If you are looking for a place to board your fur babies Riverbirch is a fantabulous place to do so. They are very kind and understanding when it comes to being separated from your beloved fur baby and at a reasonable price per night. We have been using their services for a while and love the staff and they love our fur baby too. Highly recommended place 100% and wouldn't use any other boarding in town. This veterinarian office does not over charge you they are actually very nice staff and the doctor. He makes sure you understand everything about your animal and they ask you for approval before any test,x-rays, etc are done. They actual have another office that you go service is the same We have been going to this veterinarian since 1914 and we have never had a problem .

I got my cat fixed and 120.00 plus a 18.00 rabies shot I couldn't afford. After mix ups on schedule finally got her fixed and an extra 40 was added without my approval. Now holding my cat hostage plus a boarding fee every day because I don't have 40 dollars. I have told them many times before and after I didn't have 40 bucks yet they charged me anyway. I don't get money till the first. Boarding fees will be about my rent by then. Very shady way of doing business.

By far the worst vet I have ever experienced. $474 for nothing. Paid them with post dated check before any services were rendered and went to pick up dog to be informed they don't take post dated checks. Seems if that was the case they would have let me know that when I gave it to them upon arrival with my dog. It's a money hungry business definitely and not in the business for animals well being at all. Under new ownership and my opinion is they will not even be around 5 years from now. If so it will be a surprise and if so it will probably only be a grooming place. Horrible horrible horrible is my best description of this so called animal hospital

We were just trying to find a vet that was closer to our home and work, that would care for our fur baby as much as we do. However paying $302 for a routine visit is not what I had in mind. From now on I will take an afternoon off work and make the drive to our former vet.

They took really good care of Emery. Fixed her dislocated elbow and cleaned her up. After a second look at her injuries, Dr. Laird was able to treat her with a less expensive method. I'm thankful for the staff that attended to our emergency, especially Ms Tammy (emery's favorite).
