Have been using this animal hospital for years but Dr. Stephanie Duhon has caused us to take our business elsewhere. She has a terrible bedside manner and I won't subject myself or my pets to her anymore. Dr. Cordes and Ruggles are fine, but I can't take the chance any longer.

The vets here are experienced and take good care of my cats and dog. It's a bit expensive, though.

Easy to get an appointment. Front desk staff not too friendly. Bought a flea product for my dog that was recommended by the vet, paid $70. Got home and found the exact same product on line for $28. Be careful what you buy from them, their mark up is way too high.

Dr Cordes and Dr Duhon are good vets. Staff however does not listen to what a customer requests for the animal. If money is involved they will do what they can to squeeze it out of you including doing tests and procedures not authorized. Very, very high prices too!

This is an absolutely wonderful animal hospital, I am very pleased except for one particular person who works the counter who does her job just fine, but seems to be an emotional "cold fish" to me...doesn't greet you with a smile or appear to have much empathy for you and your ailing animal.

Prices are very reasonable and the doctors always do their best to care for my pets needs. This is a very old building that has been around for a long time, and it shows its age. Don't let that blur your impression about the place. I've always been satisfied with the service here, especially for the amount charged (low).

Doctor really help you and your pets. They make sure what you are paying for and take care of you when you lose a pet. Would recommend this vet to anyone.

Went in there to buy my dog some cans of dog food and apparently I hadn't shut the door all the way which I didnt know that I d oh d and the young lady behind the count was very rude about it and they're never really nice when I go in there and purchase the food but I will say that Dr. Cortes is very nice

I don't know about the staff there now, but growing up in Vicksburg from 1987 to 2005, the staff were wonderful. They saved my cat's life, helped my puppy's broken leg, and were able to keep my black labrador alive a week after a heartless neighbor poisoned her. These vets were great during my time. I don't know about now, but if it's anything like it was back in the day, I'd recommend them.

The doctors, and staff, are great. Most recently we had to take our boxer in for a surgery to remove a few masses. Dr Duhan was excellent! She explained what she was plnning to do and then called us once our dog was through surgery to let us know that he was doing fine. The follow up care has been fantastic. Definitely the place to take your animals.
