I took my little girl there today to get fixed. Started checking in on time, and answered any questions I had before I left her there. Since I didn't have her rabies vac tags on, the woman at the front desk informed me that they need those records before surgery. No problem, quick call to the vet and got them faxed over. I left with a reassurance that they would take care of her. 5pm, they played a short video for the owners waiting to pick up their pets, explaining post care questions we might have. At check out, she went over a few things briefly that I would need to know about the E collar and take home pain meds. Everything is good so far and I know they took great care of her. I will be making future donations to them because I believe they are making a positive, long term impact on animal population control. They offer EXTREMELY affordable services for those that want to be responsible pet owners.

I have taken all of my pets there to be "fixed". The service is outstanding. I have never had any problems with the staff and moreover, my pets have never had any problems. I donate to this organization as often as possible so that others can benefit from such an amazing opportunity. With the affordable prices they offer, there is really no excuse not to do the right thing....spay and neuter!!!!

I've taken 2 strays in since the were spraying the bushes all around my neighbors house and mine. We went in together and we got"him" fixed and his rabies shot. For that and a 10.00 donation the total cost was I think 27.00. There's no beating that. So I took my girls that I adopted there and sa coat someone dropped at my sisters house. He was fixed and got his shots for under 30.00 thats counting a 10.00 donation. I believe they work with you on a sliding pay scale. The folks there are very nice and compassionate. Much better than the expensive vet I was using in Florence. I was comfortable leaving my girls there. Even her staff acted like they didn't care for animals at all. I thin They tell you to get there early as possible - first come basis, So you have your baby home with you the sane night Best place I've found in MS. Thank you Lord for these compassionate people and they put you at ease. I just love the. Definitely give them a try if funds are low they work with you and leave you feeling comfortable doing so. I think I called them 3 times the day I took mine in. They understand my apprehension and I just love em. Setting up appt for my neighbor now

The staff also assisted us with getting back on our truck because they were scare whoosie from the anesthesia. They have an extremely professional and efficient way of handling the large volume of clients they have. Absolutely great service. We used it because we weren't able to afford the cost of getting our dog spayed at a traditional vet's office. We were initially a bit worried due to the high number of surgeries. I asked others about using the service beforehand and everyone highly recommended them. However, if you want to talk with the vet beforehand, you can arrange that. All of the staff members I interacted with were very friendly. After our experience, I definitely recommend them!

They are the best!!! They took special care of me & Maggie as I was just as nerveous as little 6 lb Maggie was! Maggie tried to bite & they never said a word. When I picked her up she was upfront getting cuddled by the staff. You can't ask for anything better then that! I didn't have much at the time to pay them but I do try to get by there with some supplies (paper towels, TP, ziplock baggies quart size, batteries, etc...)when I can. I'm sure they appreciate the communities support in keeping these babies healthy....It's a blessing that they do this for us!!! Thank you Big Fix !!!

if i could give them zero stars i would. never bring your animals here they are very rude an unprofessional.. i took my dog here and they didnt even watch him while he was there when we went to pick him up he had already been licking his wound and busted through the glue.. he was extremely swolen the meds they gave him never helped... it began to turn black by the end of the next day... they never would answer our calls.... i had to drive from brandon to Taylorsville to another vet to get antibiotics bc my dog was dying of a severe infection... days went by and they never would answer or return calls my mother in law had to actually take off of work and go up there still they were very rude to her... never bring your animals here!!!

I will never subject another animal to these heartless butchers. Brought my dog to be spayed. When she was picked up from the clinic she was in agony. They offered nothing to relieve her pain. Other animals were to be heard screaming whining and howling in pain that fell upon deaf ears. Heartless butchers here. Never ever will I bring another animal here. Hopefully others will think twice before bringing their pets here.

Hit and miss here. Ive had pleasant experiences and down right terrible. Firstly, staff at the counter are very rude. Always. Also, Ive called and explained specifics on my animal and been told i can bring them in to be fixed only to drive an hour and half and be turned down once i got there. And Today, i brought a female wild cat in to be fixed at 7:30 am and when i came to pick up at 5pm they informed me that they couldnt do the surgery on her because apparrently she has ocular discharge. Fine, whatever , but noticifying me BEFORE i wasted an Entire day trying to stay in town wouldve been nice. With the cat being stuck in the carrying case ALLL DAY fully awake and aware, she had pottied all over the crate and herself. Covered in pee and poop. Because she had to sit there from before 7 am - 5pm!
