Dr. King, as well as the other doctors and staff, were a great help to us when our 2 week old puppies were struggling. We first went there as they were the emergency vets on call the weekend the problems began. Dr. Van Camp was on duty, and she was caring, concerned and professional all the way. It got crazy expensive, but they helped us both in saving some of the pups and restoring our sanity from deep depression and sorrow over the babies we lost. It was a heartbreaking experience, but Tupelo Small Animal Hospital made it as bearable as possible, and the remaining 4 pups are doing great.

I had my dog in there clinic march 2018 for surgery. He went back in 2 weeks later to get staples removed. The past few days his eye has been swollen shut.(8/8/2018) took him back to vet and they say he has a infection in his eye because of his ear. Thays 5 months he had a cotton swab in his ear that should of been taken out to begian with. Or at least let me kbow about it..

Oh my goodness! I love love love this veterinarian! I have an eight pound Italian Greyhound named Katie. She's very, very skittish and afraid of most things. I was so nervous for her. I walked in with her and I was greeted warmly. I gave Katie to my husband because I had to go sit in our car. I didn't want Katie to associate me with going to the vet. I gave my husband a note with several questions. Each was answered to my satisfaction. This veterinarian is one who goes out of her way for her patient's Mom!! She took the extra time to research Katie's microchip. I will be back!!

We always to seem to have some problem or extra charge when we come here. The employees are nice and they take good care of our pet, but goodness, sometimes it feels like they are trying to get as much out of us as possible. Once we boarded our dog for a week and we asked them to give him his shots and exam during his visit. They decided to do it after hours and charged a bunch extra, even though he stayed the whole week. Another time they gave him a bath even though we didn't ask them to and the employee seemed pretty upset with me about removing the charge even though it was clear that it was their mistake.

May have been alright if three girls hadn't just stared at me in the entrance and refused to answer a question. Did not seem warm or welcoming and I 100% look for that in an animal hospital. Walk ins are not accepted which is fine if I hadn't been blatantly ignored when I first came in. Not coming back tomorrow.
