I was really worried about leaving my dogs because they had never been boarded before. Family has always kept them when we went out of town. However, the whole family went with us so we had no choice. My daughter recommended Mannsdale to me. They took excellent care of her baby so I boarded mine there. I could not be more pleased with their care. My terrier mix is really old. They let me know when she had an upset stomach and took care of an infection she had. Great kennels and they let them share a kennel so they could stay together. The daily videos really put my mind at ease and although I missed them, I knew they were in great hands. I will definitely use Mannsdale again. The complimentary bath was great. They still smell so good :)

Probably the most knowledgeable, professional, veterinary staff in town! And by far the nicest facilities! They take boarding to a NEXT level of luxury! If there was a Hilton for animals, this is it!

Dr. Wilson and Mills were very professional and actually took their time examining my dog and explaining the procedures and medications unlike most vets. The staff were very helpful and friendly also. I will forever be using these guys.

LOVE this place. I have a little Yorkie named Buster. I hate to leave him anywhere but since I tried Mannsdale, I always feel assured that he is taken care of. I also LOVE that they socialize their pet boarders and answer texts and send videos every day. The Vets and techs on staff, in case something were to happen, are have always been very kind and caring. I would recommend it to everyone.

We were going almost every week with our Siamese who had liver cancer to get steroid shots for 3 months & once we had to make the most horrendous decision that it was her time to go we chose for a vet to make a house call, but the people at Mannsdale didn't offer any information or advice to make this decision easier & we lost her over a month ago & we haven't heard a word from them - we moved here from Atlanta & our vet there made a habit of checking on us if one of my 4 fur babies was sick........... clearly in this business for the money & you're just a #............ can't express how disappointed we are with our experience with them & needless to say we've switched to a different vet!

I give a review on this coming from a person who interviewed with this clinic. Originally I was asked by the staff because of my aloud singing of the Mariah Carey song, All I want for Christmas is you, with friendly smiles, amazing personalities, and accommodations while waiting. Talking to the staff was great and then speaking with the manager as a potential to hire there went very well. My career is with animals and wanted to use this job as an opportunity to start on a resume that had something to do with my career. All this being said as a little background, the interview in my opinion went very well. She gave me her card and said she'd get back to me by Friday. Come Friday I had not heard a thing so I called myself as a follow up and left a message with the staff for her to return my call. So I called during business hours again on another day after Friday and ended up leaving a voicemail. I was just rather disappointed that I was not able to get in contact with her, just a form of closure on whether I had gotten the job or not. Aside from all of this, the clinic is easy to find, they are friendly to all of their customers, fur babies included, have easy going environment, and a wonderfully established clinic. I know you guys will definitely enjoy being a regular there.

Wonderful service, beautiful facilities! Received a text when my dog went into surgery, a call from a staff member when she came out of surgery, and a call from the Dr. that evening. I also received pictures of her her via text while she was boarded over the weekend. Highly recommend MAC.

They are service oriented in a way you don’t normally experience at a vet. The place is designed more like a nice restaurant than a vet - smells good, music, greeting, etc. Very nicely decorated. And on top of that they do the same level of vet work at the same prices as you would see elsewhere.

I really appreciated the videos they sent me every day while Rebel was boarded there for a week. The cat condos are roomy and it is great that they are allowing exercise time on the cat trees. I wish they had done a better job of keeping this persian's eyes cleaned.

After several unsuccessful visits to other local clinics, Dr Langston was able to pinpoint exactly what the issue was plaguing our sweet boy, Huck. Her professionalism and kind demeanor meant the world to myself and my wife during a very trying time for our family. Not only are we satisfied with Dr Langston and the staff of the MAC, we always make sure to recommend them to all of our friends seeking an elite level of service for their furry friends needs in the metro area! Leaving 5 stars only because there is not a 6th. Highly recommend.

Higher end, but good staff. If you want to pay extra for pampering, thats sufficient. I did notice that the holding cages at night were a bit tight and basic. I am sure they have a difficult job and my only complaint, was when I had a sick kitten and was charged almost 300 for a simple checkup to tell me they couldn't do anything. My emotions were on high and I wasnt able to process the money until the end and it irked me a little bit. Especiialy since I had spent so much money there and I rescue animals. The receptionist got the basic fee for a checkup incorrect, but they fixed it and they said they would send videos of the dogs, but it took a little prompting and followup. I think they will improve and their hearts are in the right places. All the designer dogs made me giggle a bit. I love my golden, but my mutts are a special addition.

Our dog was taken care of above and beyond. This was the first time he's ever been kenneled and it was for a week. I worried but the videos of him everyday have me assurance that he was okay. He was like a kid coming from his first days of daycare, meaning he brought home a few habits I've never seen him do but those faded once he was use to being back home. I appreciate Mannsdale taking good care of our pooch!

Can’t say enough good things about the MAC. Dr. Mills and the staff go above and beyond for their patients and owners. We knew adopting a rescue Greyhound came with some specific health issues, but Dr. Mills is the first vet who actually treated our baby girl properly. After several years of what we now know was substandard care by our previous vet, we see what truly excellent veterinary care is after switching to Mannsdale. We will never go anywhere else and will sing their praises to every pet owner we know.
