My pup had long had the diagnosis of hip dysplasia/arthritis when Conrad started seeing Dr Witten and the team at Back on Track. But the treatment plan Dr Witten developed has kept my boy moving and doing those things he truly enjoys despite the issues with his hips. Conrad and I have seen a good number of vets and sincerely appreciate the skill and professionalism provided by the staff at Back on Track. It’s a hike for me to get there but they now care for all 3 of my pups. Can’t thank them enough......

Dr. Witten goes above and beyond to ensure the health and well being of her 4 legged patients! In 2011 Vyper vom Logan Haus came home to be my next competition dog, and my first Malinois. Even though he grew (and grew) into a good sized moose, he was always an absolute dream to train; smart, and stable, and full of drive. At about a year old we discovered he had been born with bad hips - thanks to the puppy health guarantee from his amazing breeder, I was given a replacement puppy, but I was able to keep Vyper. He trained for a bit longer, got a few titles, but soon retired from work due to he condition of his hips, and the asymmetry in his hind end muscles because of it. Vyper became a wonderful pet, and a puppy raiser, but didn't really participate in any training. In 2015, Back on Track Veterinary Hospital and Rehab Center opened, and we were able to add weekly (and sometimes twice a week) water treadmill exercises to Vyper's existing physical therapy exercises. Thanks to Dr. Witten and her staff, Vyper is in the best physical condition he's been in since his hip diagnosis. His muscles are in great shape, and it's no longer as obvious that he's even dysplastic. Because of this, we've decided to jump back into training and set our sights for AKC Obedience and Rally. I'm over the moon, and my heart couldn't be more full of joy for my big, goofy, Maligator!

I was had read about cold laser therapy and when I asked my vet about it, he referred me to Dr. Witten. I am so glad he did! My dog has arthritis and the laser therapy does wonders, but there is so much more! My dog now has a comprehensive treatment plan and she feels so VERY much better. Thank you Back on track! !

Wonderful place! I moved, and now drive an hour to bring my dogs here. Although I wish they were closer to me, it’s worth the drive to me to know my pets will receive high quality, compassionate care. I’ve got a rescued Border collie mix who can be quite grumpy, and the staff here “get” her and are gentle with her, while still keeping themselves safe. Highly recommended.

Great place! Their knowledge, skill and compassion are unsurpassed. They have been the only Vet to take care of my labs. If you are looking for a professional staff to care for your furry kids, this is the place you want to go to. I referred my neighbor here when her 12 year old dog was in distress and her vet said to get ready for the worst. After several visits to BOT, the 12 year old was doing much better and is still here with us after 9 months. You need to go to Back On Track !

I have a cat that is terrified at vet. They were calm, gentle and patient. They have a cat only exam room where it was quiet and soothing. I am also very impressed with how clean and fresh smelling everything is. Definitely recommend Back on Track

Excellent Experience! One of our dogs had a cut on his rear paw. We were having trouble getting the wound to heal because of the location. We saw Dr. Witten. Dr. Witten did a thorough, careful exam of our dog. She clearly understood the problem. She recommended a conservative course of treatment. We followed Dr. Witten's directions. Our dog responded wonderfully. We couldn't be happier!

I was referred to Back on Track when my 5 year old lab mix, Fynley had a FHO (hip surgery). He had therapy for 8 weeks after having each side of hips done. The staff was ever so sweet, friendly and always made us feel important and special while keeping their professionalism. They have given Fynley a new chance to be himself. I would highly recommend this facility, Dr. Witten, and her staff.

The staff here is awesome! My dog has only been coming here for rehab for a month, and they treat him like an old friend when he walks in. He is very nervous at the vet in general, but the last time I stayed for his appointment, he calmly walked right onto the treadmill without whining or trying to run away. I knew for sure then that he is well taken care of here! The vets make informed, data-driven decisions and regularly re-assess to ensure progress. They also make scheduling easy. We live 45 minutes away but are able to make it work with their evening and Saturday hours and flexible drop-off policy. I only wish we lived closer so that they could become our primary vets!

Very knowable staff and veterinarians. Always take the time to make sure we are understanding test results and treatment plans. Our dogs are respected and time is taken to make sure they are comfortable during their visits which we greatly appreciated. I cannot speak more highly of Back on Track Veterinary Center! Three years ago my Nik (now 9 yrs old) had major surgery and had a metal plate put in to secure his front leg. It was a very long recovery. We started therapy as soon as Nik was released and out of his cast. Laser Therapy, acupuncture, strength exercises and underwater treadmill helped Nik recover. The care an compassion of the rehap techs is just wonderful! Nik fell in love with all of them! We have now added canine massage to our monthly trips of maintenance. The whole crew will go above and beyond to make your pet feel comfortable and they strive to create a peaceful environment with music for everyone (including nervous pet parents :) ) Many thanks to Back on Track from Linda & Nik!
