed calls from anyone, I hadn't been on the phone, the girl had said the line was busy, I have call waiting, my stupid phone, I felt like hurling the piece of crap across the parking lot, I figured there must be something wrong with it. I couldn't stop blaming myself for not just coming up there to see what was going on sooner, why had I taken their word that they would call me. The manager arrives and the first thing she said was, "we close at three o'clock you know, I mean you think you would know....", I took a deep breath and thought she's right, I apologized to her for any inconvenience this had caused her got Norman and left. It turns out, there wasn't anything wrong with my phone, the other number they had tried to call was my husbands, his ringer was on mute he wasn't expecting a call, I was. There were 3 missed calls on his phone starting at 2:48 and ending at 3:15, they had tried calling but on the wrong phone number. Not sure why they didn't answer when I tried calling them, I know they were there because they were still attempting to call the wrong number.

The staff here has been a blessing to me, my family and my dog. They squeezed us in when there was an emergency and only one doctor on call. And a few other times when we needed their help. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Shepherd Enterprises

I would not take my pets any place else. Hidden Valley Animal Hospital & Grooming is the best place I have ever taken my pets for all their needs. They are very kind to me and my family (pets). We love our dogs as our family as everyone should and they treat them as they are their own. I have never had a problem with them. When I pull up to the facility my Abby girl (Yorkie) just starts barking and running about. She is excited to get inside. She as well as Todd (Yorkie) and Larry (Dachsund) all feel very comfortable their. This is the best by far the GREATEST vet I have ever been to.

Mary Smith

They were the nicest and caring people. I will definitely take my pet back there.

started going to this vet as it is the closest to me when i had an emergency. we had already been seen the day before at my regular vet's office. i was so much happier with the information and the explanations provided. i had to proceed to put my beloved kitty down, but the vet on call at the time was so so passionate. i now always recall that day with the fact that he seemed to love her as much as i did, and it really comforted me that day, and the days that have followed. not to mention, even though i called another nearby vet this same day before the visit, the receptionist here helped make up my mind which of these two unknown places i chose. she was really great. we have continued to take our kitties there and i feel that dr. falk is the most expert veterinarian in this area of the city. i feel confident after his examinations. he is very thorough and does not make you feel rushed or silly for any questions. all the vet assistants are super. i think our cats do not even mind being there! and the office cat is also awesome. he thinks he is a person and does all the greeting and is very interested to see what is going on. one final thing, in addition to a lack of confidence in my previous vet, they always added insult by trying to sell me something at every visit. it just made my confidence dwindle that much more. have never had this happen at Hidden Valley.

Cynthia Bates

The way that our two dogs, Tommie & Oscar, are always treated at HVAH; is with true caring and expertise, no matter who is working with them or communicating with us. From exams, surgeries, medication, food, and any question; we are always satisfied that our dogs needs have been met. Always 5 stars!

If I could choose a negative star I would. It is with a heavy heart that I write this review. In February I became the owner to a newborn female Shichon. In looking for a local vet close to my house I chose Hidden Valley. If you are looking for a new vet and reading this review, run for the hills. After visiting for the first time the facility seemed "ok." Nothing spectacular however I didn't anticipate many veterinary needs for her and didn't plan on going regularly. The facility often smelled very strongly of urine and strong oder, my best judgement aside I continued to go there. I boarded her for Memorial Day weekend and picked her up on the following Tuesday. When they brought her to me her left leg was soaked in urine, her bed had pee all down the side as well as poop on the edges. I was in a state of shock. When asking the Office Manager, Hillary, what had happened she gave me a smile and said "we are short staffed and fully booked and haven't been able to get all of the dogs taken out on time as they need." When I asked the last time she was outside her reply was "830." It was currently 4:55. My heart was now in my stomach. How do you leave a puppy in a kennel all day without contact to play or go potty? Animals rely on our care 100%. If we fail them we have failed ourselves. I have now found a new vet that will love Stella the way I love her, as all animals deserve to be treated. For now, they have lost myself as a customer and two recent Independence friend transplants. For all of the dogs that were boarded this past weekend I hope you are back home with your families to be snuggled and loved as you should.

Love everyone here

Mindy Wilson

What a fantastic experience. Thank you so much, for treating our fur baby so well.

Tarrah Dyal

I received an appointment the same day I called. My cat was treated with respect and great care. The vetranarian answered all my crazy questions without belittling my intelligence and gave me the best recommendation for not only how to diagnose the problem but the most cost effective way to do so. He also didn't appear to be in a rush to get to other animals even though it was busy that evening. I appreciated not being another body on an assembly line and felt as if my pet mattered.

Trish Allee

Hidden Valley Grooming has compassionate, experienced Groomer's. I have a difficult fur friend where fear comes into play. They handled him beautifully and I came home with a happy well groomed pupper.

This is simply the best animal hospital in the Independence area. Dr. Falk and his staff are skilled, compassionate and this clinic is more affordable than their competitors. We brought our chocolate lab here after she dislocated her hip. Other vets couldn't get it reset, but Dr. Falk fixed it on the first try! We will never take our pets anywhere else again. Highly recommended.

Only one person in the entire building we will take our dog to. If she leaves, we're gone too. They like to try to sneak fees on top of your bill. Last week picked dog up from grooming and one shot, $96 bill ?! They quickly took the " special dog handling fee" off when questioned. Watch your bill !

Staff are nice and answer questions within a reasonable time. They have a new female vet-awesome and gentle with my little one. Sometimes the place can be odorous but that has been improving. Good location with sufficient parking and grassy areas for the adventurous four-legged animal

We brought our 50 ish lb pointer mix for the first time to get a ton of immunizations, grooming, nail clipping and paid an additional fee for some kind of anti shedding service. We primarily chose this them because their prices were so competitive, the good reviews along with close proximity to our home. The vet was nice and informative when we picked up our dog and the office staff was great. My husband had a coupon and didn't remember to use it until after the transaction. They kindly agreed to accept it, even though it was a huge pain in the butt with cancelling the fees and redoing the charge to our card for the lessor amount. When we brought our dog home he headed straight for the water for a good minute which is when I took it away. Soon after he projectile vomited all over the kitchen floor, good times....not! At 5:25 pm I gave the vet a call and was surprised they were still there. The receptionist listened to my concern about an adverse reaction to his shots and soon put a nurse on the line. The nurse was patient, and quickly explained any possible reactions our dog could possibly have. Although we're confident he was stressed out after having been there for the day, she made it clear we could call after hours if something serious came up. We really appreciated the competitive pricing, the patient front desk staff, the nurse and the vet for all of their great service. Being someone who has no problem documenting poor experiences, I also think it's important to comment on great ones too. If you're searching for a new vet, I highly recommend you give them a try.

Denise Funston

Dr. Logan and the staff at Hidden Valley have always taken excellent care of my dogs. I would highly recommend them for your veterinary needs. I have also used their boarding and grooming services which are also great.

Shara Kapke

We brought our dog to stay here while we went on vacation. The staff was wonderful! The office and boarding area was very clean as well. They took good care of her and gave me detailed responses when I called to check on her which I appreciated. The Independence boarding location we took her to previously didn’t ever tell us much. I liked that she was at a vets office where they could actually take care of her if something happened. They also had her flea pill at a cheaper rate. We would highly recommend them!

What an amazing place and staff! I have been going to HVAH since 2002 when we first got our puppy. They have always been kind caring and very professional no matter what I asked of them. Recently my sweet dog had a stroke and had to be put down. The staff welcomed our tears and tried to ease our pain. Dr. Falk and the nurse had a lovely blanket all set out for her. They took an imprint of her paw and labeled it. They showed true caring at a very difficult time. To top it all off, 2 weeks after her death they sent a sympathy card with flower seeds to put on her grave and then they made a donation in her name to an animal charity for people that need veteranary help, but can't afford it. It just reassured me that they are the best. Our other dog is only 3 so we have many more years with the wonderful staff at HVAH. I have many 5 star stories and will never doubt this amazing staff's hearts are in the right place!

Friendly, competent staff all the way through. We have trusted our dog to Dr. Feyerabend for some time now, and wouldn't take her anywhere else. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He also is able to explain things in an understandable way. We appreciate the vet techs and the scheduling staff for always being helpful and friendly, as well. We will be customers at this office for a long time.

We needed to take our dog in for emergency treatment because our normal veterinary office could not see him in a timely manner. Hidden Valley Animal Hospital got us in immediately, was very kind to us and our dog received outstanding care in a very professional efficient manner. I am seriously considering moving all of my pet care to Hidden Valley Animal Hospital.

Been going here for years and have had no problems

I took both of my yorkies in for grooming. They both had razor burn , one had a cut on the ear, under both front paws and severe razor burn. Also within a day of 2 after bringing them home. I noticed they had fleas. He was seen at there normal vet, flea, medication, antibiotic shampoo $ 140 dollars later. I will never do any service at Hidden valley. My vet office feels I should get my money back. I did call I truly felt as a customer I was degraded. She mentioned she wanted to contact my vet to verify how I care for my pets. Yes they wanted to see my dogs. Personally after that comment I was done with this place. I would truly reconsider taking your dog her for grooming.

Good people, good service... A little bias because my wife works at Hidden Valley Animal Hospital, but we went here long before she became a employee.

I have taken my cat to Hidden Valley Animal Hospital for shots, nail trimmings, and groomings. The staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. The doctors are good at listening to problems and helping with resolution.

I've grown up with animals for as long as I can remember. Let me clarify... I've had everything from cats, dogs, fish, turtles, geese, pigs, horses, cows, chickens, to birds. I've taken my animals to "big city doctors" and small town "docs".... so when I have to change vets, it always makes me nervous. My miniature schnauzer is one of my children. My only child's "little sister". We would do anything for her. So, when I saw her dragging her rear leg, I called HVAH in hopes of helping my "youngest child". They made room for her on the same day, examined her with care and compassion, did x-rays, provided pain pills and steroids for what turned out to be nerve damage. I told them when I called that I was concerned about the cost, as a single mother... it's always a concern. Cathy reassured me not to worry about it til we needed to. I would spend any amount to take care of my children... two legged, or four legged. So, when I found out how much the visit, x-rays, and meds were... of course I gulped a little. Don't get me wrong, for everything they did... their rates were COMPLETELY reasonable. Not only were they reasonable, but Cathy sat down with me and walked me through applying for credit, which I was unable to get. When she saw me start to get even more nervous, she reassured me once more not to worry. There are few places these days that put as much faith in others as they do in dollars... but Hidden Valley Animal Hospital not only provided compassionate service for my injured dog, they worked with me to make payment arrangements. Many of us are quick to remark when something goes wrong, but few of us speak up when something is done right... let alone when someone goes above and beyond what's expected to help another out. Hidden Valley has been amazing to us, and I would recommend them to ANYONE without hesitation. Which I've done, and now my mother and her two dogs are fans as well! Thank you for taking such good care of us!!!!!!

I went here several times for a new kitten for the standard checkups and immunizations. The place I had been going is 30 minutes away from my house and I really wanted to find somewhere closer. Let me start by saying pricing here is reasonable enough, the staff is friendly and the offices look clean and well kept. The vet seemed to know his stuff, though he did have to check twice for ear mites after I make a comment about the kitten scratching at her ears. My problem isn't necessarily with the services provided, but with their inability to contact me as requested. They'll send reminders via text message - which is great! - but make sure you only give them one phone number. I gave them my husband's as well as mine on the initial paperwork (because it asked for it) and they've only texted him with the reminders, even after I asked them (while standing at the reception desk in their offices) to send the texts to me since I'll be the one handling the appointments. Not only is it a bother for him, it's annoying for me since he has to remember to remind me about appointments. The service here isn't outstanding enough for me to overlook the contact problems. I'm going back to the other vet which is much farther away, but which I can at least trust to contact me as requested.

We have been going to HVAH for over 20 years. Dr. Falk and the staff really care about your pets. It is a very well run organization and I would recommend the hospital to anyone.

This was the most horrific experience my family has ever encountered when having to euthanize a pet. What was supposed to be a pain-free, peaceful, and calm way to go to sleep forever was anything but. Instead it was a horrendous, yelping, screeching, and violent experience that has left my family traumatized. Our final moments with our beloved family dog are forever tainted with the memories of what everyone in that room had to go through. The assistant was visibly upset, as she was basically having to hold down our 9 pound Shorkie due to Dr. Mel Falk's gross incompetence with a needle. I have now read other reviews elsewhere who speak of similar situations, I only wish I would have known before. I would NEVER endorse going to this poor excuse of an animal hospital. Do NOT go here!

They tried to milk me dry over a dog they knew was dying but pretended was redeemable. They also botched putting my aunt and uncle's dog to sleep so bad that she still gets choked up over the violent trauma of it. FYI there is a review about a botched euthanasia on here by a user named Michele that is not my relative so it appears that what they did to my Aunt Nancy's Pomeranian was not an isolated incident. I tried this vet years ago when an older dog I rescued came down with mystery pains. Rather than trust my judgment and use my regular vet I let my cousin talk me into taking her to Dr. Faulk because she said he was the best at advanced and peculiar canine issues. After spending a fortune in tests I was told that my dog might have some mild kidney issues but they would need many more tests and money to go further. I already felt like I was on a used car lot so I took my dog to my usual vet and they were able to tell me that my dog had major kidney failure for half the price of the tests and that more tests and vet bills would not save her in the end so they humanely put her to sleep for me. That was my suspicion all along. I don't like people that prey on emotions and give false hope in order to make a buck off of you and your pet. I have since heard many other similar horror stories and thought it only right to share mine if you are shopping for the best possible vet for your pet.

Have been using this hospital for my spoiled beloved pup for almost 7 years and I love it! They spoil her almost as much as I do :) usually come in without an appt and we are seen right away! Love them!

My dogs name is Chloe, and she has been going to Dr. Faulk for 4 years. She has received excellent care and I would definitely recommend him to everyone. I have been using the groomers for 4 years also and they do a great job. I couldn't be happier.

A complete staff of courteous, caring people. Always a pleasant experience visiting Hidden Valley Animal Hospital !

I have gone to hidden valley for 7 years now. Hey saved my puppy from parvo, and have gone there ever since. They are compassionate, and have even called me to suggest new treatments for my dog with a bad leg. People have to remember that the animal body is just as strange and complex as a humans, without communication from the patient. I feel they have done everything they can for my animals.

Staff is awesome. Vets are the best in business. My "kids" love it there

Lacie Suddarth

I always take any pets here. They are really helpful and not terribly expensive. Even came in on a Saturday once for me (when they weren't working on Saturdays). I've been going there 5 years and I won't take my animals any where else!

Jessica Vaughn

My cat is difficult to handle and groom (previous trauma from another Vet). The staff here was friendly and caring. Prices were reasonable.
